Made a purchase online, the website never confirmed my address and my things were sent to an old address. I called the next morning as soon as they opened to get the address changed or get the order refunded and was told they were unable to change the address but they would refund the money.

No refund was issued after checking up 4 times and talking to a manager & the manager insisting a refund would be issued!! 3 weeks later we call (today) and told the refund wasn’t issued because the items delivered.. they delivered to an address we haven’t lived at for 10 years and that we tried continually making sure it WASN’T going to be delivered.

Will be contacting higher ups tomorrow but absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service.

Very poor customer service! They never greet me when I walk in and I’m in there at least once a week buying shoes! Yet, I’m still treated like a stranger. The staff is poorly educated and will look at you and look away if they feel you won’t buy anything or attend you if they feel you’re a gauranteed sale.

Also, I ordered a pair of Jordan 1’s, on the 19th and still haven’t received them after getting an email stating that have been delivered on the 23rd. Not to mention my military status that was wiped after the pandemic on your computer system is a constant problem with getting my military discount.

This is poor staffing with teenagers who lack manners to run this store. I will take my business elsewhere.

It was 2 women working there I came in the morning to buy jordan that came out today they didn’t want to help and just brushed me off say come back at 5 I come back at 5 they showing all of the caucasian people the shoe and selling them the shoes but then turned around and said there was no more in my face and laughed like they didn’t want to sale me the shoes in the first place and I am a loyal customer

Terrible Customer Service and treatment. I visited the Finish Line store at the Meadows Mall in Las Vegas, NV, on 3/28/2023 around 3:30 - 4 pm PT to do an impromptu buy of some shoes I saw while walking by another store.

I returned to Finish Line to look at the Nike Griffins $210. I liked everything about the shoe. When I entered the store, it seemed and looked abandoned. ), that is what she told me later. She looked at me from afar and hurried in the back.

The other girl was at the counter on the computer. She slumped over with her back to the door. I had to walk up to here to draw her away the website of tennis shoes she was looking at to ask to see my size in that shoe.

After trying on the first shoe, I instantly loved it. I asked to try on the other so I can get a feel for them and…

Entering the store on display, there were 3 shoes Nike Air 97, two shoes had a price 160. 00 we told the sales rep. 00. different sizes,, the price was there, we didn't do it, we were talked down to and was given some story about customers changing the prices on merchandise. Disrespectful, unapologetic, rude.

I never received my shoes and it says online that it was delivered yesterday. I talked and asked my neighbors they said that other people in the neighborhood packages and mail have been completed up missing. We're now putting together a neighbor watch when ever the mail and delivery.

I walked into a Finish Line in Green acres mall on Thursday Feb 16th with the intentions of getting 3 pairs of sneakers. I walked in and every single one of the workers looked at me and kept talking amongst each other.

Instead of waiting for them to finish their convo, I decided to walk the mall a bit and come back . worse customer service I've ever had in my life. it was a bad feeling.

I went in to return sneakers that I had ordered online that was to small on my son be could not even get his foot into. I traveled to the nearest location which was 55 minutes from to the brockton store in the westgate mall.

The associate that helped me looked at sneakers said something to manager in Spanish then the manager said I could not return because they were a older version of jordans. I then contacted customer service live agent who had told me that still shouldnt be a issue to return.

I let the associate know who then went in the back to where the manager went to let him know. Then he comes back out still with no manager then another conworker comes out not a manager says to me “ oh your having trouble with a return” i then stated it all over again then

I placed the order for Christmas December 6 December to satisfy return to January 7 because I dropped it off at the store two or three times and got returned. I had to send it back through the email since I return purchase it online have not yet to receive my refund still keep getting into it with every representative they keep connecting me with because they wanna keep talk to you like your boo-boo the fool I wanna keep going over everything and

I ordered shoes for Christmas. When I went to wrap them, I realized only the right shoe was shipped. Called CS & lady assured me the left shoe would ship out & arrive before Christmas! It did not & has yet to ship!

I’ve talked to 4 different people. One said go to local store & they’d give me the shoe. I made 2 attempts at the store to get & they refused both times. I’ve requested a supervisor call twice! Haven’t heard from one yet!

Still no shoe, no refund, no call! Oh & they claim shoe is completely sold out & they can’t make it right. But I was online & ordered a pair in the same size & it’s supposed to arrive in a week! Make it make sense!!!

I went into the finish line in Columbia Missouri to get some socks and my experience was mind blowing. The Store manager, Angel Harmon was at the front of the store talking about her personal sex life in front of me.

As a customer I was disturbed and uncomfortable. I thought it was very unprofessional and disrespectful the way she talked about her employees to me. a CUSTOMER she kept mentioning that they don't do anything around the store but in reality it looked like her employees were busting their butt and the only ones helping.

All of their badges say "actions speak louder than words" Very great saying to go by but from what I saw she wasn't doing anything to benefit the store or help me. Having her as a store manager is not a good look for finish line.

Hello,

I purchased a pair of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG GS 'University Blue' on the day after the release from Finish Line (was so happy). I was told that the order was canceled and would not be fulfilled after a couple of weeks. I emailed customer service and they said sometimes their system is slow to update, but this was an entire day after the release that I was able to purchase them.

They will not honor the order and there is no where on their website and within their policies that say may not be fulfilled when ordered. I would like the order to honored, since the shoes are hard to get. If the shoes were not available I should not have been able to purchase the shoes an entire day later. I went into the finish line store at Hamilton place mall in Chattanooga Tennessee and made a order through the store. I received my shoes by mail and they didn't fit, too wide. I took them back to the finish line at Northgate mall and exchanged for kids size shoe.

I wasn't satisfied with them so I took them back to the Hamilton place mall for a refund. Only having the reciet that the store gave me after exchange and Jamie at the store told me she could only give me a gift card or cash and the store didn't have enough cash on hand and it may take a few hours to get it.

Today, I went to purchase a pair of shoes for my child. As we are checking out I noticed the 25% off was not applied. The clerk walked over to the shoes, took off the 25% Orange tag and said “yeah, that’s from a previous sale and I can’t honor that”.

I stated your telling me due to an error on your employees part for not accurately removing sales tags, your not going to honor the tag? He said no, do you want the shoes or not. I stated I would go somewhere else where they don’t false advertise nor honor the tag at the time if the purchase!

Please, know as many employees you have at the southeridge location an they obviously can ensure tags are properly removed. The store manager was lacking proper customer service skills and was willing to loose me as a customer.

Hello... I accidentally returned the wrong shoes to you (order 8400944223)... the return was delivered on Sept 4th. I called and spoke to a representative that said they would return the wrong shoes. We are now on September 26th and have not heard back from anybody concerning the return.

1. I ordered shoes from finish line but got sent an email that they canceled the order. They also said I had a bummer and I have no idea what that is. Then they said I should hit them. I called the company and they said the orderwas canceled because I wouldn't give them my phone number.

I explained that I had disabilities and asked to talk to their supervisor and was told they had no supervisors in today. I got put on hold for 35 minutes. I called again and someone said they had to make a phone call that would last 2 -5 miutes.

I waited ten and no response. 2. I have ordered from finish line before and never had a problem with no phone number. And the language they used them was more appropriate for older people

My son had bday money, and went to the store to buy specific shoes. He bought them Sunday and wore them Monday to school. He was almost in tears when he got home because his feet hurt so bad .

He asked if I could return them for him because they hurt his feet to much . So Tuesday morning I tried to return them and I was told only exchange because he wore them to school. they are in brand new condition still and only worn for 5 hours.

So disappointed in the store and the corporation. My son will never buy shoes from the this store again.

We stopped at the Finish Line in Sprongdield Illinois. 99. 00. After waiting forever and actually leaving the the store once and coming back we finally got someone to help us. They were all too busy talking!! We asked about the 2 different prices.

99 , ok then my son will try them on. 00. Refused to match the price clearly stated on the sticker on the shoe that I had on my hand but qas not friendly or apologetic about the mix up.

A $30 difference is a big deal to an 11 year old spending their bday money. I think a redund of $30 is due from Finish Line!!

Beware of online purchases from Finish Line. I ordered these Timberland Gaiter Boots from Finish Line and recieved them today. They sent me a pair of boots that were worn folks. One boot looks brand new and the second boot had a crease at the toe and dirt on the sole. I am not talking about demo dirty as in a display shoe, I'm talking about dirty like it was worn outside and then returned to the store.

Their customer service offered to resolve the issue by shipping a new pair but could not offer any information about how they would hold the store and the employee accountable. That is where I have a serious problem. When there is no accoutability then situations like mines can occur. They are willing to address the symptom but not the problem.

58 out of my account. Transaction was successful but they refused to release my shoes because of some type of system error. Customer Service refused to help stating they were getting ready to leave. I showed the cashier my online statement showing transaction was successful and this meant nothing to them at all.

I called my bank which listened to the conversation and I was told, what this company is doing is Fraudulent and they cancelled my card. We are filling a complaint and disputing the charge. This is ridiculous and a great inconvenience.

I will NEVER shop here again!!!! No shoes and you took my money!!!

These people are the worst. Not only are you speaking to people from another country you can barely understand but they can't understand your issue. I have been a member for over 2 yrs spending lots of money and they alwayz manage to mess up my orders and my rewards.

On one occassion they wete supposed to refund me money and stated they couldn't and made a note to keep a credit of $20 dollars so when i went to a store they can call and get authorization. On another occassion they messed up my order did not give me my points and added another credit to be called in. Never used them.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11/11/2016 never received a shipping and tracking email to track my order. " There was something wrong with the shipping label we will send another label out to the store and you should receive your item in 2 to 3 days".

At this point I do not want anything from finish line they was quick to take the money out of my account but did not send me the product. I will never shop with them again. Please beware when ordering products from Finish Line's website online.
