Made a purchase online, the website never confirmed my address and my things were sent to an old address. I called the next morning as soon as they opened to get the address changed or get the order refunded and was told they were unable to change the address but they would refund the money.
No refund was issued after checking up 4 times and talking to a manager & the manager insisting a refund would be issued!! 3 weeks later we call (today) and told the refund wasn’t issued because the items delivered.. they delivered to an address we haven’t lived at for 10 years and that we tried continually making sure it WASN’T going to be delivered.
Will be contacting higher ups tomorrow but absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service.
