i went at 7/31/2023 @945am to wire a transfer my son needs for closing a house. Nicole W. helped me. I gave her all the info and told her its VERY important that they get this money today. after i went home and show my son the transfer copy , he asked me where is the credit to his account & the account #?
I called Nicole back and at first she won‘t admit she made a mistake but finally agreed she did. ) she didn“t seem to try very hard and never even apologized for her screw up. My son is waiting for the fund at the other end and we are at mercy of this incompetent bank worker who is supposed to know how to do her job!
Nicole attitude and her professionalism really makes me question First Horizon about the people you hired. I am a long time customer and i am so dissatisfied with your bank…
