I have my account with first midwest bank. I have been blocked to the website and email of the bank. I have been waiting to get my portal login information for over 1 year now. Please can you help me??

I can never get through to First Midwest Bank via telephone. I have been trying to contact them via telephone for the past week. For each call I placed to First Midwest Bank I have been on hold for over an hour listening to their prerecorded messages and music..

I have been so frustrated and tired of being on hold so I would eventually hang up. This service or lack thereof is UNACCEPTABLE..!!
