Dear First Premier bank,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service I received during my recent interaction with your company. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with both a customer service representative and a manager, and I believe it is important to bring to your attention the issues I encountered.

Firstly, when I initially contacted your customer service helpline 11/20/2923. I spoke to a customer service representative regarding the card protection program. First Premiere can go to Hades. They've stolen money from my bank account 'claiming' it to be setup recurring payments I made via my online credit account, which is an outrage lie. I've never setup autopayments with any credit card because I know how those tend to go.

Ended up having to contact my bank and dispute the charges, and then change my payment factor on the First Premiere website, so I could pay off the balance and BE DONE with them! Good riddance!

I recently applied for a second credit card with first premier. They sent me a card to my current address. I tried to use the card and it was denied I called First Premier and was offered a credit limit increase on my other card.

I accepted and then asked then what was going on with the new card. They explained it was suspended and I need to verify my social security number and address. I thought this was unusual as I already have a card with first premier.

I sent them the info but they didn't accept it so I sent in more. I've this 4 times in the last two weeks. They still haven't lifted the suspension and now I have my minimum payment due on the 13th.

There a balance in the card for the yearly fee. It is not required of me to pay this first to use the card. I checked. Customer service…

I've had a card with them for over a year now and I have Faithfully paid the balance off every month to zero except for last month. I have had one charge go on that card in the past month and it was $10 for Google.

I did not activate any fraud prevention. I did not ask for the account to be closed at all. It is now the date that I am trying to pay my balance and I am told that the account is closed and they will be issuing a new card without my consent.

There is nothing I can do. I'm going to be charged a late fee because of this stupid company and there's stupid policy. Do not ever get this car. I can't say it enough

After making my first payment to the balance on my card it was immediately suspended The reason that my card was suspended was because of the payment I made of suspicion of fraud. Not sure why the payment from my bank to my balance is fraud but months later I'm still sitting here with no available balance I would pass on this credit card customer service is not very good as well.

Withholding a charge that was refunded by United Airline’s for over 2 weeks. I have spoken with United Airlines and was told all the information was sent out the very next day that the charge had been made and First Premier Bank just keeps telling me that they have not received it

If you are wanting to rebuild your credit using this company, I would advise you to make your payments 3 weeks before the due dates and call them every day to make sure they post it to your account. They do not accurately report your information to the Credit bureaus and in order for them to update your account, you have to call them and be on the phone for 45 min or more.

This is very misleading and inaccurate reporting by this company. You have better choices with other companies

A few days past due when I have paid 100% on time and I get a call at work !!!!!! Not even on my cell first ! Completely in unacceptable. I would understand if I haven’t paid at all but harassing me at work for a few days past due it’s not okay !!

I tried cancelling my card before the 30 days, the lady was super rude and manipulative. She was almost refusing to let me close my account. Finally, I got mad and called them out for being awful. And she said okay, but you're not getting a program fee, annual fee refund. I had the physical card 1 week before I knew I needed to cancel it. I'm very upset.

If your bank has an outdated website, and no live chat.. It's not for me. And I want my fees back.

Horrible company. Approved for card 11/15. 11/29 now card has not been sent but I have a bill. Needed for Christmas won’t be here in time. Ruined my Christmas. Could have just added that card amount to increase card I already have.

Will be paying off and cutting up. Not my problem your card processor don’t work. I’ll let my kids know that as they are sitting Christmas morning with nothing.

Where to begin. and then everything became extremely messed up. It asked for my username and password, I put it in, it said it was wrong. I closed that out and clicked on the app, it would no longer let me in.

I can't remember where I finally got the option to change my password. The first one I tried changing it too is the one I always use, the one that it said was wrong, and it said I couldn't use it because it's already been used.

If I can give a negative star rating I would! Wanted to cancel a card for my Dad but the person on the phone would not speak to me even after my Dad gave permission. I have never had any issue with this from other companies.

Her name was Michelle from what I recall, she was pretty rude. I would not recommend this Bank to anyone, even my worst enemies.

I lost my credit card and cannot remember the entire 16 digit acct number to freeze my card. Recording keeps asking for the last 4-digits and then says, they need more information and for me to enter my 16 digit #. THIS IS A FRICKEN JOKE!!

The only #'s displayed on my Online Acct Summary is last 4 digits. Nowhere is there anyway for me to retrieve my card # and when I dialed all 3 Customer Support phone numbers, the same fricken request for me to enter the entire credit card #. I'm also paperless billing so I cannot retrieve it off my bills.

I cannot enter 0 to speak with a customer agent without knowing my 16 digit acct #. They are forcing me to delete my acct, which I CAN ONLY DO WITH A FORMAL LETTER! They will certainly hear from me!!

So I opened the credit card account with them and it was supposed to be a $300 credit card I wasn't told that $75 of it would be deducted from that credit card I mean from my credit account so it was actually only $225 credit card and I would have been fine with that if it wasn't for the fact that they told me that once up if I paid my fee $95 with my debit card it would I would have instant access so

I had credit protection the company I work for closed down I’ve had credit protection since I’ve had first premiere. But it’s useless I’m a contract driver. I have nothing except newspapers about the company I work for spoke to the manager and a supervisor and customer service.

They wanna documents I have no documents except a newspaper. They collected money for over a year I’ve only use credit protection twice. Now I’m gonna have to talk to a lawyer. Because this ain’t right what they just did

For weeks I have been calling in regards to money being taken out of my account and have been getting the run around. Nobody knows where this money has gone but yet it was not posted to my account. I have talk to over 6 supervisors and still no answer.

They have told me it was being sent to lost payment department weeks ago yet still no answer. Documentation I sent over weeks ago they have again asked me to submit. Yet again. They have taken money out of my account it was not posted to my account now it just disappeared.

I am very disappointed and now I have to go to the bank and close that account.

00 by Debit Card on 06/11/2019. The same night, I attempted to make a purchase with my card and it was denied. I contacted Premier and the Lady advised me that my card had been flagged and suspended. She did not know why.

She advised me to submit proof of my identity by mail. This made me even more furious. She transferred me to another person and I went through the same ordeal with her. 00 access fee would be refunded within 1 - 2 days.

As of yet, this has not happened. I have never before encountered anything so stressful in my life. Please respond to this complaint either by email or telephone asap. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Respectfully submitted.

I filed a dispute on or around Jan 28, 2019 and sent in all supporting documents. I haven't heard anything back each time I call, I get a different answer. Today I was told they don't recevied emails. Then I asked for a supervisor and was told she don't show any information I've submitted.

When I gave her the date and time somehow she found it. This was indeed the email that I was told to email. Her and I were going back and forth wow what kind of leadership was this is all I could think.

She then said it take 90 day's. I informed her I was never told that. SHe told me everyone gave me wrong information and she was sorry. Rosa( the supervisor) put the blame on me in so many words. This call need to be pulled. She was very rude. Talked over me.

They are very high on the annual fees, activation fees, high interest rates. Why are they in business anyways? They are not work keeping in my wallet. I am going to call them up and say, that's it, no more.

I will simply pay off the balance, and totally close them out. I have enough of their evil tactics in the past, and I wish I never had them in the first place. If you want a card like this, better chances you will be paying big money with these people, and they will screw you over left and right.

I feel this company needs to be secretly investigated for their unfair practices, and poor customer service. They are not worth the plastic they created the card. I hope someone can do something with these people, they are not treating their customers fairly and with respect.

I have had to jump thru more hoops to prove i am who i say i am. They have held almost $500 of mine b/c they say I am fraudulently funding my cc with my own checking account... my bank has faxed them 5 times proof that i am the account holder, i have faxed them statements as well 4 times..

they “never received these verifications” amd only allow faxes. I have been proving who i am for over a month with zero resolution and zero money back or credit available..

I called premier bank and told them that I had fraud on my account instead of reporting fraud they reported that are use someone else’s bank account to pay my bill which I did not it was the same bank account that has been used since I open my account they suspended both of my accounts because of it I called in for times telling them what was going on they told me all I had to do was send in a copy of my bank statement with my name on it to prove it was mine and they would unfreeze my accounts I did that immediately. It’s took six phone calls for them to do what they were supposed to do and reinstate my accounts.

I have been trying to log on to my account to pay my bill.

However, everything is correct and I put my user name and password and then it takes me to the CVV code which I enter then it takes me back to log on page to start over. Never can log on.

My payment is now late on both cards. I have always paid my bill online with no issues. I know you have been calling me because it always shows as unknown caller and you never leave a message. I want to get my pay off info so I can pay them off and cut up the cards to never use again.

I should not have to call and sit on hold. I want online access.

I have been paying $25 a month for about six years in my daughter's credit card. Payments are not posting. I call First Premier customer relations to find out where my money is and they can't give me any information about her account.

I had an account with 1st premier bank. I did have a family emergency which did put me late. First premier called me and I did bring the account way above current. I was told the account was on suspension but they would reopen the account. That was back on May-I have stayed current and I did call today(8/25) about the card and I was told that since it was in suspension for 90 days(which I knew nothing about)-you closed my account. I have not received any letters stating this fact.

Your customer service is very rude and very un-informed. No one ever told me you would be closing my account. You need to be more informative to your customers. I was deployed to Iraq from 2008-2009. While in combat my current wife Kimberly Brown who has scoliosis of the spine and was hospitalized several times, failed to pay my bill. She at the time also had two master cards or visas from premier in her name. She was able to get her cards reinstated but not mine. This was alarming and I have spoke to your team of experts several times about removing this after paid in full from my credit report. Simple matter it should not have been reported once my ex contacted you and informed them I was in Iraq.

Sometime in November 2015, I was offer a First Premier Bank credit card. Here is my complaint. I talk to a representative that inform me that the annual fee was 95. 00 dollar. She explain that I had to send the 95.00 dollars first to open the account. First Premier bank took out 95.00 dollars from my US bank checking account. Later I was sent a credit card with a balance of 200.00 dollars.

Which I was told it was a 400.00 credit card. I called the bank and was told an annual fee of 75.00 dollar was added. So in other words the representative manipulated me into getting the credit card. And did not tell me that some more charges was going to be added. First Premier Bank card account number was correct and corporate still screwed me over.
