We went to exchange some faulty Bluetooth headphones we did not have our receipt but we had proof that we payed through our PayPal account but the cashier would not let us exchange was very upset we had proof but yet was denied very poor customer service

I experienced the rudest, most unprofessional treatment at the Five Below store 8855 Veterans Boulevard in Metairie, Louisiana. The employee's name was Natalie (at least that's what she told me). It occurred on Saturday 7/22/2023 around 12noon. It is my hope that you have cameras in store so you can witness her poor behavior.

My main complaint is in her inability to effectively communicate. She was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I pray something is done so that she learns the proper way to deal with customers.

I had the BEST customer service experience at the Vernon Hills store. Daniel Santiago helped me and was excellent! I needed 30 backpacks for a school food program and he went above and beyond through the whole process. He helped load them in the cart, ring them up, made taking my tax exempt easy, and helped me load them in the car! He is truly a gift to the store!

I made an in-store pick up order at my local five below. It took my card information and said the order would be ready when I showed up to my local store. (A Ronnie the cow squishmallow and Gordon the shark) The girl told me she looked through a few boxes and just didn’t find them but all the other new squishmallows were put in the bin.

I was just wondering why this was and if there was anything that could be done. I shop here pretty often and know those are hard to come by but it says they’re in stock.

I was shopping at the battle creek store in Michigan. I was heading to the checkout and a worker was stocking the shelves, so I ask if I could slide by her. She didn't acknowledge me or let me by.

So I turned around and went down another isle. When I told the teller what had happened she told me it was her manager. I said that I thought it was rude and she replied I don't think she was trying to be rude.

I work in customer service and I think it was very rude of her. If not to move however to at least acknowledge me. Honestly it's not the end of the world however I don't think it's good customer service.

The location I go to has mainly self-checkout registers. This is not my first time there. I found everything I needed. What I didn't understand was why I needed to stop the transaction I started to have the associate scan the items for me and take me card to check if it's mine as if I'm a criminal.

He didn't do that to anyone else but me. I've never stolen anything in my life and I felt very uncomfortable.

I came into your Houma location with my friend on 4/8/23 at about 815 or so to pick up last minute Easter items. They had a black hair lady on floor running trying to clean store and a young blonde on register.

When all of a sudden this chunky girl with glasses and short curly brown hair came up to the register. She was being so loud you probably could hear her in back of the store. Screaming and throwing her hands up saying that they probably gonna be there till 3am cause you customers don't respect the store it wasn't fair she had to clean up after us.

She was just going to go and clock out. I have been in retail my whole life. This behavior would not be tolerated in my store nor should it be in yalls. I never been more insulted in all my life.

I am absolutely humiliated. I went it to 5 below to get some basket stuffers. At the register there was a little Disney figurine that I was super excited to get. I got it and was showing my little brother how cute it was and perfect for what I needed.

An employee came behind me and literally grabbed the item out of my hand. I stood in complete shock. She aggressively told me, “you can purchase this when you’re ready to leave”. I immediately apologized and said oh I’m sorry I didn’t realize that.

It’s the last one, I can check out now. She said that’s not how it works. She took the item and left. I was so embarrassed. I am a local and used to go to this location all the time.

I haven’t gone back since and don’t think I ever will.

I bought a screen protector for my iPhone 11, at the Avon, Indiana location,it wasn’t till I got home to open it , to find nothing inside it, someone stole it, replaced the package back on the shelve. , The store associate told me I could go to any store to exchange or get a refund.

The employee at the Speedway , Indiana told me no refunds due to inventory & was rude to me. Sherry in Avon called this store, I got my money back, thank you !!! The store in Speedway are rude to the customers!!!

When going through check out, the prompt told me to insert my card and put my PIN number in. I thought that was weird, but then I thought maybe that’s the way they do it at this store. Then I realized a receipt came out that I had paid $107 for things I did not buy.

I hadn’t even started scanning yet. Obviously I paid for whoever stole merchandise ahead of me and had not paid. The store refused to refund my money even though I went online at my bank and showed them I had been charged.

I feel this is poor customer service and not only will I never shop here again, I will make sure to let all my friends know how poor their service is. All they had to do was look at the camera and see who was at that register and didn’t put their card in.

They have no supervision up front. Anyone can walk…

I went into five below in Houma and it’s just the worse service I have ever experienced there in my time going there it seems to be all new people yet again always looks like a huge turnover. I was not greeted and there was two people pricing or stocking and they never acknowledged me. There were people standing there gossiping and just stood there doing nothing at all.

I have been looking everywhere for slime lickers for a month. A worker Brandy Taylor has been in touch with me every week when they get a truck in and letting me know if there is any on the truck.

She let me know today that there were some in the store located at alcoa in Bryant Arkansas. I took my kids to buy one today. Thank you so much for saving the day Brandy!!!

Good evening Tonight on 1-6-2022 an employee at five below didn't tell us the machine was not accepting cash. Instead we had to ask if the machine was working. She decided to get an attitude at my mother and attitude at my self.

She yelled at both of us and charge at me and attempted to assault me. The police we're called to this location and I am 6 month pregnant.

I had took my precious grandson in your store because we love this store and I was letting him pick out some toys. I proceeded to checkout line and was accused and humiliated by the Boss of cutting in line I never cut in line but to be treated the way I was treated by this worker in this store Hurt me very bad!

And to do this to me in front of my young grandson was awful. Something needs to be done about this lady she doesn’t need to treat people this way and get away with it. Please someone reach out to me!

I was so upset I had to leave the store and my grandson did not understand so he cried for his toys and I couldn’t make him understand why we couldn’t get them.

I went to the self checkout section of the store. Which by the way are the Only Registers available in the store at Store# 00936 in Altamonte Springs, Florida and the associate name: Olivia started grabbing my items and ringing them up. I asked her was this a New Thing, because I Never had a store associate ring my items up at the self checkout register. She stated that they help when customers need assistance. While shopping in the store I saw 3 employees, 2 Male 1 female. The two Male employees were riding carts through the store, hollering, burping and started playing with the volume to the stores radio by turning it very loud and back down quickly.

After one of the Male employees ran right in front of me riding the cart coming very close to hitting me, I finally asked the female employee if they had a manger there because this was ridiculous behavior and is a store not a playground. I was very irritated with the Male employees and decided to leave.

Hello five below. Thank you for all the affordable and very cute gifts I can bring my great niece and great nephew to. Among all the cute little stuff that you sell, I was very offended when I saw the picture of Jesus pointing his finger saying “I saw that“.

I can tell whoever created that picture has no idea about the Jesus who wants lived here on earth, has died for our sins so that we can know the father in heaven, conquering death, leaving it in the grave and then ascending to heaven to prepare a place for us.

I have came in to Five Below three times this week and every time I come in there’s boxes on the floor the store is a disaster. I would never bring my dog into the store. I have asked to speak to a manager but yet have I ever seen him I have came in and I had employees sit behind the ACO while customers are in need of help this store has gone downhill since the beginning of the year.

I went into Somerspoint Fivebelow Saturday 8th around 6pm and there was three workers im assuming the blonde head associate on the floor on her cellphone on FaceTime was the store manager very very rude didn’t say hello didn’t greet me or the next customers walking in the door was to busy on face time on her phone on the sals floor I asked her a question and she quickly cause one of the cashiers to come help me because her conversation was more important than her business and sales.

MY 12 year old daughter and I went into the same location we usually do this evening Sunday Oct 10. I was deeply withdrawn immediately walking into your store I wanted to leave. I am all for employees jamming out and having fun on their shift but the music that was blasting was nothing but constant profanity and sex and murder etc.

it was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing as I have my child in there listening and there are also lots of children that go in your stores. This is unacceptable, if this is indicative of how you run your businesses please let me know, I will be glad to no longer bring my business along with plenty of other moms if this is how you run your business

I was shopping at the store in Cedar Rapids, IA and when I was leaving the manager followed me outside, took a picture of my car while on the phone. I asked if there was a problem and went back into the store.

The manager said she was reporting a theft and called the police. I asked what I stole and offered for her to look through my things. I waited for the police. She told them a man I was with stole.

I was alone, with NO ONE. She then told the police I was banned from the store. FOR WHAT???? For being falsely accused of shoplifting and calling her out on it? Then she refused to give me her name. Other shoppers were appalled at the way I was being treated also. Horrible manager. Do better.

Sept 1, 2022 I entered the store for a Purchase T- Shirts. I heard all this loud bouncing noise. I turned to observe. the disturbing scene.. There was kids playing a baseball around the store like they were in a recreation park.

I couldn't believe what I was looking at. I have to get out of there immediately couldn't stand the noise. NOW UNBELIEVABLE GOING THRU COVID AND THIS GENERATION SO DISRESPECTFUL ACTIONS HAPPENING TODAY. SO I PAID MY TRANSACTION . I SAID TO THE MALE CASHIER.

I was just profiled I entered the store as a watched the security guard literally follow to African American men out the store and then comes my turn he watched my every move while I was in the store took stances wherever I was it's awful but I keep my cool and remained professional even after my purchase not sure if I want to add this to social media because of the awful service it's unbelievable in this day and age however I'll be the bigger person awaiting a response asap thanks definitely not a repeat customer
