walk out and get in his car. he then put a rolled up bill to his nose and snorted up a white looking substance off of his dashboard before going back inside! ( I wanted to take a picture to enclose but was afraid for my own safety if he saw me taking a picture).

I doubt this is who 5 guys wants representing them in a management position, no less!!

I placed an order at this 5 guys location for pick up and sent my assistant to pick up my order for me. When I opened my burger I immediately realized there was mushrooms in there which I didn’t ask for and as I picked them out, I saw there was also green peppers which I also DIDNT ASK FOR.

to top off wrong ingredients, I also notice there was NO pattie in my burger. Just bread, ingredients I didn’t ask for and lettuce. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager letting her know all this and she told me to come back and she’ll remake my burger.

She didn’t even apologize for their mistake nor offer anything for my inconvenience. This location of 5 guys isn’t that close to me, but once again my assistant was nice enough to take the trip again for my correct burger.

Went an bought two bacon cheese burgers today one Lil and one regular the regular looked like the lil one the patty’s were so small on both of them the Lil didn’t even look like a lil was so small was like McDonald’s burgers an didn’t even get cheese I was already home when I opened them and was a huge rain storm or I would of went and brought them back for $23 something dollars for two burgers it was not worth it at all very said the burgers used to be very good and

Just bought 41 dollars worth of food to go. so I asked where is the sign that tells you that. There is no sign saying you cannot take peanuts with you after I have bought food. I will NOT be going back to Five guys again.

57 I really careful how I ordered because I can’t have certain things so I only asked for lettuce tomato an raw onions !! I’m totally allergic to mushrooms I ask that they didn’t put any on my sandwiches but they did anyway and I didn’t know it so I started eating it I had taste something funny-an weird tasting plus my onions were grilled !!

Always an issue with my order not done correctly..placed an online in 4-12-203 and once again burgers missing items and fries burnt/overcooked (had to wait for fries to be cooked)…might attribute this to the four male employees talking crap about customers (in Spanish) rather than paying attention to preparing the orders correctly..I pay for my food to be prepared the way I ordered and not missing and burnt/overcooked..what a shame!! Hope this location improves before they loose customers!!!

Had not been to Five Guys (Wayne, PA) in a while and wanted a treat my wife and daughter. Ordered food online, which indicated it would be ready in 7-11 minutes. I got to the store about 15 minutes later and walked up to "Pick Up" area, where two guys were already waiting and didn't look too happy.

No problem, but I wasn't even greeted for at least 5 minutes to which I said pick up for "Don". I was then handed a bag of food for a "John", which I took home, only realizing it was the wrong order when I got home.

My wife then had to call FG to say I was coming back again for the right order. Pretty inconvenient, with no apologies for the inconvenience, etc. I've been a Vice President of Marketing for a major pharmaceutical company and customer service was our mantra.

I like Five Guys... been going to this one since they opened. Caroline St. Atlanta, GA. It was a web order and the receipt (taped to the bag) doesn't have a lot of info on it. One of the things on my order was a large cajun fry. I witnessed the young man with his pants half way down his butt, underwear showing, half heartedly throw everything in the bag, then threw in the fries, then realized it was cajun so he proceeded to dump about a half a cup of seasoning into the bag on top of everything. I asked him about that approach and he mumbled something about it will be fine.

It was the worst Five Guy's experience I've ever had. I seriously dumped a quarter cup of seasoning out of the bag when I got home and that didn't include what was adhered to the fries. We couldn't eat them. They were…

I have NO complaint. I completed the survey with the information on my receipt. Date of service was 02-15-2023. The order number is AABS9LCNACCP. However your survey does not leave an area to identify employees that provided excellent customer service.

I find it important that both management and store supervisors are aware of workers that deserve to be commended. Sadly there are forms (as here) that seek complaint information. Why is there none for compliments? I supervised large groups of employees. The public is quick to complain but slow to commend an employee.

I placed a simple order from the Five Guys restaurant at SouthPark Mall (4400 Sharon Road) in Charlotte, NC on 1/29/23. We waited over an HOUR for one hot dog, large fries, one lemonade and one bottled water. We were not the only ones who waited an extremely long time for an order.

When we finally received the food, the fries were luke warm at best, and upon handing the lemonade to my 5-year old grandson, he accidentally dropped it. I asked for a replacement lemonade but the worker informed I'd have to go back through the long line.

), it would have been a nice gesture. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed and will NEVER order from Five Guys again. It is beyond unacceptable to wait over an hour for a simple order at a "fast food" restaurant.

Purchased a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles, it was not cooked properly. Very red in the middle. I have never had this problem at five guys before. I also believe the French fries were not cooked long enough. They weren't as good or salty as usual.

Purchased these yesterday, Jan 29 at Lockport, ny restaurant. I have eaten at several five guys all over the east coast and have never had a bad meal until now. I feel that I deserve a refund for the regular size fries and lil cheeseburger. Thank you.

Our meals were poorly prepared. We ordered 4 hamburgers and 2 orders of fries. The hamburger was completely burnt and the fries were 3/4 full. The fries were medium sized and we were extremely short changed. My hamburger was terrible.

This is the first time the meal was so poorly prepared. We were too far away to return the meals. At the prices we were charged, we felt taken advantage of. As bad as McDonalds is, it was way better than the meal we received yesterday at Five Guys. Thanks for your time.

On December 10, 2022 at 6:15pm m and my husband went to Five Guys. We ordered to go. When we got home with the food and little cheeseburger was missing. I called the mgr at Five Guys and he said I could come back or come in Sunday.

He said that he was going to leave my ticket at the front so the mgr on duty would know what to do. I go that Sunday afternoon to get the little cheeseburger that was left out of my bag.

The mgr was so very rude to me and she said that she was NOT going to give me anything. Well I had already paid for the burger on Saturday. I take complaints from the City of Huntsville all day long and have never treated like that before.

Last week we decided to treat ourselves to five guys and went to the Amsterdam New York location where we pre-ordered food online. Upon our arrival of took another 20 minutes for our food to be prepared, a short drive home approximately seven minutes, our food was stone cold!

We called the Amsterdam store to complain about our order and we’re offered a $10 credit. 17, $10 did not seem like a fair trade off for food that was in edible. I filed a complaint online which I was very polite about and expressed that in today’s financial world for us to choose to eat out was a treat for us and it wasn’t money we could throw away like we had to do with our order.
