Flagstar Bank

I went to Garden State Community Bank on January 26, 2024 located at 2624 Morris Ave, Union NJ 07083 to open a checking account. The service I received was awful. I wanted to open the My Community Free Checking account for $1 but the Bank manager refused to allow me to open an account.

I was denied a debit card because I refused to open the account with more than $1. When I insisted on a debit card the Bank Manager refused to open a checking account for me and threw me out of the bank.

I was discriminated against by your bank because I am a low income person. I am going to contact a lawyer to possibly bring a lawsuit against the Bank. How dare you treat a potential customer like a piece of garbage.

Very poor service. They require me to send physical checks to get an appraisal, then they lost the checks, then they were unwilling to admit it. The communication with them is very poor and their reps don't really do a good job.

They don't really want to help.
