I had a Flickr account for many years but now I have been banned for apparently having photos on my page which are not allowed. I didn’t put these photographs on my page. They told me they had written to me, I didn’t get anything from them.

I got a life ban , I am trying to tell them I didn’t do this but now they are refusing to answer any emails I am sending to them. I cannot believe I’m being treated this way. I hope no one else is having this experience. Very poor

I hold a pro subscription with Flickr photo sharing site which is paid and remains in date.

Images posted have been admittedly saucy in nature but tame / moderate at worst. For example videos would purposely terminate prior to the removal of underwear etc. My account has been deleted by Flicker due to stated T+C violation which I suspect relates to content but no clarification has been received . I’m confident that the account content was far less risqué than even many free accounts that I’m aware of, in which for example phalli are openly presented.

I’m seeking to complain but Im not getting any meaningful feedback, from Flickr hence this approach. This seems to be an act of discrimination. My intention moving forwards is to involve representatives of the international LBGT community.…

I have noticed on your site users using my Copyrighted material without my consent, permission or royalties being paid, I request that my Copyrighted material be removed Ed immediately or legal action will be taken.

Good morning my name is Rebeca Fernandez and I have an account with you, since 2017, a few months ago I have been having problems in the gallery, because when I upload a new photo, I cannot see it, or simply, you put them, without sequence, that is a great annoyance to me; since when I upload the photo I can't see it, I only see it when I have a visitor, I have told you a long time ago that I was having the same problem, they fixed it for a while but

This company has charged me $100 per year for the PRO version. Since Feb 2020, Flickr engineers have been unable to resolve the multiple technical issues with their website, rendering the PRO version useless. In April 2020, Flickr promised a refund for services not provided, yet they continued to charge my credit card the yearly $100.

As of September 2021, they have not refunded my $200 and I have tried multiple times since April 2020 to obtain this refund. Flickr has not made any attempt to contact me since. My credit card company was unable to make contact with Flickr as well and I had to obtain a new credit card number in order for Flickr to cease fraudulent charges.

I am writing this review as a warning for others.

Account was terminated no warning have contacted support and the best they can tell me is that I violated terms and conditions. Now I only had my own pictures and they were of scenery only nothing else. Was not in conservation with any one so cannot be accused of saying any thing wrong.

So what I find worse thing of all is that they state they are not at liberty to discuss details of termination, I can only interpret that as meaning they have got the foggiest idea

I am unable to login to my Flickr account since receiving an email saying that my subscription had been paid and was valid until January 2020. I cannot get a password reset as when I try it states my email is not valid.

I have five years worth of photos on the Flickr servers and have paid for a service I am unable to use. The worst thing is that I have tried to contact Flickr directly by email using their Help form half a dozen times over the last few weeks and have received no reply.

I have a new iPhone and can’t sign into my Flickr a/c. The a/c is em4pics. I have been forced to change my password this morning and still can’t get in. I’m furious with Flickr. Sort something out. I have years of photos on my account and I want to access them.

My complaint is that flickr is allowing photos of animals being killed or abused of various species to be seen on its sign in page as well as anywhere else. This is unacceptable and thousands of people have signed petitions to stop this. flickr does not care.

They should be SHUT DOWN.

This anti-human site is allowing photos depicting animal death and animal abuse to be viewed by underage people. They ignore complaints and respond with that they do not care. Any normal site would be shut down and hundreds have signed petitions and complained.

If this site did not force us to post at least one star, then flickr would not have any rating at all. They are destined to GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.

You've had a couple of weeks to sort out teething problems but still seem to be a very sub-standard service. Slow speeds, incorrect information, general slackness. I thought you were supposed to herald a new era. Some hope- just get it fixed once and for all WITHOUT GLICHES !!!!!!

This is the 8th day that I am unable to login to my Flickr Pro account on my PC. I can get on with my iPad but that is basically useless for what I need to do. Obviously my old signon which is remembered is still valid.

After being prompted to use my new signin because the yahoo login doesn't work I have tried just about every combination of acct email and password that I've ever used anywhere I get the prompt name not recognized. I found out the hard way that there is no way to contact their customer service.

Is this any way to run a business. SMUGmug well describes the companies attitude. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

I pay for a PRO account with Flickr which costs $50 per year! Since doing an upgrade nearly three days ago, I cannot log into my account. I have written to them three times by sending an email, with NO response.

Thousands of people around the world are having similar issues as evidenced by online complaints. Flickr provides NO customer support by way of a phone number, live chat, or other means of contacting a live person! This company is horrible and should provide refunds to all customers who pay the annual fee of $50!

I am the administrator for two photosites on Flickr and need to upload photos for my clients. They are very upset that new photos cannot be uploaded. Please help me to get Flickr accountable for its complete and reckless disregard for serving its customers! I would like to…

I have been victimized with being barred from my account after changing details. I have no means of logging in and as a PRO account payer I am being unfairly treated and am paying for no service as my emails have been ignored constantly.

I'm on the Pro Plan at over $50 a year, yet nothing is going right so far. I'm blocked from posting on any of the communities for one reason or another. When people try to view my work from their smartphones most of the time they can only see about half of each picture.

I am far and away the most colorful digital artist in the world. com/photos/ronfleishman/ But being the most colorful comes with a HUGE PRICE. In Corporate America NEPOTISM comes first. The last site I posted at was Fine Art America who also did terrible things to me.

Too many to mention here but among other things they tore down my site, Libeled me, hacked my computer and I caught them selling my work all across the world. They will be getting sued. Now back to Flickr. I sent them an email 72 hours ago and still waiting…

Also I "CAN NOT" Down load Any Photo's down to you I do not have the equipment or have the skill to do it.. Or do I have to kidnap a Five year kid Or Go back to Currys PC World AGAIN I have had so many problem with this computer and been back so many times some people think that I work there.

I have recently signed up and paid for a Pro account which was working just great. However when I try logging in via a browser I get the attached message. The app just shows what looks like a blank account.

My initial enquiry via help@flickr.com was most unhelpful, as you can see from the below quoted response. Given the automated response to my email says that's as a Pro user i am in a priority queue, the response time is days and not hours, which is really poor.

I am now left waiting for a response to my latest email to Elizabeth, which was 48 hours ago.

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue and gain access my account. Regards Shaun

I have written before. The flickr app is functional sporadically at best. There will be a notification notice but it does not open open with updates for posts or notifications. I use chrome and edge browsers. Century Link is my IP. I am using an iPhone with Verizon as my carrier. No problems with other apps or streaming to my Sony TV. The PC version works fine. This has been a problem for a long time. If it continues I will be seeking a refund on my "pro" account as I am not receiving value.

Still complaining about flickr - as I did earlier this week. The service is abysmal, any other organisation would have folded long ago. How they manage to stay in business eludes me. Poor connections, loss of data, . They sa flickr is neat!!

I have two main complaints and will try to remain civil!

1 your Flickr app ,which I download onto my iPad, constantly loses internet connection. I have to keep deleting and then re load the app. It is always the most recent app so what's happening? I keep getting messages that purport Flickr is cool - I can't agree!! 2 today, the 26th March, nothing seems to want to download to my account! Why ? the pink progress bar does not make any progress and keeps timing out after only a few seconds.

for a ,supposedly , large company you are not doing very well. Please sort out these problems and make an old man very, very, happy

I purchased 3 micromax led tvs in your site in 2016 middle. 16 now its board dead. They told warranty is expired. But I have one plus two year warranty in all tv's. We dont know registration procedure. I faith on your concern.

I have my a/c with Flicker since last 4-5 yrs, auto renewal was made and payment was charged to my credit card But, all my pictures about 1200 pcs. are washed away, I do not see any picture on Flicker Secondly, I have closed my credit card which was charged, Kindly restore my pictures, Thanks Zee Shaikh

My son in law told me to sign up with Yahoo (Flickr) so I could receive photographs of my granddaughter on the opposite coast. I signed up with Flickr and all of a sudden now I have a Flickr account with absolutely every photo on my phone displayed even the ones I had sent to Trash. I am horrified! Flickr also said two people were following my photos. I cannot believe this.

I tried and tried to get back on Flickr to get them off but your website seems like it is only for experts - not me. Will you please terminate everything that has to do with me and Flickr and Yahoo. I don't want to be associated with people who act as irresponsibly as you do. It has caused me a terrible amount of anguish to have my photos out there, when I was just trying to view my five year old grand daughter.

I have been unable to access my Flickr account for over two months. I have requested assistance in this many times, using your "Topics" and "Sub-Topic" forms. Your automated response has not been useful, as every time I try to log in to Flickr, I get the following message, "We're sorry, but there's a problem. Here's what going on.

" This message does not allow me to move on to anything! It remains on the page no matter what I try. I have no trouble logging in to Yahoo, but I cannot log in to Flickr! Please help. I don't like to complain.

The last two days the stats on Flickr showing on my account are incorrect. Photo's loaded on one day show say 9 views for that day but say 70 total views. The number of views being recorded therefore is incorrect as not all the views on a given day are being recorded as such.

There have been similar problems with the stats information in the past. As a Pro status member I am paying for this statistical information and would appreciate it if I could be confident the statistics I am receiving are accurate.

This is my only real complaint about Flickr.

After changing my email address i'm no longer able to see any of my photo's, they are there as I can search using my user name and i'm getting emails to tell me that I've new followers etc.. they failed to reply to a complaint I logged months ago and still no access to my flickr account.
