I went to good 4 Less in panorama city 6/11/23. I was half way down an aisle when it was announced over the loudspeaker the store was closed and please bring things to cashier. The manager Alba started yelling at my wife who was walking with me towards the front to check out.

It was extremely poor customer relations as well as inciting things that didn’t need to be. She then met us at the front and continued yelling and when my wife asked her name she yelled it at her including her bosses name (Jose).

She continued to yell until my wife told her that she was showing everybody her true self. She then continued to talk LOUDLY to another employee about us which was unnecessary. This person should learn better customer service.

I have been living in Victorville California for the past 4 years and all of these years this Food 4 Less in victorville never has enough cashiers. The maximum amount of cashiers that I have ever seen at a time is no more than 4 cashiers maybe 5 cashiers on busy times and busy days.

Even when its the 1st of the month or the 15th of the month when everybody on EBT is packing the store I never see no more than 4 cashiers. Are you trying to save money because most of the population out here in Victorville is on EBT?

What about us who are not on government assistance? Why should we have to put up with poor service just because Food 4 Less wants to maximize its profit from all the EBT dollars that Food 4 Less generates? I think Food 4 Less takes advantage because these EBT customers have no…

m. after doing laundry at the laundromat I have never walked into the store prior to this time and as soon as I walked in they asked if my dog was a service dog which she is they asked if she had a vest and

I told them it got stolen. They then proceeded to go over the loudspeaker asking for security I continue to walk through the store looking for jugs of water as that was the reason I came into the store. I asked numerous times where they were and no one would tell me where the water was also have broken ribs and it is very difficult for me to walk.

I am very frustrated then this I try to explain to everything that happened and then I lose it and have to type it again. Here we go again. I stopped at food4 less this afternoon this week for food 4 less is having a sale of the six pack Coke for 299. With the digital coupon.

I always use the digital coupons when possible. So I am very familiar on how to use it. I always puncheon my phone number with no problem this time he did not want to take the sale price of 299.

The cashier tried her self. With no luck after train. A few times she explained to me that today was the last day of the sale and that the Sale had ended. Which did not make any sense. I told her today was the last day so it should go through until 11:59 PM.

I'm disabled and your El cajon store has no scooters to accommodate disabled customers who can't walk. I had to use a cart. Nobody could help me look for cranberry sauce . They had me going up and down several isles.

Not only did the cashier's and stockers know they wouldn't look themselves. Very incompetent and not customer service friendly.

Finally after the 5 th employee they asked they finally directed me to the cranberry sauce and the cashier says it's not that time of year that's why we didn't know . The store on 70 Ashland is a terrible place. The cashiers don't smile and are nasty and rude. You can't get any help and you can't ask questions. You get stuck up in the parking lot and there is a drug deal going down every minuet.

Maybe about 2 weeks ago I went to food4less at 4400 Slauson Ave, Maywood CA 90270. I'm a regular customer at this store and they need a makeover far as customer service goes. I've had issues with this particular cashier Martha M.

While I was bagging my items I asked her for another bag and she yelled ten cents instead of just giving me the bag. She yelled I'm busy right now and just shut up and wait. She then proceeded to call security, I should have called security.

I asked for her name and I told her that I was calling the home office to make a complaint and she yelled you can call anyone that you want and that nothing will happen to me. I have not been to that store since then.

I requested a manager but he was out to lunch.

Can’t give this store any stars. Never had a problem with an employee, but the stores management allows check out lines to exceed 15-20 people waiting at any given time. I understand a busy store. I’ve work in this setting myself.

I’ve been at this store in Santa Ana, CA near 1st/Main at 6pm and have witnessed 2 cashiers open. It wouldn’t be that bad but this happens All The Time It’s Ridiculous!

They have been selling rotten fruit all summer long. You would think Id wise up after a while but I'm always hopeful. I asked a guy in the fruit and veggies why is all of the fruit gross here now?

He said because we are getting it from Chile. I asked why? He said I've been wondering that myself. If you know the fruit looks good on the outside but is rotten or tasteless inside why buy keep buying it?

I have 2 complaints. 1 is the shopping carts are nasty and most of them don’t work/roll properly. 50. 99. I took the cashier where they was. She removed the tea candles and called her manger who said I could only get 1 for the flagged price when I wanted to get 4 packs.

Went in today around 4pm, and the store was rather busy, long lines down some aisles but, typical around that time. Got in line, stood there and watched the cashier check out the five people in front of me, only to step closer and have her tell me and the gentleman behind me that she was closed.

After we stood there in line that whole time(again, enough to watch her check out 5 other people) She then says we have to go to another line, which again were also long. I left my stuff right there and left.

Why would I go stand in another long line after just doing so, and, how do I know that line won’t close because the cashier had to go at that second!

I was recently in your Highland Park store on Figueroa. I was inquiring about a digital coupon that was posted next to one of your products I downloaded the QR code opened the app downloaded the coupon and to no avail.

I then approached the management Claudia and she denied being the manager. I was told she was about to leave she , Claudia, directed me to a young man Roan and said he was a manager and he should assist me.

While shopping at the North Hills Store on May 14th, 20222 a Manger by the Denise approached my while shopping and requested for me to lift up my shirt stating that she saw me put something in my pants. I am a Pastor at church as well as a Director at a Homeless Youth Shelter.

I am a pillar of the community.

I walked into your store my first stop was the deli department. I stood at the counter 15 min before an employee told me she was in the washroom. I waited another 10 min for someone after I walked to get fruit as well as bread.

Customer Service sucks in the Deli department also the rides for individuals with disabilities stay broke or out of use in the store 47th Damen. This store has a very high volume of customer's and we expect customers to get Service as needed.

I’m a customer at the Food for Less in Chicago on 70th and Ashland. I buy gas there on a regular and am not allowed to use the washroom as I’m told there’s no public washroom. I’m a customer and should be allowed to use the washroom.

I will take my business elsewhere and encourage my friends and family to do the same. The lazy women that work there don’t want to have to clean so they deny access. Just unfair please fix the problem.

I am following up on a matter of complaint at the food 4 less in Chicago at 112 West 87th Street. How you can run a business with the staff at that store it's unimaginable. On Saturday, September 4th I was in your store located in Chicago at North and Cicero around the seven o clock hour. One of your cashier's a young Hispanic or Caucasian woman racially insulted to me by suggesting that all black people purchase items from your store with government handouts.

Can something be done about customers entering the store smelling like weed. If there is a no shirt no service policy why can't there be one for this. I was in the sore on Saturday and the whole store was lit up with the smell of weed.

I'm on oxygen and had to endure this type of smell. I was unable to finish my shopping and the clerk had to bag up my groceries. I just want to go into a store and not endure this type of mess.

On 7/21/21, I was at your store in Evanston, IL in the line of Patricia R. I reached to give her my store card and she ignored me and would NOT look my way. Afterwards, she said she was waiting on her customer to finish packing their groceries.

After I packaged my groceries I noticed I was overcharged for an item. I asked her for assistance and again she ignored me. A customer in line who also heard me, pointed me to the direction of the manager. I explained my situation and how rude the cashier had been towards me.

The store is located on 165th street in hammond indiana . This is the sixth time I have came to this store and it is always a problem there are only four lanes opened especially on the weekend . The deli is always closed for fresh meat.

I went to purchase squishmallows for my kids and Cashier Anna ant crest hill first refused to check me out saying they had limits Because of them being expensive. Im a mom of 8 and squishmallows are hard to find because of resellers but I was just buying some for my kids and didn't shelf clear.
