Tryed to buy 2 pair of shoes , bank authorized payment on my credit card, cust. service, said I do not meet your qualifications, at 80 yrs old and enough money in the bank to buy any foot locker franchise, what is the problem, except very rude employees. Respectfully, Chuck

I just lost my home in a wildfire , I lost everything, I went to foot locker to get shoes for my mother who has dementia and myself some shoes , I picked out 5 pairs of shoes I went up to pay and there was a big box in the way so I moved it and said can you at least have a path to get in to check out and the manager said I’m not going to sell you this leave my store , she accused me of hitting a kid with the box which was a complete lie , I would never hit a child and

5 in store, no problem I ordered them to be sent to my home. When they arrived 7 day later I opened the box to find a pair of infants shoes and a packing slip for someone else, I called customer service and was on hold for over an HOUR!!!!!

Now I have to wait ANOTHER week to get the shoes ( a now late birthday present for my daughter) and take even more time out of my VERY busy schedule to find somewhere to print a shipping label and get supplies to prepare to send you back the shoes I DIDNT ORDER, then travel across town to the ups store to return you the baby shoes.

No apologies were given just my whole day waisted for your mistake. I feel like I should have just ordered them from AMAZON!!!! At least then I wouldn't have been on the phone for an hour and a half. Do better!!

Merced Mall; foot locker. This house will take a stand.

I felt and racial bias, and by this the situation was being handled indirectly by emotional and intentional verbal aggressiveness. I brought attention to the manager and he said that there was no place to complain and covering for his employees. I brought back the pair of shoes and good condition and was excepted by one of the employees. And another employee that was there was the one that started at me. And therefore the situation felt hostile and unsafe environment. I will bring it to the attention of the board of Call County Supervisors of Mercer, county Not not updated with a quick response at least 30 days. 99 plus tax online which came out to be 45 bucks the girl that was working did a even exchange when the shoes were cheaper in store so I should have gotten money back and she didn’t even mention it to me so that’s very poor customer service and cheating customers..

Yes I took my two children to buy new shoes as well as myself the Store rep didn't offer 'help i asked her if she could measure my son's feet she gave a nasty look like i was bothering her. She made me wait while she helped a man that walked in that she know she also gave this man her discount i spent almost 400 Dam that was so unfair

The manager was real rude and didn't want to help me he deny me to know his name also I had worked at a customer service and his help was horrible I just wanted to purchase a pair of sneakers they need to train well this people in charge. The store i contact was the one in passaic he said his name was julius after the second attempt of asking his name

I am writing this letter to complain about an unfortunate incident that recently happened to me at one of your footlocker store. I believe I have been sexually harassed by an employee. This employee’s name is Trevor.

Last Saturday 14/12/2019 I came to footlocker Bristol (BS1 3DX) to do some shopping for christmas. Items on your website are not updated if they are out of stock. If the item is out of stock it’s substituted with another item. Just cancel the order. If I wanted the substituted item I would have ordered it.

To make it more annoying a return label is not supplied. When I called the customer service department requesting a return shipping label I was on the phone for 40 minutes because the agent had no idea how to supply one.

This is the second time, first was Kids Footlocker. It’s less aggravation if I just go to a store and return it.

My husband and I went to the Footlocker at MacArthur Mall in Norfolk, Va a few days ago. The sales staff seemed to make a point of ignoring us. They were busy checking out the young people out i the mall.

I guess they don't want old people in the store.

Tried to buy sneakers at the Footlocker at MacArthur mall in Norfolk, Va. The staff ignored me and my husband despite our attempts to get their attention. They were too busy checking out the young people cruising through the mall.

I guess they don't want old white people in their store. Whatever, they lost a couple of sales.

Placed an order online for in store pickup and they canceled it but still took the money out my account and didn’t say anything. I was told I didn’t leave a phone number even though it’s listed on my receipt.

The rep giggled as I spoke as if my issue was funny and I never received help and will have to dispute with my bank. I shop online all the time and this was my worst experience by far

I went to foot locker on Sunday July 15th 2018. When my sister and I walked in there was a young man and a woman working and it was not busy at all. The young man asked how he could help me and my sister I told him I was looking for a pair of red converse for my 1 year old.

The lady stated that they dont carry that brand in their store. So that I would have to go to mayfair. a different pair of shoes and the young man was assisting us when i asked if they had the pair of jordans in a size 3 the lady interuped as she stood up against the wall and

said no we don't have that size we only have them in size 4 and up. The sign said they had sizes 2-10 so I pointed that out and her response was I know what the sign says we don't have them in that size.

In this email im going to express my frustrations with a timeline of how i was given false information and mistreated

I ordered a pair of huaraches for my daughter for christmas, the item received On time but my issue was the item was too small.

The Saturday before new years we go to exchange the sneaker for a bigger size in colonie center. The sales person notified me that they didnt go higher then a 6, so i could either take store credit (because i forgot my receipt) or come back later which was what i chose. 12/13 at the smith haven mall in Long Island, I was shopping with the intent to purchase a pair of shoes (Nike air max plus ns) is the pair my boyfriend picked out in the window. I went to purchase the shoe and it came up to $175.

I noticed that inside the shoe displayed in the window said $150. I asked to receive that price for the shoe. The assistant manager asked the manager and she said with an attitude "no, the price is $175, these shoes just came out".

Then the manager walked in the back and did not return and left her co-workers to deal with the situation and leave a customer very unsatisfied. I then spoke with customer service and they said there is nothing they can do for but give me a $10 gift card.
