Left my bag said that they was going to come in the next that I was gonna come in the next day to receive my items. The President of customer service said they will even note that in the supervisor know that I will be coming in the next day but at 8 o'clock to reach.
Read my items that I they found when I came in. They did not leave the note for the supervisor so I was not unable to retrieve my items. When I spoke to the supervisor she said she did not know anything about it.
Customer service did not let them know. She found my items and then going to contact her manager. Her manager said Rap for me to receive my items. I will have to pay I feel. Oh, that to be given to get it back to be evident to be evident to shift.
I feel that is irresponsible and unacceptable. Because as a customer…
