Left my bag said that they was going to come in the next that I was gonna come in the next day to receive my items. The President of customer service said they will even note that in the supervisor know that I will be coming in the next day but at 8 o'clock to reach.

Read my items that I they found when I came in. They did not leave the note for the supervisor so I was not unable to retrieve my items. When I spoke to the supervisor she said she did not know anything about it.

Customer service did not let them know. She found my items and then going to contact her manager. Her manager said Rap for me to receive my items. I will have to pay I feel. Oh, that to be given to get it back to be evident to be evident to shift.

I feel that is irresponsible and unacceptable. Because as a customer…

I rented a car from this place for this past week, everything went fine and people were nice when picking it up. When I returned it we drove up to the spikes at the return spot and they weren’t going down and we were afraid to pop a tire. Husband stays with the car, I walk over to the booth where you exit with cars and started saying to the lady that I was dropping a car off and they cuts me off there. She raises her voice almost immediately telling me three times in a row without stopping that I need to go down and to the right, I say I know and try to say the spikes are up and she interrupts before I can and tells me again to go to the right.

She steps back in the booth as I’m trying to speak and I wait, she comes back and I say “but the spikes are up” she asks if I’m dropping a car, I…

Cuando vas a rentar un carro en Miami, FOX Rent a car es el peor, traslade mi Sunpass a la placa de vehículo rentado, lo tuve por un mes y después de entregado me llega un recibo por 5 tolls que supuestamente no se cobraron por 5 dólares adicionalmente cargaron a mi cuenta 15 dólares de fee por cada uno quiere decir 75 adicionales, un Robo de frente, ni siquiera Sunpass hace esto, ellos te dan la opción de pagar unos días después porque puede ser un error, Cuídate de aquellos que te quieren estafar y hacer crecer sus negocios a costa del dinero de los demás …….

I rented a car on July 18, 2019 until July 22, 2019. Rental Agreement Number SEA 5444421

While traveling in Seattle we went across a bridge that did not have toll personnel to collect toll. A sign stated a bill will be generated and sent to the car owner.

The toll amount totaled $14.00. The toll company sent an invoice for the $14.00 to your company however, your company fail to provide due process by requesting that I pay the toll amount and unilaterally paid the $14.00 without contacting me and then assess a administrative fee of $45.00. We are requesting the administrative fee removal. I am given you the authority to credit my credit card on file ending in 9427 in the amount of $14.00 for the toll cost.

We reserved a Fox Rental Car through AARP to be picked up at the Phoenix, Arizona, airport on February 16, 2019. Upon arrival at the rental car facility, the line at the Fox counter was extremely long. There were only two agents working, although it appeared the counter could accommodate at least six agents.

It took an hour and 45 minutes to rent our car, which is totally unacceptable. This appears to be extremely poor planning as management should have known how many cars were scheduled to be picked up on this busy Saturday afternoon and should have planned accordingly.

We reserved a FOX rental car to be picked up at the Phoenix airport on February 16, 2019. Upon arriving at the rental car center, the line to speak with the FOX rental agent was extremely long. Only two agents were working, although it appeared that the FOX rental center could accommodate at least six agents at a time.

We waited an hour and 45 minutes to rent the car. This seems like extremely poor planning. Management should have known how many cars were to be picked up on that date and should have staffed accordingly.

On February 19th I stood in line at Fox in Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix for one hour and ten minutes to get to your counter. While in line a young man approached all of us stating Dollar Rent a Car and Payless would match Fox's price and their was no waiting. Moments later i discovered he worked for Fox as I saw him behind your counter taking customers. Don't understand that move unless Dollar and Payless own Fox??

When I finally got to your counter I met Beatrice (at least that's the name she gave me), the most rude and sarcastic person I've ever encountered. So bad I took my phone out to record this interaction, at which time she handed me my drivers license and credit card back and said she was not going to rent to me. I then informed her she sure was going to rent to me, or all hell…

Very disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service when our flight was delayed. They only held our reservation for 3 hours and then wanted to charge us an additional $100 because we were delayed. As if we weren’t already upset enough.

) We were directed to try to disconnect battery to reset computer which required 1/1/2 hour round trip into Santa Rosa, CA, another 3 hour wait there, and once battery was reconnected, problem continued with full blast heat. An entire vacation day was wasted as we had to return to Sebastapol and wait for another vehicle to be delivered.

The van which was delivered had loose steering and wanted to veer all over the road. This was discovered once we were on our way to deliver our daughter's wedding supplies via interstate. We would like a refund for poorly maintained vehicles and time lost.

Arrived at Orlando international airport shuttle pick up location at 11:10 PM on 6/7/2016 , the shuttle bus finally arrived at 12:00 AM on 6/8/2016 there were 3 families all waiting to be picked up for almost 1 hour. 3 Payless rent a car shuttles stopped at the pick up location before the first Fox rent a car shuttle arrived (I believe their lots are next to each other).

My biggest complaint is there is no way to call this company at night the ladies in the rental office stated they don't have a phone there, the corporate office is closed at this hour. Your left standing at the airport for almost 1 hour without knowing if a shuttle will ever come and pick you up!

I rented a car on August 21 2015 with Booking Buddy for $318 to be picked up in Tampa off airport. I printed out the rental agreement available which has the price of $318 only. When I arrived at Fox they said I had to pay $693. I showed them my print out but they still insisted I must pay more. IT WAS A "BAIT AND SWITCH". I did not upgrade or do any ad ons whatsoever . I called Chase because it was charged to Chase Mileage plus Explorer card while still at Fox and talked with a supervisor named Bea Kelley who said "she could see that I only owed $318, not to worry I did not have to pay more, just rent the car, call Chase back in a few days giving it a chance to post , NOT TO WORRY."

I TRUSTED her! It has been over 3 months of phone calls to Chase, emails which are NEVER acknowledged as…

With half the price when compared to any other car rentals, Fox has done a really good job. We rented them on several occasions and found the best possible rates. They have cars of various choice and I personally feel they are quality service.

The driver was pleasing and we had no trouble at all. It arrived on time and there was no issue with billing as well. I have rented many different car services earlier, but then this one was really the best service.

Cheap on the pocket and well who wouldn't want to save some extra bucks. Go in for Fox and experience the difference.
