Disorganized manager left my to go order to get cold while he took 2 orders, 10 - 15 min. He asked the girl in front of me are you Mary I said. I am Mary and I couldn't believe he left my food get cold.

There were several girls there working hard he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I didn't leave a tip for the first time in my life. I won't be going back.

Hello my name is Steve I was visiting the friendly's on merrit Blvd dundalk and my service was good but there was this manager there I guess she was there covering or something her name was karen but the way she spoke to the employees there was absolutely uncalled for.

She was speaking to this one person saying how she can't wait to go back to her store like she didn't even care about being there and I just felt like that was very rude and disrespectful to the people who are working there and I wanted to share my opinion about it.

, Reading PA. Customer service was extremely poor. I sat with my children for over 45 minutes and nobody came to get on order. Several waitresses passed by. They try not to make any eye contact. Nobody came to our table until I Walked to the front desk to Find out Who the waitress assigned to our table was.

After being served the food, the waitress did not come back to the table to ask if we needed anything else or give us the check. My family had to walk to the the front desk to pay for the meal.

I am a veteran and me and my wife went to friendly's on nov 11,2019 to enjoy and free meal and to celebrate veteran day. We went to the location in Pottstown PA store 7361 and their we had the most horrible experience that me and my wife had ever experience in any restaurant.

Me and my wife are both veteran of the US Air Force and that most restaurant were not asking for veterans idea and on the door of friendly's restaurant in Pottstown PA it did no say that veteran needed any idea,on the door it just show the veteran menu. 45pm and we and one other costumer were in in the the restaurant and it was totally empty.

My girl friend and I went in to get two sundaes. We stood there with no one in front of us for about 2 mintues, with 3 employees looking at us and laughing to eachother. A waitress had to come in from the dinning room to tell us someone would be with us in a minute.

One girl stocking came to take our order, she then proceeded to stock instead of making our sundaes. The "manager" on duty was training someone and had told her 3 times what to put in each sundae, and she still didn't understand.

I had to ask him to help her instead of telling her. A couple of minutes went by and still no making of the sundaes. I asked for a refund and the girl that was stocking ran over to the register saying I was crazy, she grabbed her tip jar off the counter because she didn't want me to "steal" her…

The issues started from the moment we arrived at the restaurant. A waitress looked at us walking in, proceeded to walk away from us & shouted across the resturant for another employee to seat us. Claiming she was too busy.

After being seated our server took about 10 min to even approach our table. Once we ordered & our food came, we didnt see our server again. We all needed drink refills & i needed more dressing. After being annoyed i went to the front to ask for our check, explaining we hadnt seen our server.

He came with the bill & walked off. Not to return again. We decided just to go to the take out window for our ice cream because we had lost our patience with the server. That experience wasnt any better.

I just left the Friendly store in Amesbury Ma. My experience was horrible, we waited almost 2 hours for our meal, there was a couple across from us and he must have seen me checking my watch because on leaving he came over and

said its really bad, i don't think they have enough help, his wife said" we have never been here before and we won't be back, not only was the wait long, the food was horrible when it came" There was a Chinese couple who waited to be seated and they were totally ignored, no one even said "be with you in a moment", they left after waiting about 10 mins.

Sometimes there are reasons but there were only 4 other parties in the dining room. I have no answer for this, was it not enough help? I don't know .. Evelyn Noyes

The waiters and waitresses are really nice and the food is good. But while I was sitting at my table, my family and I felt uncomfortable and noticed that the manager here was being very aggressive towards the customers and her employees.

They were very ignorant and rude. She kept slamming the ice cream in the counter and yelling at the workers instead of saying things nicely. She didn’t make the friendly experience friendly. We are st the Harrisburg friendlys. 4601 high pointe blvd.

HI,

I am deaf and I file complaint because my deaf friend call to order 60 sandwich over videophone before June 29 surpise birthday party however I receive 12 sandwiches and was not cut in half and was wrap even the presentation was bad, the sandwishes not cut just wrap the picture showed them neatly cut in containers.

I did pay with my credit card however I was not very happy and deaf friends were so hungry and I has to order pizza and there was misunderstood over the videophone from my deaf friend and my hearing friend help me out talk to manager however my deaf friend told me the manager is female and blond hair who help her explain in person carefully. Today, July 3 I had breakfast at Friendly’s in Worcester Ma on Grafton St. There was 1 Server waiting on a full house of customers. This server was doing her best to serve customers. It was very busy people were waiting to be seated.

This server also had to clean all the tables and take payment. This was an impossible job. I have been at this restaurant many times and this is a problem at this store. Not enough help. The manager should have been out there helping.

There should have been additional help.

I visited Friendlys in east Longmeadow MA on 6/8/19. Was seated around 12 noon. The girl who brought me to my seat also got me my drink. Waited 20 minutes for waitress to take my cheeseburger order. Waited another 40 minutes - no cheeseburger yet - flagged my waitress & asked about my order & she said she was bringing in right out now.

Waited another 20 minutes - no cheeseburger & no waitress. I found the girl who seated me & asked for my bill to pay for my drink & explained my bad experience to her. She apologized to me for not getting my order. Restaurant was not busy.

We both ordered western omelettes . The peppers were so big and hard and onions so greasy and piled on omellette the grease was running off the omelette and the potatoes. We returned both omelletes and waited a half hour or longer for our new order.

We often eat at knights and street road in Bensalem and never had a problem.

In the past few years I have received a coupon for a free birthday sundae. My birthday was April 2 and I have not received my birthday sundae. I know this is a small complaint but my friend just received her birthday coupon for a free sundae and her birthday is April 16.

I am a loyal customer and I enjoy the “thank you” coupon.

Not a good experience at Holden, MA restaurant today. Entered restaurant, NO customers/all tables empty, just two other people waiting to be seated. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated and we could hear employees socializing as we waited.

As being seated, I saw eggs coming off the grill, I asked for breakfast and was told NO as it was 11:05 AM. I expressed what I saw and was told the eggs were for a employee and I couldn't get breakfast (grilled was NOT switched over still the customer didn't matter).

I asked for a Manager twice, who finally came after about 10 mins. I asked for the District Manager's contact information which she said she couldn't provide, she gave me the GM phone number which was the store phone number - she didn't ask why I wanted this information or even try to…

We pushed a button on the tablet on the table and a nother lady came over. The waitress forgot us and we was sitting there for at least 15 minutes waiting. then another lady came and got are order. I ordered a turkey club melt and when i started eating it my mouth got really hot the cook put the wrong stuff on it.

It was hot sauce and i could not have hot sauce, I did have to take a Benadryl because I started to inch. So i had to wait again for my food. It was not a good dinner at all.

Maple/ sweethome location. Amherst NY. The GM treats his employees like trash. A server first name corinne treats coworkers and customers like she is better then everyone. She is not a friendly person at all. The GM and this server are very close personally.

It is a very uncomfortable situation when you see them together.

the waitresses are unfriendly and lazy. The place should be reported to the better business bureau. Always dirty. Picking up a menu was so sticky we left the place not trusting the food safety. They seat you at dirty tables.

On January 27, 2019 we went to Friendly's in Waltham 1111 Lexington street. Got seated right away and waitress came and took drink orders. When she returned she took the orders she was very polite and on top of it.

so were a few other tables some just left not getting their food at all. most people take it out on the waitress when really she has nothing to do with it. I didn't get her name but I felt for her.

My wife and I visited the Friendly's in Easton Pa on Friday July 13 2018 with our two grandchildren ages 6 and 9. We had a kids eat free coupon which stated one free kids meal with EACH adult entrée.

The cashier rang it up giving us only one free kids meal. The manager came over and very rudely informed me that the policy was only one free kids meal per table. This is fraud and you need to correct it.

I also filled out the questionnaire on your web site and nobody responded. Thanks

I took my son and grandson out for dinner this evening (7-14-18). We had the worst service ever and food. It took our server 20 minutes to greet us. I had to go to the hostess and ask her to get our server to order, to get some mayo for my BLT and to have a manager come to our table.

My BLT had a drop of mayo on the sandwich, so hence, I need to ask for more mayo. Had to wait 10 minutes for mayo. By the time the manager came out to our table .... mayo was brought to me.

Our fries were over cooked and cold. I told the manager that I thought our server seemed over whelmed. A table next to us waited a long time also and they got up and left. Then another table behind us asked for their meal to go because they were their for a while also.

The manager seemed concerned but did nothing to help…

Very uncrowded, lots of waitstaff. Waitress took order and we asked if could place food order as we were in a hurry. Yet we waited forever for food that then it came out cold. Chicken noodle soup was a gross brown color, turned out it was way over cooked and had to be thrown out.

Two hours later we are very far behind schedule and not at all happy.

We went to the friendlys in Lebanon pa. The restaurant was dirty, we had to ask for our table to be wiped down, all they did was bring a paper towel that had very little water on it. The booth seats had crumbs in then and were ripped.

Most of the wait staff was standing around talking. Very disappointed with lack of cleanliness and customer service.

I placed an online order and was told that my order would be delivered by 9:15pm. I placed about 5 phone calls to the store from 9:30–10:00 and no one answered. At 10:00pm I drove to the store where there were 5 employees standing around, while the phone was ringing.

I then explained to the manager that my food still had not been delivered. I was told that they didn’t expect it to be so busy and the driver just left with my food. I drove home and waited another 25 minutes for my food to be delivered.

I was missing my soup and my ice cream was melted. I find that totally unacceptable .

Cook must learn to prepare eggs to order. I prefer my scrambled eggs to look like the menu picture and not over worried in the process of cooking.

Store #7443, Erie Blvd, Dewitt NY, lacks effective supervision of kitchen staff activities and efficiency of serving food while it's still hot.

Took 10 minutes to be sat after making eye contact with plenty of employees who were standing doing nothing. Drinks we're quick and right (cherry cokes) food came on time too but Waitress did not check up on us, didn't receive any refills when cup was just ice, the whole experience was pretty awful.

Waited 15 minutes for her to come back to pah but never did. Asked someone else to check us out so we could leave and our waitress appears out of nowhere. I should probably point out the place was not busy.

Coming from an active server, it all could have been better.

On Feb. 21 my family, 3 adults and 3 teens went to friendly's #0041 in Lee mass. There was a couple in front of us who after about 10 minutes told us they had already been waiting approx. 15 minutes.

No-one had acknowledges them and no-one acknowledged our party either. There looked to be about 6 to 7 employees working. There were several dirty tables but they did not seem to be overly busy. Employees walked by both parties and other than saying I need to get by we were not spoken to at all.

Several more customers were in line behind us. At this point we had been there for approx. 20 minutes. Several of thebpeople behind us also left. One table got cleaned but the couple in front of us were not offered it.

49 gift card at you Taunton restaurant. I had made a bet in Florida & lost. It was for a banana split. After having breakfast on a Sunday morning with a party of five I went to purchase this. Everyone was very nice but the gentlemen did not know how to do this so asked for help.

Another gentleman came & completed transaction. The man went to use it on September 13th @ your Middleboro restaurant after golf with my husband finding out the card was not activated. They had us go back to Taunton which we did the following day speaking to Jason on September 14th.

He said he could not do anything without a receipt.. He Spoke to Heidi the manager & she is the one that said that. Left my name & telephone # as requested & said I would get a call back. 5650).

A couple of things, Our order was wrong even though we corrected the server several times. Only asked for no lettuce on both burgers we ordered.

Also, the photo on the menu did not even remotely resemble what we received. (Size) We have visited this location often (@ Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT. My wife and I, Both former food service workers, had not had such a disappointing experience in a long time.

I would have brought our concerns to the Manager but, The fella identified as he was extremely unkept dirty shirt hanging out, dirty pants greasy hair. An employee of mine would have been sent home. We are at Hartford Hospital quite often but I don't think we will be eating here again any time soon.

My son and I had a nice father son lunch today (11/14/2016) and all was well until we checked out with the new table checkout system. We use one all the time ar chill's. When we checked out there was no paper in the machine. I asked the server to get another receipt and explained why. The rest of the story is truly a disappointment and joke,

Seems that no one could get me a receipt. They seemed to say that the only way was to look at order tickets from the kitchen. Seems a new shift just came in and they cleaned up the kitchen and threw away all the order receipts. We then overheard the servers talking and they were asking our server why are they still sitting there. Our server then explained we wanted a receipt. The whole tone of the servers was pretty rude. Tonight my family and I went to Friendly's for my son's 12th Birthday a party of 6. We received horrible service as we arrived at 7:15pm tonight, and our order was placed at 7:53pm. We was not given silverware or napkins also our waiter never can around to ask if we wanted refills or to take away finished dirty dishes (desert was served with the table filled with dinner plates). When my meal was order I asked for the Turkey burger Swiss meal with NO pork bacon, when my food arrived it had bacon on it.

With that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes till my food came out. Our waitress Tandana who was serving my table was not very friendly or willing to give her customers the best quality of service nor was the store manager Scott. My mother who was at the Glassboro location this weekend…

I came into the window to order one thing! I waited for 20 plus minutes. no one even said, "Boo" to me! While I waited, I watched and saw so many problems.

First of all not even being said hello to is huge problem. Then the place is filthy. I watched a waitress put her hands in salads with her bare hands, then touching customers food like it was her own. She took bun tops off to see if hamburger had what it needed on it.

Then she would go from one thing to another, granted they were super busy and no help!!! without washing her hands! Friendly's is terrible and dirty all the way around.

I went for a job interview and mike from sussex said I could start working after another interview. The lady manager was not nice and judge me and made me feel low and then would not higher me or return any of my call's after telling me she would call me that day.

When I left I felt so bad about myself. I really would like to talk to someone at Friendly's headquarters, maybe even the CEO, about what happened to me.

At the location in Goshen NY, the worst service ever. I was served on a paper plate, they had broken glass in the middle of the floor and just walking around it. The manager named Corinne was just unbearable to deal with.

Very slow service , and a disgusting attitude. My family and I will never be attending that friendlys ever again due to the way I was treated by that manager.

Went to supper at Cortland NY friendly's and got poor service.They brought us are appetizer first than 5 minutes later they provided us with are drinks in which we asked for them several times.Than when they brought are food to us it was on the cold side and I told waitress about it.Than my granddaughter ordered her sundae and it took them over 10 minutes and us acting like we were leaving before they provided us with the sundae.

Total of four of went to friendlys at Jericho turnpike mineola on 11/22/15. The service was ridiculously slow, it took a few minutes before we received menus. once we placed our orders, we waited at least another 25 minutes and our food was not served.

I asked the girl at the front counter who was in charge, and she looked totally dumbfounded, then told me who was in charge. But , I never saw that person, who was nowhere to be found!! It was at least another five or more minutes before we received our order, which was very uncomplicated to say the least.

Also, the place was absolutely empty, only a few other customers there, and still it took forever to get our food, which really wasn't that great. I expect you know restaurants depend on satisfied customers who want to return in the…

Today, Sept. 17, 2015 @ 9:30 a.m. at Friendly's, Lee, Massachusetts ( my party of 4) walked in an observed all tables totally full in the front. I then walked around the corner and found 2 tables (not clean yet) one had a party of 4 and sat at a table ready for customers. A wait person named BARBARA came over to me in a LOUD VOICE and stated: you should have waited to be seated because we would not know anyone was back here.

I was embarrassed in front of my friends and the party across from us were looking at us. The food was outstanding, and the order came in a reasonably waiting time. After paying our bill at the front of the restaurant I observed there was NO SIGN TO INDICATE YOU MUST BE SEATED!! My wife and I were taking our granddaughter to Friendly's on July 23 at 7:00pm and were not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes.

Finally a young lady came to the front and asked if we would mind waiting 15 to 20 minutes to be seated because the cooks closed the kitchen. This is not what we expected from a family friendly restaurant that is trying to make a comeback.

Fortunately there was a McDonalds within a block that could provide accommodations. We are not tourists. We live in the area.

I ensure to have my weekend breakfast at Friendly's. Always had a good meal here for a good price. Service was good and the waitress was very friendly. As usual the omelets breakfast and coffee were great. They serve it fresh and neat. That’s not all.

I even love the icecreams out here. They serve good ice cream and pretty decent food overall. The rates are reasonable and pocket friendly. Good place to hang around for a simple neat breakfast. I would definelty suggest this to all.
