Was great when I first started Frontpoint using years ago. But equipment is now old and outdated and service has plummeted. Prices have increased and are not competitive (just signed with SimpliSafe for half the monthly fee). But the cancellation process was torture.
Over a week ago, I called to cancel and was sent a link to follow up online which didn’t work. Tried numerous times on several computers and got an error message each time.
Finally called Frontpoint again and spoke to customer service which walked me through an arduous and absurd process to cancel. AND THEY ARE BILLING ME FOR ALMOST 2 months of service going forward which I cannot use. ).
