So I did an online search for the best banks in Texas and Frost bank came up among others. Got off work, made it to the Baytown branch before closing. Approached by this dude who was willing to help. So we got all the regular standard info out the way, then it got weird for some reason.

So anyway, a little about me will help at this point. I live and work in the Baytown Area Petrochemical Industry. I studied in the Technical field and hold a couple of professional licenses.

However, while at the bank with the dude, some questions about business and international wire transfers came up. Well, presently, I don't own a business but will like to in the future, so my answers were like, maybe, I am not sure, in the future probably.

On the wire transfer question, same thing, I am not sure maybe…

I closed my account June 2023. They said they mailed me a check which I never gotten. I have called multiple times to retrieve it and everyone tells me someone will call me but Noone does. And I have yet to receive my money.

00-it was sent to my account in San Antonio without complete information then was sent back to Schwab-left me in a pickle and there was no one at Frost that offered any assistance. I am going to my local Frost Bank in the morning to hopefully get some help before I end all dealings with Frost.

You thrive on CUSTOMER SERVICE and in my opinion you have failed. Hopefully you can get this information to someone at my Branch before I arrive in the morning. Please get me a contact name.

Once again the blatant refusal to respond to my earlier complaints regarding Dinis Francis not fulfilling undertaking to pay fees for release of parcel from Michael Franklin has created many more problems. Your bank yesterday did offer to pay the balance of the $200 of earlier surprise fees added by Customs Canada.

Dinis Francis was advised yesterday to check with them to confirm balance due to release parcel. He did not do that. As he had ignored my earlier complaints and your system handled the complaint so poorly, Customs felt entitled to add more fees.

I was only just advised today. I attribute their actions to your delays. Dinis Francis, when advised, spit in my face by stating he would pay absolutely nothing. Frost Bank is responsible for these additional fees. You are quite aware…

I work nights, so I use the app to check my balance and pay some bills. When I signed up as a member I was ensured that the mobile app would be available 24-7. I can’t do anything because your system is down EBERY SINGLE night which is VERY inconvenient.

I’ve been through several banks and i ALWAYS had access when I need it!
