Order T5028294 was placed 11/28/19. Expected delivery was 12/10/19, but as of 12/23/19, the item has not arrived. Fed Ex Tracking indicates a label was prepared, but that they have not received the item from Fry’s. I sent 2 email inquiries via Fry's Customer Service (CS) website - neither one was acknowledged or answered.
I called Customer Service last week and spoke to 'Dave'. He confirmed my order and verified that the item is in stock. He said the order is coming from San Diego (SD). He put me on hold and called the SD store, but got no answer.
He said he would follow-up with SD after our phone conversation, and ask them to contact me. I've heard nothing from SD or CS. 34. That's ridiculous since: 1) Fry’s has mishandled the order, 2) the item is small, and 3) it’s only being shipped…
