Order T5028294 was placed 11/28/19. Expected delivery was 12/10/19, but as of 12/23/19, the item has not arrived. Fed Ex Tracking indicates a label was prepared, but that they have not received the item from Fry’s. I sent 2 email inquiries via Fry's Customer Service (CS) website - neither one was acknowledged or answered.

I called Customer Service last week and spoke to 'Dave'. He confirmed my order and verified that the item is in stock. He said the order is coming from San Diego (SD). He put me on hold and called the SD store, but got no answer.

He said he would follow-up with SD after our phone conversation, and ask them to contact me. I've heard nothing from SD or CS. 34. That's ridiculous since: 1) Fry’s has mishandled the order, 2) the item is small, and 3) it’s only being shipped…

Fry's Electronics have the worst customer service ever. I buy a computer for 2,000 dollars and I was supposed to get e rebate for 100 dollar, but nobody told me that I have to keep the box to do the rebate and

Just went to the valve Val Vista Arizona fry's store and was Totally insulted by the question your corporate offices requiring cashiers to ask customers. A cashier asked me if I needed help with anything in the bottom of my cart, the problem is that there was nothing in the bottom of my cart.

When I ask why she would ask that question she said she was required to do it by management. When I talk to management they said this is a corporate requirement. When asked this question, I felt like they were accusing me of trying to stealing something on the bottom of the cart!.

I think your corporate office should rethink this requirement it's mindless especially when it was obvious there was nothing in the bottom of my cart. Get off the political correct bandwagon and allow your employees to do…

I ordered a gas range one day it should have been delivered the next day. But no the contract delivery person came one and a half hour sooner than stated The window time 500 til 900 why did he come at 330.

Its 800 where is the range, called the store manager apologized. The driver and the store manager were so eager to refund. I did not want a refund I wanted the range. I just want Fry's to know they could possibly be losing a lot of sales if they are treating customers the way I have been treated.

First of all, Fry's has to change their policy on searching a client's bags when exiting. I don't appreciate this because -- now, once paid for, the merchandise is no longer the property of Fry's. Fry's makes me feel like I am stealing from them -- when in fact I have already finished paying for the merchandise. Another thing is just checking to see my receipt that I have paid for MY MERCHANDISE.

On 11/24/18 at approx. 16:42 pm -- upon exiting your store at 2311 N. Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505, your clerk insinuated that we had consumed two ice creams without paying for it! What is that?? I do not appreciate being accused of stealing.

My husband and I must purchase approximately $7,000.00 or more per year, BUT WE ARE RECONSIDERING going to another Electronics Store!!

I bought a Soleus FE2-12BA 12000 BTU A/C . the sign on it said it would work in a room that is 450sf -550st i put it in a room that is 155 sf it doesn't do anything unless you sit right in front on it.

It is way to week to cool a even 155sf. I brought it back to the store and they refused to exchange the unit because they could feel cold air blowing out. They said the unit would have to be defective to exchange it.

If the unit doesn't preform as advertised wouldn't that be considered defective. The manager Sam Mikeuc said the best he could do is give me 50% off a second unit! This store is a ripoff they don't back the products they sell or honor their own policies they will change it as they see fit!

I wouldn't buy anything from these scam artist and their customer service suck too!!!!!…

I ORDERED THE RING CAMERA PRO ON MAY 7TH. IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO YOUR MANHATTAN BEACH STORE AND DELIVERED TO MY HOME, FREE OF CHARGE. I USED THE CODE FOR THE DISCOUNT AND THE FREE DELIVERY (TRACKING CODE JQJZHQGZ).

YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER BILL ( BADGE AAP001) WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE BETWEEN 4PM - 8PM ON MAY 7TH. THE PICTURE AND IDENTIFICATION OF YOUR DRIVER WAS A GREAT IDEA. AT APPROXIMATELY 3PM I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM YOUR EMAIL SERVICE THAT SAID THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.

Black Friday sale through the Promo Ad email. I purchased an item that I was excited to get at such a great price. I processed the payment and just waited for delivery of what was to be a Christmas Gift for my husband. After more than a week of not showing up, I went back online to track it only to find that it is back ordered. I've emailed 3 times to customer service and no one has responded. I've called and was on hold for almost an hour only to be told there is nothing they can do about it. My choice is to cancel the order or to wait. Here it is, almost Christmas, and I still don't know if it will be sent in time to be given as a gift.

During this whole fiasco, I have a Birthday and decide that I would like a new car stereo. I go to the store here in Phoenix. No one available to help…

I have experience nothing but a nightmare with Fry's. I ordered DVD's to pick up at Fry's at Brokaw in San Jose CA but had nothing but a bad experience. Never received a confirmation to pick up the DVDs, the next day went to Fry's to inquire about my order.

Talked to a sales Rep in the Movies section, who told me to go to customer service. The lines had around 30-50 people. I asked to talk to a Manager who once again directed me to the Movie section, who finally me told me to pick out the movies myself.

I went ahead and order the movies online so they would be delivered to my home. I thought that was going to solve my problems, but that wasn't the case. I ordered the DVD's on November 25,2017 (order # G2796242 & G2796398) and it still in Process.

On Saturday at about 530pm my husband and I walked in the store turned right and walked to the back where there is a counter. It would be the very first counter where all the hamm radio things are and other computer gadgets are . 1st counter to the front of the store after you pass the gate and tank to the right. There were about 2 young men and a girl and an older man at this counter. One of the young men started to have a very detailed conversation about one of his friend being with a man who thought it was a girl. He was talking very loud saying things like "well he didn't stop me and it felt good to me".

A while back I received a refund check for an over payment I did to my Frys acccount for the sum of $276.20. The check was misplaced and was never cashed or deposited, and later was found. I called the phone number on the check stub about a month an a half ago Phone number 866-322-8008 to request if the check could be reissued. The person I talked to on the phone said that the check was going to be re issued, that all I had to do is give her the old check number and that the old check was going to be voided and a new one was going to be issued and sent to me.

As of today I have not received any check, so I called Fry's customer service again today and they told me that there is no record of anything being processed. And that there is no record of the old check either. I have the old check…

A wipe of a computer I purchased in July from Fry's came with Windows 8 and Fry's advised me to upgrade to Windows 10. I have since discovered that the service department technicians did not agree with what they were told to tell customers.

However, Windows 8 I am learning was no better than 10. Bottom-line Windows 10 was not backing up all my data when I performed my back-ups and Fry's was therefore unable to restore my files. I have former back-ups from the old laptop but lost my calendar details and all my Quickbook company data from July through December.

It has taken me a full day to rebuild the company files and I have spent hours on the phone with Microsoft whose technicians know less than I and that is after being moved up to an Escalation Team by the Corporate office where I have…

Took my dell all in one computer to the Fry's Electronics in Jacksonville, Florida at 10 AM on Saturday Sept 19, 2015. Was told the download of windows 10 could be downloaded in two to three hours. It has taken over eight hours and still not ready. On top of this matter the answer center could not understand what I was requesting to talk with the store. Even after over five attempts to get the store they still did not connect me. The last attempt I was connected to the fax line. This is unacceptable and very poor business practices.

I feel your answering service should be fired. They are rude have broken English and you have to repeat many times your request. I understand the service is to cut down on the calls to the stores but when you are told specifically to call the store it should…
