I've been waiting for my retirement checks since November all due to a simple change of address submission. It's now the 4th day of January 2023 and now I'm missing two checks. I was recently homeless and now I'm in a new apartment with my family and I'm missing two payments that would super help me care for said family. This is ridiculous, im a combat veteran United States Marine Corps. If this matter isnt addressed by the end of the week I shall contact my state representative and see if they could assist me in the matter! Thanks!

, PA. An IRA was due and wanted to move it to another bank. Dellali Aylvie was the person who helped. He first said he needed my drivers license. then I gave him the form (IRA asset request form) He said that should have been brought here by the person whose name is on the form. (not true).

Then I told him the other IRAs I transferred to the other bank used this form and gave me a check with the name of the bank (Members1st) and I went on my way to Members and did my business there. He said that was incorrect.

he then put on the number of the IRA I was taking out of fulton. Then he said the check will be mailed to Members and lied and said we have inhouse mailing. I will see that it goes right away. (he was NOT kidding).
