My first bug in Disney Dreamlight Valley was with Simba's quest "Seed of Memories". It's about finding a special seed to the dreamlight tree, planting it where the game tells you, watering it for two three days, some would wait 1 or 2 weeks, but then it would finally grow.

Considering the name of the tree is in the name of the game you'd think they'd pay more attention to make sure there were no bugs regarding this quest. Mine never grew. Sent a ticket. They gave me a pity response back & 4 months later the tree grew.

The characters Nala & Simba were in the game already when I first started playing so it was no new news to anyone that magnificent tree. Yet close to christmas is when I was able to see it for the first time.

[my frustration is due to asking around among other players who encountered this problem, and hearing ‘its not worth contacting them they dont care enough to fix it’] fix the disney dreamlight bug that basically ruins gameplay on switch. i paid $30 for this game and almost put in another $40 in attempt to fix your mistakes(thought ab buying the extension just to see if itd fix ur shit).

this bug is the future time travel issues. and apparently this can happen on any platform, but ive heard of it most from switch. Where the game breaks, nothing respawns till the absolute LATEST date youve EVER logged in on, comes in real time.

For a while now, I have been attempting to contact Gameloft via multiple websites and apps, such as the online customer care form, Twitter, Facebook etc. and no matter how many times I tried, I got no response at all.

I have questions regarding a certain game of theirs, but I am not given any answers to them. It’s as if Gameloft support and the customer care team are now completely unreachable, or they’ve decided to cut themselves off from players, which I am not at all happy about.

been playing one of gamelofts games asphalt 8 airborne for a few months now . 75 to upgrade to better rewards . a day later the game crashed and would not restart . 75 that i payed . got on to gameloft and asked for my progress and rewards to be updated with no reply .

they have deactivated the contact button in the game . they are ignoring all correspondence . i asked for my money back they ignored that . i am entitled to a refund as i did not receive what i had paid for .

I down loaded your my little pony friendship is magic game and I find it fun but as of recently I can't get into the app. This gameloft logo pops up then the Hasbro gaming logo and then they load up screen but the app closes itself before the loading bar even loads.

My account was zeroed on march of empires due to not being able to log into the game and reset my shield. I couldnt contact gameloft through my the game after this occurred. So I know their servers were having problems.

Hence I then had to reply to a very old email to them to contact them. I have built this account for 4 years and was in the top 10 players. Their error has lost me everything. And their response is- it isnt our fault and we wont help you , have a good DAY!

I found this very offensive and disturbing that they will not help one of their longest loyal customers. Never the less the amount of money I have spent with them in my time playing, still means nothing to this company.

Well you see I was banned from game loft specifically on the game Blitz Brigade and as I can recall I have not broken any of the guidelines or rules so I believe you all did make a mistake. I have only been playing the game not more and nothing less I am really upset with this and am thinking of just deleting the game this is so inconvenient and wrong. What is up with this, have been playing for almost a year and now this continues to plague my ability to play. due to not being able to log in and update my shield and actually play have lost all sorts of resources and it has cost me Gold (about 50,000) to get back when I am able to actually play the game.

their servers keep failing to provide the game service as promised, they should confront a class action lawsuit, a company with gross profits of 274 million that cannot provide a reliable service and that charges for game items and then do not provide such services should be sued.

He has been a loyal and paying customer and few weeks back he got banned for no justification and apparent reasons. Gameloft banned me from Heroes of order and chaos without no evidence that my account had some suspicious activity going on.
