Bought Gatorade Frost Glacier Cherry. Expiration date FEB 24 24 1537AZ053031 Opened it, took a drink, and then noticed a chemically sweet taste as well as the taste of sewage. Faint smell of sewage came from the drink. Stomach is a bit upset but nothing major.
Please check into this and pull it off the shelves.
Gatorade X Water bottle purchased for granddaughter broke after 1 week and being dropped while riding her bike. Poor construction? Faulty material? Poor design? Whatever reason, expensive on at near $30.00. Mother purchased at daughter's pleading and grandmothers frown. Reported this incident a few months ago and received online confirmation with Case#04858042 ,and a 'will contact you' comment. I am still waiting for follow up.

I purchase the 10 pack of 12 berry propel packets on Amazon every six weeks. Last time I bought them they only cost 39 dollars which was reasonable, but it's only been six weeks and the prices went up 20 dollars!!! That is crazy!!!
Your retailers are taking advantage of us customers that are trying to live healthy lifestyles and maybe loose weight. I don't know if you pushed the price up on them and that's why it happened. But maybe there should be more oversight

We have ordered a variety pack of no sugar blue white and pink drinks and we opened the pink berry flavored one and it smelled of bad chemicals and it had a darker color
Your bottles are not easy to open!! If adults are having problems with it, how do you expect kids to open the bottles. What’s the use buying them if you make it impossible to open
I purchase your 51 oz glacier freeze powder about every two weeks, my son loves it.
However the last two purchases there was not a scoop in the container, I’m sure this is a packaging error and things like this happen. My son has special needs and is very insistent that he make his own Gatorade, as you might guess it’s very messy with no scoop.

As senior citizens with limited hand strength, my husband and I, 83 & 84 years old. Love drinking Gatorade Zero and G Gatorade. A problem we are experiencing is getting the screw top caps off easily. I understand the reasoning for tight caps, but it is very difficult to open them.
When we are able to get the cap open, the liquid squirts out all over and makes quit a mess. I don’t know if there is any solution to this problem but I wanted to make someone aware of this.
We do want to continue to drink Gatorade, just wish an easier way getting them open.
I had a recent purchase of a Custom GX bottle. When I first received it, I was very happy with the quality and it worked great, although soon after the valve mouth piece began to leak. It was tolerable at first but now it leaks constantly and is difficult to drink from.
It seems to be an issue with the rubber within the mouth piece. I was hoping I could get a replacement cover for the bottle, or replacement rubber valves.
I have been drinking the 20oz , 8pk Gatorade bottles for years. Because of the price increases due to inflation I switched to your 10pk powder only product and reused my 20 oz bottles with my water to help with the cost.
My complaint is that your 10pk powder pacs for 20oz of water does not taste anything like your pre-made 20oz Gatorade bottles. Even when u put less water in your 20oz Gatorade bottle(like 16oz if water) and use one of your Gatorade powder packets made for 20oz of water the drink taste very watered down. 9oz of water.
9oz and 20oz of water taste more like water than like Gatorade. Please adjust so i can still enjoy drinking Gatorade. P. S. 9oz packets then 20oz packets in the stores which doesn't make sense because the Gatorade bottles are 20oz. Thanks

My son opened a red Gatorade that was apart of the 6 pack we purchased, when he took the 1st sip he came back in the house asking if someone was messing with him ... I asked what he was talking about and he said smell this and gave me the Gatorade he just opened and the smell was nauseating!

I purchased 2 GX NFL bottles for my grandsons for Christmas. When they opened them quite excited they immediately put the Gatorade in and one leaked. My son contacted Gatorade and was told this is over 30 days. Yes, it might be we were all told to order Christmas gifts early because of delivery issues.

Why are you adding sucralose to gatorade zero? Don't you know that product is chemically modify sugar and increases blood glucose and insulin levels? If you want to make a better product add small amounts or real natural sugar instead of 30 + grams of refined sugar! Be honest and stamped the products with the items you are using when trying to make a better product. Fortunately many of us read the labels!

I recently purchased approximately 13 bottles of your Zero 32 oz bottle and the lids won’t twist off? This is extremely frustrating as this is an everyday item in our household as we cycle and work out and we sent them to school with our 14 year old daughter.

I buy Gatorade Zero all the time as I can't have sugar, I have to use channel locks in order to get them open. I can't even take it to work as I can't open them. I was having my son do it for me until he bruised his had opening the bottle.
If this continues to be an issue I will switch brands as I am not going to hurt my self opening the bottle. It appears to me the caps are not being perforated enough.
I love your products, but I opened a green Gatorade and it had metal shavings in it, I drank half of it before I noticed. I still have the contaminated bottle
We purchased a pack gatorade from Publix. Before opening one of the bottles my husband discovered so strange white/clear particles. He nevered opened the bottle, thankfully, but this is completely disgusting and cant be safe. We have actual video of the substance floating.

I recently put a complaint in on your smaller size Gatorade bottles and you got back to me and said it was because it was easier to grip. What does the indented bottom have anything to do with grip? It does not.
The store that I used to buy the Gatorade at I don't anymore I buy the Powerade it's cheaper and you get more of it and it's just as good. All my friends switched over to Powerade also the owner of the store doesn't even order it anymore because it just sits on his shelves cuz nobody buys it cuz they're all buying Powerade instead.

Your twist caps are IMPOSSIBLE to open! I'm a perfectly capable 30 something adult and I have to ask my husband to open it every time! This is highly annoying and inconvenient. Please, I can't be the only one to have complained about this.

I recently purchased several 28 FL Gatorade Flow Thirst Quencher ( Kiwi Strawberry ) I do not drink Gatorade however my son's, husband and co workers do. So I buy quite a bit for home and office. I believe their is an issue with this flavor, my son drank 2 28FL bottles but, his third one he claimed tasted like someone urinated in it or had a rotten taste to it.
I dismissed it at the time then a few days later my husband was drinking one and made the same statement. I again dismissed it, now at wok my employee brings me a bottle of the same flavor, and states the same thing.

I am writing to you because I am a long time buyer of Gatorade product and my last experience with the drink really made me unhappy. I opened one of the products to see that the inside white seal was damaged and not sealed correctly. It was a really hot day and when i decided to get my drink and have it I couldn't drink it because I couldn't take the chance of something being in my drink due to the improper white seal inside.
I had to work the rest of the day very thirsty without anything to drink since there wasn't any stores around where i was working. I am a coach of Monteuil Bantam BB (2002 and 2003 players) and we recently purchased 6 new gatorade water bottles at Rousseau sport and they seem to be defective. Whenever we screw on the tops, the water leaks all around them. I'm not the type to normal he complains but in this case the bottles were paid with the team funds and I don't feel it's right we should be buying new bottles again to replace the ones.
Have purchased packages of Gatorade Frost in 12 oz. sizes. I am 76 yrs. old, have arthritis. I absolutely cannot open these bottles, even using grippers, etc. So, I cannot buy them in the future because I have no-one around to open, and my electric bottle opener won't go down small enough to uncap.

I'm fairly disapointed in your Gatorade flavour called "Glacier cherry" when in reality it tastes like any old fruit punch and I don't even taste cherry.
Our family has been using Gatorade for at least 15 years and the vast majority of the time we are very well pleased with this product. We normally buy at least one case of 32 oz bottles of GATORADE each week and when it is on sale we often buy as much as ten (10) cases in one shopping trip We currently have about 8 cases in the house. The Gatorade that we keep in our house is put up in the original boxes-plastic wrapped and kept in a closet that is air conditioned. Our problem is this, last year and again this year, we went to the closet to get several bottles to put in the refrigerator . We always make it a habit to shake up all the un-opened gatorade before putting in our refrigerator.

I have been drinking Gatorade energy drinks for more than 6 months now and I must say they have done me good. I feel energetic all day compared to prior. They hydrate the body leaving us refreshed. Gatorade contains carbohydrates to provide energy and fluid and electrolytes to hydrate in ways that plain water canâ¬t.
I have started taking the protein shake and the whey protein bar since I have started working out. And these are doing me really good. I feel extremely fit and healthy. Thanks to Gatorade for such products.
