Geek Squad as a company decided to get rid of its English speaking call centers in Atlanta, Kentucky and Utah. The Utah call center was superb. The newer overseas outsourced call centers are manned by people who have insufficient training and no understanding of cultural references and insufficient understanding of the English language.
I have to repeat, rephrase, reinvent my queries and still. the employees cannot respond except like robots and with scripted answers. This is true of the so called technicians you get transferred to. I will not be renewing my subscription.
They may be saving money on benefits and salary, but you have destroyed a great product.
