Let me start by saying I enjoy your stores as a whole.

However, you have an employee by the of Christian who works the second shift at 840 S. Scatterfield Rd in Anderson, Indiana who has repeatedly mocked and made fun of your customers. This is bad enough as it is, but to add even more insult to injury she defended by her asst.

manager by the name of Cassie. Those two employees have run off some of your best employees because nothing will be done with Christian or Cassie. More and more customers are just refusing to visit that location because of them which is rather sad.

Because they are bringing down what is a rather enjoyable experience. I've at no point in my life filed a complaint with any company before, but the way those two employees act towards your customers has more than just…

I would like to know why getgo (giant eagle) doesn’t allow a person to post a “missing” flyer in their stores/gas stations. It is horrible that a company can be so cruel not to allow someone do this for a missing pet.

I will be sure to let this small community I live in that a huge corporation like you has no humanity. We all also hope you never have a missing pet and need help to look for them.

Get Go in Avon, IN on Rockville Road by Dan Jones Rd is always dirty and the trash overflowing on the ground. They never put water in the containers to wipe off your windshield nor filling up the paper towels! I bet the soda machine and coffee machines are filthy!!!

I just left the get go in Broadview heights Ohio that suppose to be open 24 hrs.

However when I arrived it was closed at 10 pm according to the employee standing out front. She told me they didn't have anyone to work 3rd shift and that the one of your best employees was let go due to a lap in judgement with procedures.

In my opinion you made a serious mistake because she was well liked and was a pleasant person to be around. If you don't want to lose money and customers I suggest you do everything in your power to get Hannah back

I go to getgo almost daily and I always purchase the same thing grizzly wintergreen long cut. 71. So when I go during the day it's always the discounted price.

However if I go after 8pm there is one employee that can never seem to understand how to ring it up. I've had this problem for months. I've ask the other employees how to ring it up so when I get that employee I try to explain how to ring it up but he never listens.

So I go in this evening and the employee comes over and he can't get me the discount yet again. So I said what a shock. Well then he began to call me a dick and he is going to beat my ass.

On july 12th I visited the get on 837 at noble road westmifflin pa. I pumped gas into my car but didn't get any but was still charged for it. The pump moved like it was pimping buy my gas gage never moved.

The manager tom I spoke to later that was miserable and nasty to me. I want compensated for my gas and inconvenience having to go back out of my way to the location

Hello. Today is July 1st, 2023. 6:46pm. About 30 minutes ago I was in a GetGo in Erie, PA and I ordered some MTO food. My order # was 1307, I believe. Upon receipt of my food, I left the store and began the 2 hour trip back to my home in Punxsutawney, PA.

After only about 4-5 minutes, I began to eat a pizza that I ordered only to find out that I bit into a room temperature to Luke warm pizza. To be blunt, it was very disappointing and quite disgusting to do so.

Also, 3 days ago, at the same store, I ordered the shrimp appetizer, with a side of ranch dressing, and when I opened said dressing, I was met with a foul smell and taste. Come to find out that it was expired by 4 months!

I noticed the new rubber nozzle on the fuel dispenser today. It did not work correctly. I had to go inside the store and ask the clerk what was wrong. She said it had to do with the seal on the pump nozzle.

The clerk stated that I have to push down to seal the nozzle to my fuel thank opening. The pump took my advantage card and CC. I pushed my fuel choice button and it lite up but would NOT start the pump.

I had to cancel my purchase and try another pump after screwing with it for 3 to 4 minutes. OK, It worked this time on a different pump to fill up my car BUT when I went to fill up my 2 gallon gas can, the same nozzle issue would only let me fill my gas can more than 2/3s full.

Did you test these new nozzles before you installed them? How about the gas can Issue? 00 off per gallon.…

00 HOLD was placed on my debit card. I reached out to my bank and they explained that IT IS NOT the banks placing the holds. I find that hold to be a ridiculous amount for the amount of gas I pumped.

This could actually cause people to over-draft accounts! Corporated needs to hold a more reasonable amount if they continue to do this to their consumers.

I am a frequent, long time customer of your Fairlawn location, located at 3120 W Market Street Fairlawn, OH. This store has severely went in a downward spiral, since about the time covid took place. It is on my regular route, I also live less than a mile, so it's not uncommon for me to visit several times a day.

The major problem is having people to work and more importantly stay. For the last 7 months, it is always the same person working. Most days he would be there alone, running the store. Anytime I go there and their is more than 2 customers, it's a wait in line kind of store.

had issues with the manager anthony before. i have lost my drivers license and use a different form of ID. the id is state issues has a picture and my birthdate. he still refuses to accept it. i made a complaint before and his boss and the lady from corporate told me i could use that id.

i went to the store today. anthony was in the bathroom. as soon as he saw me he ran up to the registers and cancelled my purchase of tobacco after another employee had already accepted my id. he then told me to leave the store.

this is twice with this guy now and i want him gone. if not. me and my 12 employees will lon get shop there. i will go elsewhere for gas and ourt lunches

In general, the quality of the Verona GetGo has gone downhill in recent months. Seems the problem is not enough employees. The poor workers who are there are just overwhelmed and doing the best they can. But the place regularly runs out of pre-made breakfast sandwiches.

Coffee cups are not replenished. Napkin dispensers go empty. Pre-made salads have wilted lettuce. Gas pumps have no windshield wash fluid for the squeegees or paper towels. And one person at the cash register on a weekday morning during rush hour is just not enough - people have to get to work!

And finally, the place is often dirty.

Stop making people take driver license out of their holder to scan the back. Look at the front and type it in like the rest of the planet. Causes longer lines and wears out the holder for the license. Very annoying.

Car not at designated lot, follow customer service suggestion to search another carpark (according to him the GPS show car at the other carpark). After search every level still cant find it, customer service person said it is back to the original carpark. I have taken pic that no car there, this time he say car is at 3rd diff carpark, fed up and cancel the trip

I am Rodney Knight, a long-standing Giant Eagle & GetGo advance paying customer since inception.

I am filing a complaint for the unfair, harassment and intimidation of your store cashier lead Brandon.

This took place at the Get-go on Buffalo Rd. Erie, PA 16510 On or around November 19, 22 while getting gas and an item from the store upon approaching the cashier Brandon belittled, provoked and accused me of being hostile and refused me a sale.

Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor he yelled at me, treated me hostile and threatened to call the police.

On 12-3-2022 at approximately 9:30 I got gas at the GetGo Store # 3205. Afterwards I went to the clerk to play a quick pick on the PA Lottery. The clerk inside the booth said he didn’t know how to use the lottery machine and he is working a double.

I then went inside the GetGo store approached the cashier and got behind a patron w/ a restrained “Service Dog”. The patron was being waited on but the dog got up and approached me at my crotch level.

I called the Wilkensburg location at 9:40 pm to confirm they close at 10pm. They said yes. Im 10 minutes walking distance, I get there at 9:55pm they were already closed but in the location. I told them it wasn't 10, I was told that the register's were shutting down.

I understand it's Thanksgiving, I felt they should have been honest about the time because I wasted walking and I have a knee injury. Thank you

I went to GetGo on Rte 59 and Rte 14 in Ravenna Ohio I had 70 cent off on gas my advantage card would not work at the pump so I went inside. The guy swiped my card inside and asked how much gas was I getting I said I'm not sure I was going to pay at the pump he told me I had to leave my keys or Advantage card or driver's license so

if I try to take off after getting gas. What difference did it make if I'm swiping my card at the pump? I let him hold my advantage card and keys and went to pump the gas using my debit card it showed that it was not taking the 70 cents off so I canceled it.

I went back in and told him he told me I had to pay full price then come back in and get the difference. I told him "no I was not doing it that way". I swipe my advantage card inside and paid $90 inside.

I pull up at 7am on a Saturday to get coffee and use the restroom.

First there were two homeless people sitting in front of the store. Literally inches from the glass . The man was sleeping on the ground. The woman was holding a sign and opening the doors for customers. So I went inside and the sign on the bathroom says get the key from the checkout counter.

The sign on the checkout counter says “NO BATHROOMS “. And the entire time I’m walking up to the checkout, my feet are sticking terribly to the filthy floor that clearly was covered in either sticky soda or slushy that hadn’t been cleaned up properly.

It’s sad because I used to specifically stop at this particular store if I needed something because the service was good and the store including the restrooms was really clean

2 separate occasions. 1st time I bought 1 large and 1 small hot chocolate specialty drink. Ordered whipped cream for both and charged for whipped cream for both. When drinks given to me I was informed they were out of whipped cream and sometimes it is in the coffee bin with creamer I could look there and get my own if any there. None was there.

95 I understand the Extra charges for the addons no problem there. So there was cheese on all the hotdogs and 2 cheese cups for the potato products in the bag. When I got home I discovered the only cheese cups were the 2 that I ordered with the actual Potato Products the 5 extra were missing.

Gibsonia store across from Lowes and Target. Later in the evening employees are scarce and I've had to wait up to 5min in the past for someone to come to the counter. Last evening at 10:30 I couldn't find an employee.

After I looked in the walk in cooler she had come up to the counter and was cashing out someone else. She knew I was waiting. When I got up to the counter , she said nothing, no hello, not what would you like ? Nothing!

I stopped in Getgo to get some food, drinks, etc from GETGO in wadsworth Ohio, on 9/15/2022, I spent around $35 that morning, not including filling my work truck up with diesel, which was another $145... 79 !!! I explained that I just spent about $180 total in their store, and would just like a small side of ranch for my $30 in food.... she refused.

My bill was $43. I had to get the car wash operator to fix machine while I waited, finally,my car overheated while waiting. I went to the station where I had just bought gas,and asked for water. No Water! They offered a cup to fill god only knows where.

Using drugs in bathroom left a use niddle in bathroom letting people pay with fake money sometimes the lat few times I was in there she let on man stuff his bag. BOTH air pumps not working. Let’s air out of tire. Gave me a flat.! Everyone tried and angry. Set at 46 to get 30! People driving off angry. NO SIGN ON PUMPS BROKEN! Mgr should b fired for this failure.

Monroeville Blvd. Getgo Has the rudest manager I've ever met. I go there everyday and spend alot in there. The others very nice and helpful. Not him, not once. Needless to say I won't be going back. I understand people have bad days but it's been 6 months of this and I'm done!

Get go on Frankstown Road is bad. 30 mins for nachos because rather than the managers being leaders & helping the staff, they'd rather conversate in the office. I really felt bad for the sweet lady making food. She really held it together under the circumstances. Do better Get go!!!

This is a complaint for GetGo in the restaurant area in Westlake Ohio, Columbia and center Ridge Roads. The dining area has not been cleaned for at least two weeks as there’s a fork on the ground that has been there the entire time along with particles of food, paper, etc. Makes me wonder what the kitchen would look like so I never order food!

The employees are always very pleasant and efficient however.
