This is the 3rd time the milk I bought is already sour and chunky while still days before Sell By date, not use by. I opened this morning on the 11th, sell by isnt until the 13th and had to dump it. Specifically your brand.

When getting gas we go at the same time because we use the same credit card. The idiot (Jack) in the booth canceled one of our pumps because we were together (he knew this because we were talking and he interrupted us and said we couldn’t pump our gas together.
He would not turn the pump back on so we went somewhere else for gas. We will now be shopping at Weis and getting our gas somewhere else. Don’t worry I will spread the word. Jack was very rude and I’ll admit he really pissed this old lady off!
关于GIANT PROMOTION赠送的FREE GIFT有莫大的疑问和不满,在04-17 APRIL 2019期间,BOOKLET里说明购买DETTOL RM20以上有赠送"RAIN COAT"但在04/04/2019第一天到最后一天PROMOTION结束后FREE GIFT赠品还未到,我还是每一天到GIANT RECEPTION柜台询问。GIANT STAFF给于的理由是供应商(SUPPLIER)没给于他们赠品,难道负责员工不会去处理吗?这是他们的责任,也是他们的工作。在我身上发生不是只有一次,上一回DYNAMO赠送TUPPERWARE,但也是说赠品没到,久而久之就不了了之。(如果没赠品就不要轻易登出广告,顾客简直有欺骗的感觉。
请管好自己的员工态度,对自己部门的东西要详情,不要只会怪罪别人的身上(SUPPLIER)。
最讨厌就是听到“FREE GIFT BELUM SAMPAI","SUPPLIER BELUM KASIH KITA","SUPPLIER 没卑我嘀“(货品负责人)他们本身应该去追究SUPPLIER。

I heard there was a sale on crab legs at the giant market near me (19023) , I went to the store several times (after work at 3pm) and they never had them available said they had been sold out. Today I was on my way to work and heard the sale on the radio again and decided to go before work and was told the sale was over.
I advised the customer service rep that I had just heard it on the radio and I had been there several times. She stated that I should have gotten a raincheck when I came in yesterday and there was nothing she could do.
I had yet another unpleasant encounter at your Landover,MD store ( Annapolis Rd) this morning and I am really upset. I entered the store, went over to the lottery machine and deposited $5 into the machine but was not credited $5.
Walking through the produce section I briefly chatted with the gentleman working in produce and mentioned the $5 lost in the machine. He stated I should talk to someone when I check out. I did do my shopping and checked out.
I mentioned to the lady working at the register about the $5 and she rang for someone at customer service ( solution center or whatever you want to call it). She rang again and a person appeared. She explained to her coworker that the lottery machine "ate " my $5 and she was displeased.

Just got gas at Giant 6024, had to go inside to get receipt because pump out of paper. Ask the person inside for a receipt from pump 10. She told me had would have to wait for a while. While waiting another customer came in and advised me she was just cutting a banana.
I ask her if I really had to wait while she fixed her breakfast. She refused to give her name, actually removed her name tag. Is this the customer service you expect.
I had a pull apart cake (48 cupcakes) to make look like balloons and specific writing on it. The balloons looked like blobs of poop and the writing was off centered. The old lady stared to cuss at me and told me she has always made cakes for me. I never ordered a cake from this store before( she started to argue and cuss more). I asked the manager if she could take the price down since it was wasn't what I wanted. The manager did. The lady how decorated the cake should be a little more professional and she should lose her job. I will not recommend the bakery to anyone due to the old lady attitude.

However, for the past month or more, we noticed how thin the slices are. So we started to buy wonder bread. At least we can make sandwiches with it. What gives? Have you started to "downsize" your bread? Not a good idea.
The service provided by the Giant Pharmacy at the Kentlands Maryland is unacceptable. At 7P this evening, there were only 3 staff. Prime time. Many people were waiting. Although the staff works very hard they are clearly understaffed. My medical provider called in the prescription this morning. It was not filled when I arrived at 7P. I had to wait. Waiting for a prescription called in this morning is unacceptable. I spoke with another customer (who was waiting also) who said the same thing. She also said many people have complained. Nothing has been done. I have worked for a pharmacy and we were never understaffed. We provided excellent customer service.

On 1/4/06 at 341 pm I tried to return an item at Giant that I did not need. The customer service counter was open, there were no signs to the contrary. I waited for the 2 customer service reps to acknowledge me, and I watched as every other person was waited on by the next customer service rep. I finally said "ladies, this is just a simple return", they were doing a service over computer problems of some kind, and pretended that they did not see me (although I am a huge target).
The customer service rep next to them finally said ( I will take you, they are not working now ), to which I said "I get that"! Whenever I ask for the store manager there, they tell me he is not there! (I went home and asked to speak to the Giant store manager). This is not the first complaint I have had against…
