Giant Food store

The hot food in the deli has no holding times or temps it was burnt and dried out and the food preparation person was not wearing gloves they need to change the chicken fry oil this is a food safety issue for sure it was just plain nasty and made me sick at work after I ate a few bites I retired from fast food so I know about food safety and this deli should be shut down

The male and female employees were holding each other’s hand while walking through the store exit door. The employees were dressed in the company uniform. The two employees were behaving sexually towards each other. The time that this happened was between 6:35AM-6:45AM on July/31/2023. The store location is

I live within a mile of your store on Cumberland Parkway in Mechanicsburg PA but yet I have to travel to Camp Hill PA to get my groceries because the Cumberland Parkway store almost never has the items on my list. If I have to travel to multiple stores to get what's on my list, it not only is a waste of gas, but my total points come from multiple stores.

For example, I use Folgers single coffee ( the ones that look like tea bags). The giant on Cumberland Parkway has not had it in about 6 months. I heard a woman at the Weis store complain about this Giant also.

If it is not going to be stocked appropriately you might as well CLOSE it.

I am writing to file a complaint about my recent experience at your store located on 3450 Washington Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201. On 02/22/2023, my husband, my daughter and I visited your store and parked my car in the parking lot.

I shopped in the store, however, to my surprise, my car had been towed within 25 minutes of me entering the store. I entered the store at 11:09 am and my car (Honda Accord XEP8604) was towed at 11:23am, while my daughter was still shopping.

I wanted to wait for her in the car but my car was nowhere to be found. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I was not aware of any parking restrictions or time limits in your parking lot, and I had not received any notification that my car was at risk of being towed.

I ordered on line my grocery order . 16. 89 . 89 came out of my checking account . 16 . 16 to get put back into my account . Unacceptable !!!! If this is how it works we won't be shopping at giant again

Indian man at the self checkout extremely racist. I never make reports or reviews but this has been a reoccurring thing.

I tried to enter this yesterday, but I am not sure it got through. On January 29 at 2:00 pm an elderly lady entered Giant on South Atherton St. in State College PA with a corgi dog. It did not have anything that might mark it as a service dog. The young man that retrieves grocery carts greeted her with "what a nice looking dog". I do not know the Giant policy on dogs in the store, so I went to talk to customer service. The young woman there just looked blank when I told her there is a dog in the store. She did not seem to know if there was a policy and what action if any she should take.

Please email me with the Giant policy regarding dogs in the store. If you do not allow them, I would also like to know how employees are trained to enforce this policy.

Joseph was fine. He referred my problem to an escalated area. No one has called me back. I'll have to see if I'll continue using Insta ncart at Giant or start shopping at Weis, using Shipit. I ordered a doz eggs, 8 were broken or cracked.

I ordered 2 Tropicana No Pulp juice boxes. 6 to a package 1 package had a sell by date in December The 2 nd package was alright. In addition, many items didn't come because of no substitutes were made. It seems diet ginger ale has many other brands My order was placed 1/5 online at the Danville pa Giant How do you propose my issues?

I'm not sure how to address this. I would like to see that JJ Fleeman here's about the experience. I'm sure that corporate does not want their US market as frustrated as many of the customers were during this particular incident.

As a leader in checking out technology for grocery stores many of the customers are disappointed with the experience. And some downright frustrated. I was checking out at the self checkout line. The process did not allow me to put my groceries on the large part of the landing area.

Because it didn't register weight. I use my own grocery bags. I put them on the lower area where the bags go and because of that it kept telling me to remove items. So I tried putting it on the large conveyor and I was told by the attendant that the weight wouldn't register there.

I shop a few times a week at the Blue Bell store. They stopped selling Mindful Chicken! It's a staple in our house. Next closest place is Whole Foods for $3/pckg more! Please bring it back.

I went to the Giant on 60 n 23rd st in Philadelphia. I was able to find everything I needed. My only complaint is if I have to wait in line to check out. Why do I have to wait in line to leave the store They had everybody get on the elevator because the escalator was broken.

I waited 20 mins to get out the store. This is unacceptable and they need to do better because the line was going all the way back towards the produce. It was a hot mess and I'm very upset

Was in White Marsh Giant - Wednesday night - Nov. 9th at approx. 11:15 pm Self checkout closes earlier now (because of shoplifters) so you have no choice but to get rung up by a Cashier. Bought a pre paid phone card and went through Register 8 which was the only one open.

Cashier was African American girl approx. 25 yrs old, there was white girl with her with blond hair also approx. 25. I was not able to get either of their names. Cashier who rung me up had her personal cell phone in her hand the whole time - this is why this happened. 00.

I had to ask for a bag for the phone card - she did not offer one - and she still had not given me coins back that I was owed. I asked for the rest of my change - she reacted as if I was an idiot and said 'your change is in my other hand' - which was…
