After 55 years of religiously using Gillette, I'm signing off. The blades have gone down hill, at first I thought it might be my imagination, but it's not. , I have no proof of this. I'm sure that no executive at PG would cut corners to save a few bucks.
At any rate, the Fusion 5, which I thought was the epitome of clean, close and comfortable shaves, have now become dreaded morning scratching sessions. I did try to speak to a customer service person, but gave up after 10 minutes or so.
I was so aggravated that I wasn't even going to give you the earned courtesy of letting you know why I am dropping Gillette. Then I went online to "chat" with a customer service rep, but "Julie" signed off before I typed first sentence.
I'm sure that your stock is doing great, keep up the great work.
