On April 10th submitted withdrawal request. On April 11 received email stating a date was in correct. We called and corrected was told at that time our withdrawal request would take 3-5 days. Called back April 18 was told 1-3 days more and that no one told us 3-5 days on the 11th.
Customer service representative very argumentative basically calling me a liar. He refused to allow me to talk to his manager or have one call me back. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.
