On April 10th submitted withdrawal request. On April 11 received email stating a date was in correct. We called and corrected was told at that time our withdrawal request would take 3-5 days. Called back April 18 was told 1-3 days more and that no one told us 3-5 days on the 11th.

Customer service representative very argumentative basically calling me a liar. He refused to allow me to talk to his manager or have one call me back. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.

I called and talked to a person in the customer service center. He would not give his name or a phone number. He said he would provide an Illustration for each annuity. The illustration should show annual payout for my lifetime if I was to start collecting the annuity now, or start collecting in 2-3 years.

He has not done so and I don't know a name to follow-up with. This customer service department refuses to be held accountable. They won't give their name or phone number!! I have never dealt with such an evasive customer service!! They are a disgrace!!!

Called, put on hold. Too busy will return call. Week later agent knows nothing forward to other dept. Call back say n need to write a letter. Callback comes week later. Say they sent letter. Letter says balance went down cause taking rmd. No kidding.

They researched n that's it. Value went down. The calculation is not matching IRS table!! The rmd is wrong!!

Customer service request for ledger illustration to understand the cost on a policy loan request was a bureaucratic quagmire of ineptitude. In addition , the policy loan application follow up was painstakingly inefficient in attempting to finalize the process and get a large 7 figure loan proceeds wired was excruciating.

Mine was a totally miserable and frustrating experience. Conversely, a similar process at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company was a model of professionalism, competence, efficiency and caring expedience.

My complaint is that I have been trying to get my funds for over a month now. I have talked to so many people and 2 managers, and the same disrespect. No calls back, lies and different stories every time I call.

I'm sorry, I am very upset and angry. My funds were suppose to be direct deposit. My sisters and mine were done at same time. They did hers electronically and by mistake sent mine by mail. "it got lost" This started in October.

I spent 6 hours today on the phone and spoke to Megan and Cameron. I had spoken with Megan 2 times before. She lied to me twice. Today she told me there was no manager available for me to talk to , and that Cameron was busy.

I told her I would hold. " Rude. I have been promised calls back and not one person has called back. I am in dire need of these…
