I ordered 4 urls tonight.
first ordered 2, then ordered 1 - those thru a rep. 99 option like 3 years ago. Then I ordered the 4th url online myself after I filled out a survey which said I would get a 25% discount on my next order.
When I ordered the last url (4th one) the system didn't give me the 25% off . 99 for the first year if I had created 4 separate go daddy accounts. This would not have been a big deal at all to me because they would have all been created tonight.
This misinformation the first time around has cost me $44 extra and for a small business that's a lot and very very annoying. I am not asking to cancel any of the urls. 99) which is totally under your control and was done based on misinformation.

I believe that GoDaddy may have switched my domains to auto renew ......I tried to change them on their site so they would not auto renew and also delete my credit card which I was unable to do so as well. It seems like they make it very difficult to change things that are not in their best financial interest.

They claim they tried to contact us: LIES. They send renewal notices to our email address, continually for other domains, yet they did not even bother to let us know that we needed to renew. Their support stinks. We got nothing but sales platitudes.

Just published my website and in google search engine it was showing as parked free at godaddy. I called customer services to see why and was told it would take two days and to do a google recrawl. at google recrawl it says it takes up to two weeks and is a long process.
I called back and was told this was wrong and was given different information. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they would not know either. Eventually i was able to talk to a supervisor who explained the situation and i spoke of my concerns regarding customer service staff and he said they are only human and also i could have my money back.

Dylan Priest constantly likes to make his bonuses. He treats customers like trash and will often curse at them. He is not a good employee.
They changed plans and we were on a grandfather plan. Our email was shut down and we were held hostage to pay $1,500.00 to turn it back on. We are switching, this is abuse and probably the worst I've been treated by a company in 30 plus years.

On October 31st I spoke with an associate that Identified himself as Chauncey. I ask him a question about my recent purchase of office 365 where I was placed on hold so that he could retrieve the information that he needed to assist me.

My Godaddy outlook works fine, but there is a problem with the Microsoft outlook application that will not allow me to click on to open any hyperlinks and continues to generate a message stating "your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you.
