This is the 3rd time I have visited your location on Dallas off north central expressway and it was not open at 10:30. Saturday I ask the employees why they wasnt open yet at 10:38 she stated the manager was counting the money first and also stated”We oversleep and be late also like y’all do” referring to me. That was a rude comment and I was just trying to spend my money to eat lunch .

Just got two sandwiches at your Pittsburg location bread was so hard couldn't even eat it

The r estaurant at 13600 S Post Oak Houston Texas systematically litters the ditch in front of their business and it all then washes out to the ocean! The company has thier contractor just blow the waste onto thier neighbor!

They refuse to answer their corporate phone and thier complaint form freezes. I even pretended to be a person interested in a franchise. The person who called me listened but didnt do a damn thing.

they fired my daughter this was her first ever job they had her clean the mens bathroom she went to sit down before cleaning because her legs were hurting from practice and boom mike the manger wrote her up so i dont reccomend applying here or eating here

Mount Vernon Texas poor customer service was given a thigh instead of breast for roasted 2 pc meal and told no dipping sauce for a 9 piece wing that was clearly cooked hours ago

I went to the Golden Chick located at 865 Farm to Market 548 in Forney, TX at 10:52pm on a Friday night, which indicated they closed at 11:30pm. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker for no one to serve me.

Drove to the window no one was around, but I saw someone walk to the back. If you are going to close at a certain time, food should still be served.

This place needs to be under new management the people work there does not care about how they talk to the customers at all. Having there cell phones out using them while trying to take orders. Not giving the customer there fylly attention, talking any kind of way to the guest.

Scratching there head while fixing customers order and they did not wash there hands at all. What is really going on? You can get sick from being nasty.

really have some terrible employees. and he says "yeah" really????? the machine was off so I asked about it.. so no you're not closed and you clearly hate your job and it shows. Won't be going back.

This is for the Golden Chick in Giddings Tx. I have had multiple issues with the staff at this location. Multiple times they have not had the drink i ordered online and do not bother to tell me. When i ask about it i get attitude.

Multiple times items i paid for do not get put in the bag. My partner went last night and after having the drive through window slammed multiple times, she watched the MANAGER appear to spit in her food. The other girl working the window was hateful with my partner and has been with me multiple times as well.

The staff give HORRIBLE customer service and are extremely ugly to customers. I have heard this from many people i associate with. My boyfriend has had the same issue on numerous occasions. I would like the owner of this particular locations information.…

The golden chick in whitesboro TX needs a new manager in my opinion, I went through the drive thru, mins you I was the only car there, I I pulled up they asked if I could wait a moment 5 minutes later someone took my order ,I drove 25 Miles to get there I ordered a 2 peice fish dinner and a 4 peice dinner well they said that would be a 8 to 10 minute wait!!!!! +

The chicken was dry and the service was horrible the mashed potatoes were cold and gravy was cold. Tried to resolve the issue and the person on the phone gave me bogus complaint phone number and was hateful and rude .

I have enjoyed your food for over 10 years. But in may I bought lunch on military in San Antonio and my 5 piece fish cost me over $20. and the fish was so small it didn't add up to 1 fish. Now that's ROBBERY .

I understand inflation but there is no reason that. So thank you for the memories because you have just lost this customer. And the service was terrible there is no way you should have to wait 34 minutes for just that order.

The sign on the door said they closed at 10pm and they had the inside closed. They need to change the sign on the door if they want to close the inside at 9pm. We were hungry coming home from a race and wanted to sit down with friends to eat.

Very simple online order. I had 2 of the 2 piece tender snack boxes, REGULAR TENDERS. Order # 17070093980925952. When I got home the tenders had some kind of Super spicy powder all over them. Of course the kids wouldn’t eat them so this was a big waste of time and money.

The supervisor Jeslian Pacheco has been bullying my daughter and niece since they got hired. She has been calling them names and accusing them of things they don't do ! She needs to be fired immediately ! Bullying kids is not acceptable!

She is taking her position too far !

I went in your establishment to purchase,as I approach the counter to order, which was taken by the manager, which she walked off after,but I was not finished with order, so I told another employee to let jer know not to walk off because I was not finished,s the manager can back to counter with such a bad attitude.

I told her I did not want to speak with her again and she became very very rude, she then wanted an argument, it not till she said get out her store,I'm not serving you hungry get out in front of people in the establishment, this upset me so I walked out the store and called the cooperate office.

I am 66 years old with a disability and did not appreciate her management and the way she handled the situation. She does not need to be a manager if she gonna treat her customers in…

The service is ridiculous, location Pleasant Run in Desoto, Texas. This used to be the best Golden Chick in the area. I visit at least 2 times a week. The young lady gets in no hurry to fix your order.

Today I went inside, waited 20 minutes before someone took my order and they weren't busy inside, waited another 45 minutes before my order was actually ready, then it was wrong. They don't greet you with "welcome to golden chick" like they used to.

The drive thru is even worse. The crew they had was friendly and fast, don't know what's happening with this location.

Bought a spicy chicken sandwich, it had a creamy Mayo type sauce and spicy powder seasoning, the amount of seasoning seemed like 1/2 cup of powder and I scraped most of it off just stomach the sandwich, it was a drive through purchase, otherwise I’d of taken it back , I called and spoke with a manager and she she said “I have no idea how much powder is supposed to be apply to sandwich, I asked her if she thought 1/2 cup of spicy powder is too much ?

She replied “I have no idea , I did suggest she check on how a sandwich is made there, seeing how she is the “manager, she did find it funny enough to giggle, in her defense she offered another sandwich, but probably not go again, it was the first time going to the store and I’ve lived here 7 years , terrible
