Your gomart employees are ridiculous. Whooo does daily changeover at 3 am by an employee of 1 in weston, wv? Are u goofy! Your employee refused to sell me anything and said it was going to be 20 mins before he can do anything- really !!..

Well I'm tired of being told stupid shit EVERYTIME I GO THERE. THEY lock the doors at midnight- If your that afraid of something happening then Why don't u close down at midnight. I was told that THEY even refuse payment of foodstamps during that time bc u gave to put a pin # - obsurd bullshit !..

I go to the Whitehall, WV go mart. I literally have to get on my hands and knees to get the product I want. Place is not stocked until vendors come and stock.

The Gomart in Mt. Nebo, WV. Now I love the Gomart but I am very extremely unhappy with the fact that the Deli is being closed at 3:00 pm when before it wasn't until 5 pm. I have been in very many times lately and could not get anything to eat and it really sways me in the direction of just not going there for any of my purchases.

Sorry, I am just disappointed in that decision as well as ate many of my family and friends.

I would like to make a complaint about a stock and maintenance person. Every single day he is harassing the female customers and constantly groping them. There's also been more than one occasion that hes tried to grope and harass underage girls as young as 13.

He is also making lewd gestures against another employee who has bragged for months on end that they were having intercourse AND other sexual encounters in the cooler at the store. The names of both employees are Amy Store and Robert Jones.

I dont know Amys schedule but his is from 10 AM to 6PM. Please do something about this because alot of people are not even wanting to go to that store at all now

We have accompanied the go Mart in nelsonville Ohio for many years now for the past almost year the lady that works the midnight shift has been rude condescending and now is throwing our things to us at the window we have made a complaint inside more than once and they've been told they know a lot of people complain about her I would like for something to be done after tonight's events that took place I know that there has to be surveillance inside the store so

I was charged twice for a transaction made on May 2nd 2023. I'm in there often because I prefer go mart over Exxon Mobil. I'm trying to get ahold of someone who can help me with this, I know that the cashiers won't be able to help so I need to get a number for the office.

My credit card company made me aware of the situation which is the reason my card was locked up in the first place. The amount was pending but my card locked up is why, now I'm sure it will go through unless someone catches the mess up.

26 two times on 5/2/23. I only authorized one charge and that was for what I got from there. I most certainly didn't buy the exact same thing two times. This is most definitely an error on gomarts part. Help!

I walked to fetterman gomart in the rain and was told to leave my personal belongings up front with the cashier. I go there almost everyday and I felt like I was being accused of stealing or they wanted to steal my stuff .

I want to know why the Chestnut Street store in Spring Hill locks the doors at 7pm instead of 10. It's only when the older African American gentleman is working, it's is very inconvenient and it's costing that store a lot of customers. Could you please do something about this, I'm about to stop going to gomart for this very reason.

The cashier, another employee, and assistant manager verbally attacked and assaulted my mother and I at Go Mart in Kanawha City, West Virginia., On Monday, March 13, 2023, between 3:52 pm and 4:30 pm. The Cashier cheated us out of a lottery ticket fee, for $15, they claimed the lottery purchase was for $20.

The assistant manager verbally attacked us when we brought it to their attention, seeking an explanation and a resolution for their mistake, instead of coming to a resolution all three Go Mart employees became defensive and verbally assaulted my mother and I.

We immediately drove to the West Virginia Lottery Commission to report the assault, and to explain to them how we were cheated out of the correct amount for the purchased lottery tickets.

I just want to know why the West Main Street Go Mart in St Albans closes the window at night just to mop floors. I worked for Go Mart about 13 years ago and we were to never close the window for any reason whatsoever unless it was a legit reason.

So can you contact me back and explain to me why is it that they close their window just to my floors or run a report. Because I'm not understanding why I have to go another mile and a half to a different Go Mart that isn't closed just to get gas.

My son didn't have his I'd and had tried to buy beer. I understand the policy that they are not allowed to sell to anyone who doesn't have an Id but this woman could have waited until I got up to the counter and

tried to purchase it instead of pointing at me and tell ing other cashier that I cannot buy that beer because I was getting it for my son who had just left the store very rudely with four other people in front of me. Her attitude was totally uncalled for.

The go mart gas station in Nettie West Virginia, let at least 6 to 10 rude adults sit in lawn chairs in their parking lot on a daily basis from usually 7pm to mid-night, playing loud music, drinking, cussing, whatever. There is always at least 10 or more vehicles and really no place for paying customers to park.

No adult wants to go there in the evening for all the worthless adults. A lot of elderly people don’t go there in the evening due to being afraid of being attacked or having their vehicles vandalized. Some of the cashiers that work there are friends with the group of adults and cover for them, sell cigarettes, alcohol to the underage kids.

It would be really nice if there was a no loitering policy for the go mart in Nettie, West Virginia.
