On 9/10/2019, my wife and I where at your facility located on Amboy Avenue in Edison New Jersey in the Tano Mall shopping center, to get blood work done. The facility was having computer problems and was referring people to other Quest Offices or too come back later in the day.
My wife and I returned the next day 9/11/2019 at which time we had hoped to achieve the purpose of getting blood work done. When you walk in you sign in and take a seat to wait your turn. There is an electronic screen letting you know how long you’re wait will be.
While there waiting our turn, people were coming in after us and being helped and leaving. We both allowed for the fact that some of these people most of had appointments, but lets be specific, when are the walk-ins taken care of.
