com. My email account with Virgin Media was hacked, somehow. They added 'Filter Rules', (the same one twice for some reason), to redirect all mails originating from 'Amazon', away from me and to themselves. They then, presumably, went onto an Amazon log-in screen, entered my email address and clicked 'Forgot Password'.
Amazon dutifully sent a security code, which, instead of coming to me, went to these crooks; which gave them full access to my Amazon account where they have run wild for 2 days placing orders and requesting refunds on expensive things I had ordered up to a month ago. Fortunately, Amazon was on the ball, became suspicious and called me.
