I purchased the annual subscription for the APP Quiz, and I cannot use the app to edit. Every time I contact the customer service online, it just repeated the same message: Maybe it's just a matter of time, you can wait for a few hours for the subscription to start working, when in reality it's already several days after purchasing !!!

All my attemps 7 in total since Dec 2022 have been ignored initially by their representative in Austria who covers the UK, a formal complaint to GoPro's complaints department and email to Mr N Woodman GoPro CEO. Based on the above the only conclusion that can been drawn is that GoPro have an offical policy of Ignoring customers and also have a completer lack of understanding of cuatomer service. Never hae I encountered a company that is as unprofessional and ignorant as GoPro.

I have ordered the go pro 11. You have sent the online software but no camera. I cant use one without the other I called your complaints department. One guy said that the courier company had picked it iu. I rang again the second guy said it was about to be sent out.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, told one would ring me back. Nothing has happened. This company lies

Order # NA05093920 I placed this order for an in stock item on Friday 12-30-22. I then called to ask if I could pay for priority shipping as I needed the item for a scheduled trip on 1-7-23. I was told GoPro did not have the availability to do this but my order would ship Friday or Monday the 1st.

I called on Tuesday as I hadn’t rec’d tracking info and was told it was on the dock waiting for pick up on 1-2-23 shipping 2 day air. On Wednesday I still didn’t have tracking info so I called again only to be told it was on the dock waiting for carrier pick up today.

I then asked for a supervisor to speak to so I could be sure that item did indeed ship today ( Wednesday - 1-4-23 for delivery by Friday 1-6-23). I was told there was no one available. I explained to the gentleman I spoke to that…

They have just the concern for money nothing in regards to good repairs at all. Having ONLY ONE MAIN CENTRE IN WHOLE INDIA their work seems to be so unprofessional. Spending above than ₹15,000 the repair isn’t worth at all.

I recommend to never currier the GoPro cameras if wanted please go in person and check every each details and reviews obviously. They are so bad at repair not even 1star they deserved.

Constant, waterproofing issues, defective batteries, memory card readers, dysfunctional cameras, constantly shut off in the water, then battery must be reset on land right off before using again even waterproof housing cases leak after one or two weeks of use Customer service is a comedy show on wheels I’ll never buy another GoPro as long as I live

I have been trying to contact GoPro for four days now through their website and other ways. They have not been replying to any chats and any requested phone calls just never come!

I have two issues with GoPro products and wourl really like support with them but they just have a very bad contact line: - all the thumbscrews that I have recieved have broken within two uses - the quick app is very very slow and keeps crashing

I am very very frustrated with GoPro as they seem to be impossible to contact! They need to fix their communication to be able to give us support!

After weeks of trying to replace a faulty Hero 10 Bones camera, 20 calls or more to your service team countless emails. You automatically closed my case and decided to refund me thats not going to happen I want my camera case no 12039247

So I suggest you stop making excuses as to stock issues and send my camera ir I will take legal action against your company

Are you serious GoPro? I’m really disappointed.

I have just contact to the CS department, not only I couldn’t receive any refund but the service and the experience I have is totally disappointed.

First of all, I purchased my GoPro last summer (2021 July) at Hong Kong . And there was a GoPro quik cloud storage within it. So I wasn’t aware that I have a auto payment on that.

So GoPro renew my subscription with a HKD $378 for a year at 19/7/2022. However, I didn’t receive any receipt or invoice from my email(the email that is link to the app).

Then, I tried to contact costumer service though GoPro’s website. GoPro website aren’t able to put me on line for a online web agent. So I press request for a callback. I gave a Canada number to the CS and ask them to call this number since I’m…

Cannot reach anyone in a phone or on site. They put incorrect address on box and UPS can’t deliver. UPS won’t change the address with me because I am not the shipper. Paid extra for overnight delivery. No resolution.

I bought a brand new gopro in March that didn’t work. I was just beginning my travels around Central America and spoke with GoPro support. They promised me that if I sent my GoPro back on the 26th of April, they would send out a replacement that day, so it would arrive at my accommodation in puerto Escondido between the 2-10 of may.

I sent the GoPro on the 26th and did not get any contact from go pro until the 1st of may. The GoPro eventually arrived on the 11th of may, after I departed. I have made numerous calls to GoPro support and they all said they would take of this.

I even asked them to reroute the package because I knew it wouldn’t arrive on time, but they couldn’t do that either. It’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced, countless hours on the phone, constantly…

I have search my content box throughly and there is no SD cards ,I will be traveling overseas on Sunday possible without a SD. This is massively inconvenience.

I purchased / Upgraded from a GP5 to the Go Pro 7, and it will not connect to the Go Pro app on my iPad via bluetooth!!!

I called your support line and "FULLY EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AT THE VERY START OF THE PHONE CALL" After 25mins she could not make it work/happen. Then puts me on hold for 5 mins, comes back and tells me it's not possible to connect via bluetooth!!! As you know this is a "FALSE STATEMENT"

I ask to speak to a manager, she then puts me on hold again, "AND NEVER RETUNS TO ME"!!!! THIS IS TOTALY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I AM EXTREMELY PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I demand support for this issue ASAP!!!!!

Purchased a gopro hero 5 black plus accessories in June 2017 as a present for my son. Total spend £500 with accessories.

Only used 3 times since purchased as was purchased to be used on a diving course in Egypt which was subsequently cancelled. In June 2018 it was used for the first time in 3 feet of standing water to take photo's of fish whilst on holiday and upon return to the UK we noticed water in the front LCD screen. The gopro still works, but the front screen is now blank.

After many hours on chat support supplying images and receipts; how annoyed we were when told we have "misused" the gopro and therefore not covered under warranty in any way. So much for "you break it we replace it- no discussions" . To add insult, the customer service agent offered 20% discount on a new gopro,…

Filled a claim with GoPro Care 10-13-2017 case #04046566 was sent a complete new Karma Drone, Camera and Stablizer. The drone wouldn't take off. I contacted support again, at which time they started a new Case # 04063481 on 10-19-2017.

I had to continue to contact them every few days for updates. After weeks they determined it was a bad Stablizer. Every time I contacted support I requested to have a manager contact me to date that has not happened.

As of today 11-28-2017 I still have not received the replacement Stablizer and no one has reached out to me to make any offer to make the situation right. Never have I experienced such poor customer service.

Placed order for Hero5 @ £349.99 rec'd shipping/tracking No. Item never arrived, contacted GoPro who raised a query no. Emailed CEO made formal complaints, no response what so ever! Ordered a GoPro Hero4 session action camera from your website the end of Jan, 2016. The package was shipped on 2/4/16 & when it arrived it was in a small box with no packing but sealed. opened it a week later as a birthday present and no camera. We went to our Walmart and told there was nothing they could do because the company was beach camera and not Walmart. If you are advertising on your site you should be sure it is a reputable co.

We contacted them and they were going to check with FedEx and they would put a claim in. To this date we have not heard anything or been able to get in contact with them again.
