Grange insurance company's client hit my car in June 2023. It's the end of August 2023 and the claim still hasn't been paid. My insurance sent Grange a copy of the police report in June and it was your clients fault. It's rediclous.

Your agent said they want to review the video. The police sent them the video and your agent saying they sent the wrong one. Now is saying your department is waiting on a link. Now your agent handling this claim is saying something is wrong with her phone for the past 2 weeks.

What is this some fly by night insurance company? I've never been treated so badly when someone else was at fault.

I have been working with an Auto Claims Representative named Jason Smith. My car was determined to be a total loss. On April 7th it was towed to Copart. I mailed in my title to them. I mailed them my Miranda title and not the actual title.

The only reason I know that is because I called Copart and they told me. On April 13th I called Jason to ask him how to fill out the power of attorney paper. I left a message, and he NEVER called me back.

I accidentally let a couple of weeks go by before I called him back. Jason asked me what state I lived in. Isn't that something he should already have pulled up when I gave him the claim number. He then went on to tell me that he couldn't get the state of Ohio power of attorney paper pulled up on his computer.

I specifically asked him if I filled it…

I have not heard from the Claims adjuster since May 4th or 5th, 2023. My husband and I have left her several messages Julia Crubel. Our claim number is ZPA 003570600. One of your insured client's damaged my truck and we have not received any updates or returned calls from the claims adjuster. We are very dissatisfied.

I had a house fire back on 10/23/2022. The fire department said that couldn't verify what the cause was. The Grange investigation team took all their sample and couldn't figure it out either. It's been over 4 months and there is still no resolution to my claim.

All I'm told is once they have a conclusion, they will let me know. They still collect my monthly bill but won't help me out. The house is unlivable with I big hole in the roof causing more damage to the structure.

The rep at grange says it my problem to fix the house so no other damage would happen. I'm getting sued from the restoration company that boarded up the house because grange won't pay them. You pay for a service but all they want to do is find a way not to cover your claim.

Cannot get help with a claim that was denied but my roof co says it would have been paid by other insurance and he has proof. The adjuster will not help me. I can’t find a number to call to get any help.

Back in august I was hit by someone attempting to make an illegal turn. A client of grange. We hit hard, he wasn’t watching where he was going at all. Our seatbelt charges deployed and we had to replace our child’s car seat.

Thank god she wasn’t in it. Now here we are, December, one week before Christmas and grange is just now telling us that our car is totaled. Frame damage. A car we still owe 12k on. A car that gets us to and from work so that we can afford to live and take care of our child.

They gave us a rental, for a week and now they are making us pay out of pocket to keep it any longer. So we are out of transportation and can’t afford to pay for it ourselves. I thought this company was all about peace at mind but they have done nothing but ruin our plans for the holidays bc of…

00 per month. Guess What, in this stupid woke society real life happens. We are paying higher gas prices, food has gone up, the cost of medicine has gone up even with insurance So, we have underwriters implementing higher premiums for those who fall on the cusp of using there grace period.

I was lectured this morning from an employee of my agent as to how she went to bat for me and I go a one time courtesy of late charges waived because I pay late. I am so appreciative of her going to bat for me.

However, not only did I feel shameful I felt embarrassed that the conversation had to be had and that I was made aware how many times that I paid late. Guess what, I PAID. Grange should be ashamed of their practices.
