On July 2023 the very beginning to now August 14,2023! I've been getting the run around about me receiving my Debit Card! I went to the branch twice in Opelousas Louisiana and call the toll free number numerous time and I get the same response!

That it was mail, even to them telling me it was coming UPS in 2 to 3 business days! And received nothing! I call today 08-14-2023 And they had the nerve to tell me today and still no card! I really need my card!

Can yall please see what's they doing wrong! I've never had problems until now

Bank refused to give me a debit card for two years on an account in my name. This account was opened in 2008 and has been my main bank since it was Midsouth. When physically going to the bank they stated they ordered it but are unsure why it would not go through again after the multiple requests (NOT A MAIL ISSUE).

They stated multiple times on different days they could not allow me to withdraw from my account with ID but would once they called a manager and would not explain why. They stated multiple times to call the corporate number.

I call the corporate number they gave me they state they are unable to help me with my account and to go into a local branch. The person on the phone also would give me no information on why just stated they could not help with my account.

I constantly have do to business deposits and the Baker location. Today the drive through clerk was extremely rude , laughing and joking, I am assuming she knew speaker was on . There was a male in background holding up stacks up money behind her laughing and joking .

Trying to get a new card ordered and delivered to my house changed my address twice and they keep sending it to my old address like what's the damn problem yall can't update an address or some shit.

I didn't take my money out of the atm machine fast enough, so it took it bank and now I short $400! can't get any action or help with this! w. railroad branch hammond.
