Hartz Chicken

Chicken is rotten made me and my grand daughter very sick I know it’s food poisoning this is not the first time that establishment had made me and my family very sick they are also very rude and all the reviews about the bad food and service is very accurate!!!

The good reviews must of been people who got lucky and had gotten fresh foods because every time I go the food is not good old chicken hard rolls and flies are always on the food please shut the place down or get new management these people are very lazy and rude I pray something is done because my grand daughter had to miss school because of getting sick after eating from there I pray it’s not food poisoning like I had gotten from there before why do I keep going back because it’s open and

I had dinner with my daughter at your restaurant in Willis, Texas. Off state highway 75. I found a black curly hair in my cabbage. I went up to the gentleman at cash register and showed it to him. He did nothing.

He had an employee stir it up. They left the contaminated tray on the line. I reminded them as i was leaving and they just nodded goodbye. Im 72 years old an d know better. They should have emptied it out and put fresh cabbage out.

The last 2 times I went to Texas City location something was left out of my to go bag so today after I ordered I asked if my okra was in the bag and was told that it was but again when I got home NO OKRA. I called the manager and she was very rude and told me I could come back to get the okra.

Who wants to go back to the store to get the okra while the rest of the food sits and gets cold? I am just about through frequenting Hartz

I ordered a 5 piece which consists of a breast a wing, and two legs. I also ordered a small side order of scalloped potatoes, and six rolls. The rolls were placed in the bag and set on the counter right after the order was completed, and then I proceeded to wait for almost 30 minutes to get the rest of my order.

I left the restaurant and took the food home only to find I had two wings, two legs, no chicken breast, no dye, no scalloped potatoes and six very cold rolls. m. and I live almost 16 miles away from the store.

I went into the store just now and spoke with the manager and was told that she could only replace things that I brought back, like an exchange, but there was nothing to bring back. There was no chicken breast no thigh, no potatoes, so how could she replace them or exchange…

We go to the Texas City Texas Hartz a lot and now they have changed their fish. It was terrible yesterday. No taste and the batter was also bad. The French fries were terrible. We always get them to go and they smelled like good fries, yesterday no smell and whatever they used to fry them in was disgusting

Got an order of chicken livers from Cleveland Hartz tonight, it was the foulest tasting livers I've ever had. Your livers have always been a favorite of mine, so I called. I was told they've been getting a lot of complaints on them, but that that's how they now taste. That can't be right!

They had a rubbing alcohol, bitter taste to me, to my husband they tasted metallic. Why the big change in taste? It was awful! We had to throw them away. The rest of our order was fine.
