Helios House

hello, i just wanted to make a complaint when it comes to the helio house in utica ny. since ive been here it has only gotten worse and worse.... no sugar unless its for coffee. we have nothing to drink but at meal time and when we do its only limited to one.

now me i have a eating disorder ive made many complaints and nothing has been done! if i dont eat what they serve there is no alternitive.. there is nothing for me to eat basically.. ive asked for my ensure to help me gain weight and that was said to be 65 dollars and wasnt covered under my insurance which is not factual cause i called insurance company and

said it just needed a doc prior auth, and that i made clear to staff and nothing still has been done. ive been promised snacks in between meals and such but that still has been…
