On August 2 , 2019 i checked in at the Holiday Inn Express in Westlake Ohio and on August 5 checked out and was told that i would be getting a refund due to over payment and as of now it has not reached my Bank account. I called the Hotel today and they claimed that the funds were released to my bank and as i was sitting in the bank (Today) the branch manager stated that this is not true and showed my my account in real time. I wanted to know why i am being lied to from your company employees and im a member and really love your hotels Please contact me 4435295458
