Stopped and got gas and car wash, paid at the pump. Go to get the car wash and it was out of order. We live 75 miles away. Paid for a car wash we will be lucky to use again.

To Whom It Concerns, My daughter shops at Holiday gas station in Bloomington, Minnesota-Northern Tier Division and the manager at this store threated to assault my teenager daughter on 11/1/22 around 3pm because she had an argument with other kids in here school. My daughter didn't do anything wrong to anyone she is being harassed by store manager on a daily basis.

to my knowledge her name is Lynette Archambault working at Holiday gas station on old Shakopee and Nicollet. I'm writing to tell u her actions are unacceptable and we will be filling a lawsuit if she is not fired from her position effective immediately.

Lynnette is using her position as manager to harass young children shopping after school. she is very disrespectful and should be in jail by now. com or call me 612-438-8426…

I go to the Holiday Station on Excelsior Blvd and 11th Avenue in Hopkins, MN almost every morning. The manger at that store is the worst I have ever encountered. She runs around complaining about not being able to help the customers standing in line in the morning who are by the way trying to get to work on time.

This morning is a good example of what I witness almost daily. She was running back and forth between the extra counter (where someone could have been ringing up customers) but she was throwing boxes on the counter complaining that "if I had some help I could" when she was asked by one of the cashiers to help.

The two cashers were very calm and helpful, but there is another gal who I see always walking around on her phone and NEVER helping, I am not racist but I don't know her…

Hello my complaint is a certain one individual a woman at the register is always on her phone and she answers the telephone while the customer I am being served and she’s on her phone while she’s working and it’s very inconvenient and slows down my purchase of fuel I spend roughly $20,000 a year for diesel purchases at this location the location is in Minnesota at the intersection of Highway 149 and

highway 55 in Eagan Minnesota my issue was today again at roughly 6 to 6:30 PM thank you hope to hear back from you in the future I will get the name of the individual in the future

Still having coffee cup and lid issues. The integrity of your coffee cups ,they constantly collapse Spaulding me. I'm tired of this quality issue. This is the 2nd complaint am I'm only doing it to bring attention to the problem.

Lids don't fit, cups collapse. I know that I am only one person but if this happens to the wrong person there will be a law suit. Please! address this soon. I am a sip and save customer and so is my wife.

Don't make me switch from your quality coffee please. Thank you! BY THE WAY THE CLERKS AT 1ST AVE HOLLIDAY AND THE BELTLINE ARE FANTASTIC.

Rude ghetto female workers at como n rice st . Was followed around store. Used restroom.. didn't even get the to on toilet yet.. saying I gotta get out. So I left and stated to 3 workers and 2 police officers that was just rude as f@#k n y'all need help.

I went to the NYA, MN. store to purchase an AT&T phone card. I asked if there was a difference in the cards and the clerk said no. I purchased the card and when I returned home found that she sold me a TracFone service instead.

I went back and told her she sold me the wrong item I need this to pay for my service right now. 00. She basically told me I was out of luck, it was her mistake not mine. If I have a physical card that would help but all I get is a receipt. 00.

How can this be remedied?

Holiday Station located at 2000 us 41, marquette, MI 49855 had a faulty machine that doesn't automatically turn off when the tabk is full, resulting in wasting gas and money, employees blamed me and said it was my fault. How am I supposed to know when my tank is full without that mechanism?

Just wait for it to overfill every time? This is rediculous, I've never been treated like this from a company. Holiday has lost mine and my family's service, and I will be taking social media to warn others in my community about this awful store and its awful employees.

I go to the Holiday station on Bryden Ave in Lewiston Idaho 83501 every morning before work for coffee. I recently signed up for the sip and save and still am a bit unsure how or when to enter my phone number for the free coffee.

i have a good experience everytime i go in with the exception of one employee. Im not sure his name but he is an older heavy set bald man, works early mornings most weekdays. He is almost always rude, whether it be just not saying a single word from start to finish of the transaction or having his back to me while i stand there while he is just chatting with other employees until they usually point out that im standing there.

I pressed the regular 87octane but it filled my tank with premium. 20 My gas is never that. I went it to complain and they said you must have pressed the wrong button. I did not it was the button on the left 87 octane.

23 more than I would have. 13 a month for and always go to Holiday so we can use our Cub rewards. mary -1

Most stationstores have a very poor selection of hot food snacks. What most have are tasteless. There is one stationstore in Deerwood Minnesota that is an exception.

The holiday gas station location 19955 MN-7 Excelsior MN 55331 is absolutely horrifying! there is never anything stocked. There are random broken down cars just park all over in front of the gas tanks so I can't even get gas sometimes if I'm on my way to work or coming home .

Kelly use to work there and she was amazing , the people working there now just sit around and smoke and hardly even work. Never coming back here again .

Had the misfortune of stopping at the Holiday store in Wakefield, MI. The sales associate was the most rude and dumbest person I have run into in a long time. 79. I told her the mistake and she proceeded to tell me in this rudest voice that there was nothing she could do.

40 more than the sign said. She proceeded to tell me there were other customers behind me and she was not going to do anything about it. I asked for a manager and she said she was busy doing other things.

I finally found the manager on duty, and she did refund my money. My suggestion to you is train your sales associates to treat the customer with dignity and respect. I will not visit that store again because of her and the way I was treated.

On 7/27 I went to store 2746385 and prepaid for 300 dollars in fuel with a Holiday fuel card. Only used 220 in fuel at the pump so went back inside and was told the 80 dollar difference would be credited back in a couple days.

It is now day 8 business days and still no credit!! I have been a loyal Holiday customer for years but I have now signed up With Town pump for their rewards program as well. I have called customer service Kelly no less then 5 times and have yet to receive a call back.

Also have went back to the store and was just told to call the number on back of card. Very poor customer service. I have other travel plans and can not access MY money on this card. I have bought these gas cards in the past for presents and will no longer be doing that.

I could not find email address for a compliment of an employee so I thought I would use this one. Terry is the assistant manager at the holiday store at Woodlane Drive and Valley Creek Road in Woodbury Minnesota. I was using a walker to enter the store and pay for gas when Terry immediately jumped up and asked if he could pump the gas for me.

He was very kind and very wanting to please. I can see why he’s an assistant manager and he is a great employee. Please tell him for me and also put this note in his file. He deserves recognition. Thank you Barbara Pederson 651-208-4982

Holiday station on Dimond in Anchorage, AK. Went get gas. Showed my 15 cent off gas reward from playing Rock Paper Scissors to the manager Austin. When I go to the pump, I was only given my 5 cent reward for putting my cell phone number in.

This is the 2nd time within a week that this was done to me. The manager Austin was rude and careless about my concern for the second time.

I was at your store in Anchorage, Alaska on 36th and Cst. at around 1:30am. I guess another customer went out the wrong door, possibly even stole a coffee, maybe not but an employee that works there that was off the clock and just visiting straight up went after the guy wanting to fight him.

The guy was walking towards this bike and the lady picked it up over her head and slammed it on the ground twice but it wasn't even his bike. It might have escalated even more but I left because I was disgusted by her professionalism.

This isn't the first incident with employee at the night shift at this station. Everyone of them needs to be fired and your company needs to figure this out. All of them are but of control!!

Having a really bad day. I can't see I got super glue in my eye last night my boyfriend moved and I am suppose to be out the door with last min things yesterday. Been crying since last night because of how bad my eye is.

00 yogurt 2 donuts on the counter I had my win scratch off hand it to Cris and he says there is a checker there no one else in line. I said it's a winner he said how much Im like what ?!

00 he said u want to pay for it from this I said I want a replacement and yes. So he does doesn't ask if I need a bag I spoke didn't need one but that's was it no receipt so I ask for one and I ask him his name he says Cris I said Cris u are extremely rude I will be calling your manager he said she will be here Monday morning I said ok be calling today.

The Holiday station on Cedar Lake Road in Minnetonka has a homeless guy living in the grass on the store property. I don't feel safe going there anymore. No effort is being made to remove him. Creepy creepy guy!

I prepaid $20 worth of gas at the Minneapolis-Saint Paul airport Holiday gas station. 47 so I was called inside to pay for my fuel. When I got inside I was told that my original purchase was refunded to my card which takes upwards of 7 to 30 days to repost to my card.

I had to pay again for my gas which leaves me $20 short on the rest of my bills since I live paycheck to paycheck and gas is way too high as it is. I don't appreciate having to let a company that makes a hell of a lot more money than I do hold on to my money for as long as it takes to go back to my account so

Prepaid gas with a credit card. Put pump in car and pumped what I thought was gas. Hung the pump up and started car only to have gas light still on. Manager and 2 clerks confirmed by camera that we did not receive the gas but couldnt give a refund because we paid with credit card??!

Customer service did their research and spoke with a manager who did not work that day who confirmed by camera that we did pump the gas. I said what he saw was us put the pump in the car and pump what should have been gas but we got none.

Customer service would not give me a number or email to dispute their decision of not refunding our money but that I had to dispute the charge with our bank?! Thanks customer service

I received great service from the staff, but have a complaint. 7 cents off per gallon coupon. Once inside they could not apply my discount due to a computer issue. To make matters worse, the credit card machine did not work.

I was lucky enough to come up with enough cash to pay for my gas, but didn’t want to use it. I getting gas is already a struggle and leaving there yesterday only made it worse.

I had won a 25 cents off from the new game you have out. I went to use it today and went inside the store to pre pay and use it. I had it set up to redeem and thought the clerk scanned it.

When I went back to the pump the discount was not there so I went inside and told them. They said that it was expired now, of course it was it only stays active a little bit when you redeem it.

They did not help me or care that it was their error that it did not get scanned in the first place. So paid the price that was at the pump without discount of 25 cents off. Disappointed and will not be returning to the location.

I filed a complaint with Holiday Station headquarters a week ago and still have not received any response either by email or phone. At issue is some damage to my right front fender to my Subaru that came off the track in the car wash. I originally talked to a claims adjuster and have her all the info she requested over a month ago and have not received an answer to my claim.

On Feb 10th I was getting a car wash at Holiday gas at 1650 Diffley Rd. Eagan Mn. As I was being pulled thru the wash my car came off the track. The attendant told me to pull around again to finish wash.

When I went to wipe down my car after wash I noticed several deep scratches on the right front bumper. I immediately reported the damage to the station manager who took pictures of the damage and said she would send to claims.

I reported this same info to claims person Shohona Culbertson along with estimates of damage. Since this time I have not gotten any response back from either phone calls or e-Mail. My claim # is 22016499 Thanks for looking into this, Mike Shannon

On Feb 10th 2022 my car was damaged in a drive thru car wash o Diffley Road in Eagan Minnesota. The station manager took pictures and submitted them to a claims adjuster named Shohona Culbertson. I submitted all the info To Shohona along with damage estimates.

It has been one month now and I can’t get any kind of response from Shohona from either emails or phone calls. My claim # is 22016499 Please look in to this for me. Thanks, Mike Shannon
