I bought the system mechanic software on August11/23 from staples store ( No CD ), went to install it according to the link provided. I couldnt even enter the Keycode provided and it corrupted my computer. I had to finally call IT support to restore my system to its original settings . I went to the store located at 10136 King george blvd., the box had original seal and instruction sheet with keycode in it but sote refused to return even after the explanation. I asked to to see the manager, which he refuse to come out and talk in person, intsead he referred me to Mehak Sandhu ( service supervisor ) which repeated the same answer. I tried to return the package within 5 days , as i am not able to drive due to medical condition and had to wait for friend.

I was employed at the NRH office 246 ( In office) It was by far the worse experience i have ever encountered with . We had so much turn over in the office and i wasn't sure why, Only family members stayed..

Her Dad, Mother, Sister, Best friend and the franchise owner was the daughter.. Tiffany, First off The sister runs through the system on a daily bases, Goes out in her car smokes weed and asks employees to bring her or find her weed.

She leaves and goes shopping all day long LIES to Tiffany ( her sister) that she was working even though the two office staff Emily and Myself would get complaints from care givers about her lies or the times she has really left. I have never, in my life, had to deal with such incompetence!

First, I have been with you for close to ten years and never had so much trouble with your employees! The office in New Albany, IN and the scheduler, Victoria is as dumb as a box of rocks! She needs to stop putting her friends and family before other customers!

In order to appease them she screws up everyone else's regular schedule! My insurance only pays for every other week, or it's been that way since I started, and my regular day was every always every other Wednesday! Last week I was bombarded with calls from Victoria, but I wasn't home, so when I got home I called back and was advised that my caregiver came to my house on Tuesday and I wasn't home!

I wasn't supposed to be! That's why I never schedule anything on…

Home Instead employed an aide who was caught on videotape robbing my mother on the night she died. Reed, the franchise owner on Yost Blvd. was aware of the incident but thought it was resolved because “ the police never contacted us”.

He denies that his employee was not involved even though he has not reviewed the videotape.

I have been getting emails as well as text messages from home instead General Manager Rebecca upset because I came in and resign. They sent me in a home where a patient is dying and did not tell me and was upset on the day's I could not go to the home.

I have my proof where I reach out to them as well. Please contact me regarding this matter. I have other issue's as well to report.

You have a caregiver that has been dismissed and was told not to come into contact with Diane Grau and Gerry Grau well she went over there and changed her catheter and she got another UTI. Diane is in the hospital at Indian Path, she has been hospitalized several times for infections which were caused by uncleanlinesses, no gloves, and not trained for changing the catheter.

Plus she is still taking money from Gerry for personal gain. The caregiver has her sites set on inheriting what they have including their home. This needs to be throughly investigated. You need to talk to Diane she can tell you who has been changing her catheter.

The caregiver has probably profited over $30,000 or more since she has been taking so called care of Diane. Lance George is supposed to be with Diane at the…

Dave Parke not even 2 months after my husband passed away tells me they for got to bill me for one day when I’m still in mourning. then stated he was trying to prevent me from getting sent to collections or late fees. All over $147.

I would never recommend Home Instead to anyone. I had problems with office staff. And caregivers. I never paid late and always paid what I was billed.

Everything started out ok; my health insurance Florida blue long term healthcare (LTH) pays up to 150 per day for HI services. December 2020 I got info from (LTH) that I had 50 thousand in insurance benefits (3 months of benefits left) to pay (HI). On March 25th 2021(HI) wrote a contract to increase my rate reason being that I live in the A1 flood zone. I was having bad pain in my knee and so I had a knee replacement surgery at valgus hospital and after i stayed from April 30th for a total of 21 days at freedom village rehab.My granddaughter kept increasing the (HI) hours without my knowledge and permission at first it was 4-8 hours a day then to 24/7. she signed a contract that would let HI get money from my trust…

My name is Sheri Campbell, & I have been trying to get oxygen for my uncle, Jerry Leyerly for about 3 weeks. I call the customer service number every single day including weekends. Each time I was told something different. The excuses were endless!!! Your customer service is a joke!!! They have no personality!! None of them!! They lie just to get you off the phone. The communication level is nonexistent!! Each day I called of course I was told "oh, I am so sorry. I will make a note on your account and someone will call you back". I finally started telling them don't tell me lies just communicate with me. That's all I asked!!!

I am a working professional and have my elderly mom who needs care at all times. She has to be taken care of and I could rely only on Home Instead Senior Care to help her. It is absolutely not about the money, but the kind of care they tender my mom to is truly outstanding.

I cannot thank them much, but they are sure angels in disguise. My mom is taken care of well and I do not have to worry about her while at work. Thanks to HISC to do a wonderful job.

Called last Monday for to change my telephone number in their system for emergency contact information. The person I spoke with said it would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. Well it will be one week tomorrow and its not changed.

I wish they cared more about customer service.
