This is not a service complaint, it pertains to a product. I've owned this for several years actually but it's been driving me nuts so I decided to finally air my grievance. My complaint concerns a tower fan, specifically Quiet Set, The fan itself is fine and works as it should but where on earth did the cords come from, some company in China?

Worst worst cord I've ever seen, twisted like crazy right from the start and IMPOSSIBLE to untwist. permanently. Just wanted to let you know, I hope your other products are made better than this, this is a nightmare.

I purchased Honeywell Thermostat Model # THX9421R5021 Date Code 1935 in September 2020 after being advised by Honeywell that it would display local outdoor temperature and humidity if registered with Honeywell's TCC app. This was not so and I was told I must buy an outdoor sensor which I did but impossible to locate out of the sun on the balcony of my condominium.

Honeywell advised that I should purchase an Internet Gateway and register it with the TCC. ( Ticket / Case Number # 02853042). Tiphany would get back with an answer in due course. Then on Dec. 2020, Ray in Digital Operations contacted us to get us to send…

I bought a T5 wi-fi thermostat. On the box the thermostat came in it states that if you don’t have a C-wire in your existing thermostat. Contact Honeywell and they will send you a power converter free of charge. After contacting the support number and sending a picture of their box to customer support I was told too bad you have to buy an adapter. False advertisement.

Honeywell Evohome smart heating system 2 TRVs failed in first year which were replaced under warranty. Another TRV failed but went unnreported. 1 month out of warranty, one of the replacement TRVs failed again. Although I appreciate it is outside the warranty period, this is a really high fail rate especially for such a costly product.

Honeywell customer services are uninterested and blame transport and storage although this product was ordered from Honeywell by a supplier specifically for this installation

I bought a thermostat for my son for Christmas. It was purchased online at the end of Oct. Unfortunately, it is unable to be used and I called to return it Dec 29. The man I spoke to was very nice but couldn't allow me to return an unopened brand new product because of your return policy of only 30 days since purchase date.

He suggested I resell it on EBAY. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I am extremely disappointed that an unopened gift is unreturnable. I think the policy, especially for this time of year, is ludicrous. I have always thought well of Honeywell products as we have used them in our homes for decades but this will be the last purchase I make from your company.

If you wish to follow up on this complaint (and you should) with a phone call, my phone number is 716-410-4869 EST.

On the 7th of July 2020 I was forced to call technical help line after we purchased a programer wireless stat which should have already been paired but wasn't so after some some fault finding I called tech help was so shocked at the attitude of the engineer that it ruined the rest of my day.

I thought I'd rang the wrong No and somebody was winding me up. We did manage amongst his dreadful attitude to get the room stat paired but I've never experienced anything like it ever.

I have tried literally everything to get a response. I haven't been able to log into my app or use my cameras for months (really two years).

It is the most frustrating experience I have every had with any company.

Nothing is working - my remote control thermostats, the honeywell website - everything dead. Can't tell if they are out of business, asleep at the wheel, don't give a damn, or will be back up tomorrow. I just know that I wasted $600 on fancy remote control thermostats that can't be controlled remotely because Honeywell does not maintine its system.

I want a full refund.

I've been trying to order 4 Bio-Safety Level 4 suits for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA. All day today on Wednesday, 5 June 2019 I'm trying to reach a sales representative that can help in purchasing these suits and all I've been getting is the run around from person to person all day.

Can someone please help me purchase these suites? Its all I'm asking for??

in February 2015 we had a new furnace put in. It had the gas valve VR825T1247. On December 18 2018 this valve stopped working. We had to have our heating company who put in the new furnace come out and put in a new valve.

The part was under warranty but we had to pay the heating company to put in the part. Thank goodness the weather was not too cold. We feel that this part should not have failed in being only 4 years old.

We understand that this valve has failed in other furnaces. I talked to a Kasandra about this issue and she told me that this was not Honeywells fault. Honeywell did make the part but from requirements of Rheem Corporation. I asked her if Honeywell made they part then why are you not responsible for the failure.

She said it was Rheem's fault not Honeywell and there was…

I call your tech support on 10/18/18 and a ticket was opened 00860716 for a very simple questions on the T5 thermostat. Question was, what is the heat range of the T5, and I never got a answer, the staff could not answer.

I could not find the range on the box or on your web site. I bought it anyway because I like an earlier model I have in my other home. Here is the problem after purchasing I found the heat range is the same as the cool range 50 -99 degrees F which is much different then your other thermostats which have a heat range of 40-99 degrees and cool range of 50-99 degrees.

This is important because I need the 40-99 range because I am not at that house very often I like the heat to stay around 42 degrees this will be a substantial heating increase to me. I am asking if you could…

Having lots of trouble with my thermostat. Called the help number. Obviously the call center is India. " Well, YEAH. After asking my name, phone number, email (for their purposes and five times as she cannot understand me spelling out my name) etc she asks model number.

OK I give it to her. BTW, I can barely understand her accent. She then transfers me to tech support after all that time. "Technical support is unavailable at this time. " Click, it hangs up.

Meanwhile my thermostat is acting flaky, it's getting hotter and hotter inside, and I'm thinking I may have to call an expensive repairman to adjust this thermostat so I can control it. Is there a racket with Honeywell and HVAC companies?

Manual says nothing about the issue. Nothing online tells me about the issue. " I don't use my…

Just an update on my previous complaint. On 10/2/2017 I called the Honeywell Customer Service (in India) trying to get a technical information concerning problems with my thermostat. A. but couldn't go through. He promised that I will be contacted within 48 hours.

I have been still waiting for this call. On 10/3/2017 I contacted the Honeywell Customer Service by E-mail. This is the only response I had so far: "Hi, Case Service Feedback has been escalated to you. This case has been Assigned to SBU since 10/3/2017 8:31 PM, but problem hasn’t been resolved according to customer’s feedback.

" No response so far. Greg Natanson, 10/6/2017

The Honeywell Customer Service is completely useless (whether you still have the Warranty or not!). I have a problem with a thermostat. I repeatedly tried to call Honeywell Customer Care at 1-800-468-1502. The answer is always the same: ‘We are overloaded with calls. Please call later’ – and then hang up. I called the Customer Service at 1 (877) 271-8620. They are in India and tried to reach USA Customer Care at 1-800-468-1502 and SURPRISE, SURPRISE they had the same answer: ‘We are overloaded with calls’. I sent a message to Customer Support – no response.

I am a very unhappy customer. I installed a Honeywell Furnace Humidifer two years ago. It was installed by Corestar, a reputable company servicing the Kitchener Waterloo Ontario region. I have had five service calls since it was purchased with a repeated problem of the unit leaking from under the humidifier. Today, I discovered yet another leak, with water damage to my basement. My Plumbing Company was called and indicated that they were unable to fix the leaking problem. They indicated that the problem is in the unit. I would request that Honeywell replace the unit or refund what I paid for the unit.

Total Cost $1,051.70. Lodder Brothers Ltd is the Plumbing Company who has been called a number of times and o also has Corestar. The Unit is the TrueEaseTM Humidification System. I look…
