My server decided to add her own tip to my bill when my friend had paid for the tip on his card. So instead of it costing me $28.79, ended up being $48.79. Soo I would like to have the $20 back that was stolen from me please.

On the date of September 14th, I visited Hooters in Denton, Texas and purchased some wings. I paid for the wings in cash and then left a two dollar tip. I visited Hooters on September 20th 2023 and an employee named Alexis spoke with me and asked if I had visited Hooters on the14th, I advised her that I had.

Alexis informed me that I had just left 2 dollars at my last visit. I am hundred percent sure that I paid for my visit. I am very confident that I did pay for my meal. I talked to Nat at Hooters on September 21st and he informed me that they had checked the cameras and just noticed the 2 dollars being left on the table.

I paid again for my visit on September 14th on September 21st even though I was sure that I had paid because it didn’t appear that management at Hooters in Denton…

To whom it may concern my Name is Jarri Hall & I have a compliant abut one of your hooters location. on Saturday night 9/17/23 I went by my local hooters Restaurant at 4521 Southside Blvd Jacksonville, FL, 32216 I walked in & waited for the host.

She took me to my table & waited for her to send over my server. I was outside in the patio sitting at a dirty Table waiting for my server to come clean & take my order. she never came!

I was watching the Gators vs vols game & as the game & after 20 mins of waiting I got u & walked out!. I'm very disappointed & I will never go to any Hooters anywhere in the world if this is how the servers treat their customers.

I wasted 20 minutes of my time! wanted some food, some drinks & enjoy a good game instead I got ignored.

Also it was not crowded so…

m.. there were seats available at the bar so we went and sat ourselves. The bartender went to the back and came back with the manager within one minute of a sitting down. The manager then told us that we had spoken inappropriately and disrespectfully to the bartender and that she was uncomfortable serving us.

We had not even sat down or spoke to the bartender so this is not true.

I placed an online order and it stated that my order will be ready in 20 minutes. 00 discount on my next order. 00 credit for this order and my name should be on file, the order taker stated ok when I arrive a different Manager stated that there is no record of this.

I'm extremely angry with Hooters in Orland Park, Illinois you should get rid of all of them.

Hooters at 2201 N Lamar St, Dallas, TX 75201 5/31/23 I picked up a Togo order around 7pm. 15 wings- medium Daytona & honey siracha original, and chicken Cesar salad. I was woken up around midnight with the worst body/stomach ache I have ever had as an adult.

Hot cold sweats and fever and nausea. I was up every hour that night with 10/10 pain and then the diarrhea started. Non-stop from weds night up until the next weds 6/7/23. Sunday 6/4/23 I was seen at the ER for dehydration and was given two bags of fluids, I had a stool culture that was +salmonella.

I missed one week of work due to your restaurants negligence to follow the safe guidelines to serve/cook food. I have attempted to call the restaurant but they never answer the phone.

I am disappointed that they rip you off over a drink. I order wings and a titos lemonade. It was a drink special for $6. It was super sweet so I asked can I get a well vodka. The bartender poured 3/4 of an shot only. 59 and not well.

I asked the server why am I'm being charged for titos and a full shot. Its only a few dollars but its the principle of ripping customers off.

I am a regular customer of Hooters, and I frequent your store in Yukon among others on a regular basis. I am very disappointed/concerned with the poor service/ inattentiveness to the customers who frequent your store. On my last couple of visits it was very slow, but we still waited to be seated longer than I feel appropriate, then when we were seated it was a wait to actually be attended too. Once we were seated, and we ordered our food took what I believe to be an extraordinary long time to be served for the number of customers in the store. The waitresses are rarely seen and are not very attentive. The waitress we had in Conyers on April 28th 2023 between the hours 5pm - 6:30 pm was Aliyah, She was horrible and smelled like marijuana. She pretty much ruined our dinner. JUST TO BE BE NOTED THIS IS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN TO THIS RESTAURANT AND HAD ALIYAH AS OUR SERVER.

THERE HAS BEEN MULTIPLE TIMES AND SHE SMELLS OF MARIJUANA AND IS RUDE AT TIMES NOT ONLT TO ME BUT MY DAUGHTER AS WELL.

All the workers are lazy and do drugs in the bathrooms.

Just wanted to say that the Hooters in King of Prussia is very dirty. They have a big mice problem, crawling on the walls, eating burger buns so disgusting!

Being a few friends are sitting at a booth area and we overheard two girls talking about how they Peed in a customers cup and let them drink their pee. It was absolutely disturbing to hear so we paid and left assuming that at any point the girls at the St.Louis Hooters with P in our food or in our drinks

We go to Hooters often and have always enjoyed the service and food. Yesterday we went to the Columbus, Ga store and left disappointed. When we ordered we were not told of the special, Buy 10 wings get 10 wings.

I ordered 29 wings and nothing was said. We found out about this on the receipt. We don’t usually go on Mon so did not know. When I asked about it I was told oh you have to order 10 wings and then your server will order the 10 free Don’t know why we weren’t told at first or when we ordered 20.

So we spent over $13 and was told on Wed we’ll have the deal for boneless wings so come back then. Really not happy at all because we live an hour away so won’t go back for Wed deal. When we go our bill is usually $80 with tip.

Greetings: I've been a regular customer since you first opened & continue to patronize many locations throughout the years. , one of managers provoke a simple conversation into leading words exchanged for no particular reason tonite,before closing time. This is 2nd time I've dealt with this for explainable reason.

My husband and I are from Fort Lauderdale and have always been Hooters fans. We recently moved to Alabama and we were traveling through Georgia and decided to stop in at the Hooters in Kennesaw on 3/6/23. We were sat and waited 15 minutes, just as we were gonna leave they came for our drink order.

We quickly put in our whole order so we didn’t need to wait as long for her to come back. Once she brought out our food she checked on us once. My complaint for this Hooters is customer service. there was a couple of other tables occupied with just older gentleman that we watched them cater towards who promptly got their drinks and food and a friendly long conversation.

Went to hooters off hwy 90 Mobile Ala, nice girl waiting us. To start (1) my wife order philly cheese sandwiitch which had to much salt, the fries were under cooked and to much seasoning salt. (2) I ordered hot wings and celery sticks, which they were out of. When I got the wings, they were light brown, chewy shin, and not crunchy, But when got the ticket I noticed an $0.89 charge, ask waitress what it was for and was for the hot to make the wings hot. After sitting at bar 15 minutes at 7:00pm on 2/25/23 at Castleton Indiana, I got a Pepsi served to me. She asked if I needed a menu and I said no. I would just like chips and cheese. It took 40 minutes to receive them.

I came to the goiters location in Atlantic City we were a fairly large party trying to order to go. The waiter came to the door and immediately told us to line up against the wall and then we can be assisted on our orders.

I am a regular customer at the West Briad location in Richmond Virginia. I have never had a bad experience with any of the waitresses or staff but I wanted to bring to your attention some in-appropriate behavior I witnessed from a manager on Tuesday the 7th of February.

I was sitting at the bar , Cora was the bartender, she was fantastic as always, . Apparently there was a “problem” with the draft beer system and they were going to shut down draft beer sales for about an hour so it could be fixed.

“Tim” was the manager on duty and was sitting in the office. Cora let us know so we all laughed that we had to switch to something else. Cora was actively pouring an ordered pitcher for the floor when Tim let her know of the problem .

Placed an online order for ONE kids meal. 45 minutes later, my meal was STILL not ready. Staff avoided coming to front desk to tell me ETA. Asked for a refund the girl said yes one minute and went on to wait more tables.

Finally left, & called requesting a refund. Manager ‘couldn’t come to the phone’. They wanted my number to call back later. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!!!! I’m now late for work AND missed lunch with my son at school because of this horrible service.

The black ex convict manager tried to kick us out instead of the aggressor. We had plenty of witnesses. Amber should have NEVER EVER promoted him from a cook. I called security to avoid trouble. They arrived but ex convict asdt manager refused to allow them to do their jobs.

I received a Hooters gift card for Christmas in an office game so, therefore, I do not have a receipt. A friend and I went to the Memphis Southeast Hooters at 7573 Winchester Road in Memphis. After ordering $39.96 worth of food at 11:47 (check 8; table 66), I gave my $25 gift card. They refused it and asked for a pin. My card does not have a pin. I therefore had to use my charge card.

The gift card says it never expires. It is card #603571 038451 1362955 Off to the side it says 1136295 Under the bar code it has tiny letters 0615 0-76750-17422

I tried every one of those numbers, thinking one must be the "pin".

Surely I am not out $25???!!!

no one contacted me to inform me which was a waster of gas. I went to the other location which was open to place an order only for them to tell me they could not take my order bc the cook was the only cook.

Went to Hooters off McCain Blvd we love the food there however we are older and we always get looked at as if we don't tip and seat us far away and get mediocre service . I was dining at the Hooters in Ocala Fl. I was very upset with the manager that changed the TV. from the hockey game to UFC fight night. There were many guest at the bar watching the Tampa Bay Lighting fighting to win to make it to the Stanley cup finals.

When all of a sudden the TV we were watching turned to the UFC fights. There were several TV's already on the UFC fights. Why change all the TV's. Several guest complained but it took to long to get it changed back.

The manager didn't know how to change the channel. I watched as the manager in the dining room was doing nothing. A manager had to come from the kitchen and finally change the channel back. Then I watched him walk thru how to change the channel. Ridiculous.
