Smartwash will not stay running. Just purchased on line. The product is defective. Hoover will only send a return slip. I don't not have packing material to return it in. I would like some to to come get this one and and a new one that works

Bought new hoover React for my wife for Christmas, paid $270.00 for it, Had it for 3 months and the battery pack went bad, Could not find my receipt, Hoover said nothing they could do, New battery will cost $60.00, We are done with any Hoover product, very expensive for 3 months use.

We have all tile floors , decided to splurge and bought this cleaner, worked well for about a year, then it quit working, I took it apart to re if switch was bad , found it was Motor was seized, and rusted tight . Very disappointing. Now it's garbage.

I recently had the belt break on my Hoover Wind Tunnel model # UH71250 and ordered replacement belts on December 26 by express order. On January 3rd I finally got someone to answer the 800 number after numerous calls and being on hold.

I also sent 2 e-mails prior to that date with again no response. The person who answered the phone "Clint" on January 3rd appeared to not know how to check an order or to solve my issue and stated that "Fed-X must have dropped the ball" even though the website continues to show the order had not been shipped.

I spoke with "Clint" on January 3rd around 9 am and was told he would have to contact the "Help Desk" to see what the problem was and as of 3pm I have not heard any news and the order still is posted as not shipped. I finally decided to order belts…

I bought a Hoover fridge freezer 4 years ago took out the 10 year warranty online months ago the thermostat went on it when I contacted them they said the part was covered 39 euro but I would have to get one of their engineers to fit it 150 euros so I got a guy to fit it now the overflow tube is freezing been told its probably leaking gas it's the worse appliance ì ever bought

Your website does not list my vacuum model # UH70241. I need a replacement hose. Customer service does not pick up. I called three times to customer service during business hours over the last several days and waited on hold for over an hour each time and they did not pick up.

I emailed several times and got no response to my question, which is, do all UH702 series vacs take the same hose since my UH70241 vac is not on any of your lists. After several emails being unanswered, I took my complaint to facebook. Jamila responded.

She told me to look it up on your website! " Can't you have people on staff who will actually answer phones and emails, who are actually helpful?

I purchased a Hoover vac, UH72615 - YG120 in November of 2016. This model vac began to make terrible noise, wasn't picking up, gave a burning odor and then started to spark from the motor area, NOT the cord. , they finally answered and escalated me to another dept.

who confirmed the info and model/manuf. no. and also that it had a 5 year warrantee. They gave me the name and address for my area (zip code 12585), Sew & Vac on Rt. 9 in Wappingers Falls for repair.

I have a Dual Power Carpet Washer Model 50150 MFG Code G17CAT. The tank that holds the clean water and cleaning solution started leaking. There are no authorized dealers even remotely close to where I live. 00. My warranty clearly reads During the Warranty Period, Hoover will provide labor and parts at no cost to you to correct any such defect in products purchased in the United States, US Military Exchanges and Canada.

I live in Athens TN, the company I purchased it from is in Monroe WI and it is less than a year old. The customer service rep was nasty to me, refused to let me talk to a supervisor and would not have any one call me.

The handle on my Hoover steam cleaner broke and I sent in a request for a replacement. I have been emailing a lady by the name of Angela. She keeps asking me to provide her with a store receipt. I keep sending her pictures showing her that it was NOT a store purchase.

It was an online purchase. I sent a picture of the box it came in, a picture of the online purchase and numerous of other photos and she will not accept what I am sending her. Now she wants me to drive to the store I purchased it from.

Firstly, this is only rated 1 star because I am unable to rate it 0 stars.

I contacted Hoover about a problem with my robot vacuum. It was not charging at all. No power available after much trouble shooting. They advised that the unit is faulty and they will send a replacement as they are unable to repair the unit.

They further advised that the model that I have is not available and they will replace with the Hoover Quest. They advised me that they would send out the replacement and the current faulty one could be disposed of, as they do not repair them.

The invoice was provided to them via email.

You sent me the wrong model and have hung up on me 3 three times I spent waiting to talk to the a supervisor a total of 45 minutes. In the past we have purchased exclusively Hoover carpet cleaners. we have three german shepards and we need a machine that can withstand that type use.

So in short I am very disappointed with your customer service and I am rethinking any future purchases. It is very concerning that your company is so difficult to reach anyone that is knowledgeable about such matters. I beleive that after investing more that 1 hour essentailly struggl ing to get any satisfaction I may have resolved this debacle.

It was more difficult and your error at any rate, I will be very cautious about further sales of your product.

My son, Armani Hayes, was manipulated by Progressive Insurance in Savannah, GA. On March 14, 2018 he was a passenger in an automobile accident in FL. Due to being asleep at the time, he hit his head on the dashboard. Overall, he was ok.

He did not seek medical attention at the time nor the driver or the back seat passenger in the car. They were hit from behind and the car was totaled. On March 22, 2018 Progressive called him and immediately offered only $500 for being in the accident.

Although Armani is 23 years old, this is his first experience with an accident and dealing with an insurance company. He had no clue what to expect or do. He contacted me afterwards to state he was offered $500, which he took, because he was not offered anything else.

I was extremely disappointed with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life by any company. I asked your representative for her name and she said "Chris". When I asked for her last name, she said "Chris is enough" and continued to refuse to give her full name.

I have purchased many Floormates since you first produced them in 2004 and they never last long, but I like the way they clean so I continue to buy them. When I had a problem with one under warranty, your representative suggested the newer one that uses extra solution and I agreed to buy it.

I have attempted to contact your company for over a week. Last week your employees were on vacation when I needed to use my carpet cleaner and it was leaking all over.

Today I have tried 4 times and been on hold for at least 30 minutes each time. I would like a refund on my Max Extract All terra carpet cleaner that I purchased last April. I purchased a cordless Hoover vacuum in November 2016 directly from Hoover. It stopped working in August 2017. I took it to the authorized Hoover repair center (House of Vacuums in Melbourne, Fl) as it was still under warranty. Hoover sent me a new one that I got in the beginning of September. After two weeks it stopped working and I returned it House of Vacuums. They contacted Hoover and a part was sent to them that they said would fix the problem. It did not and the vacuum is still not working. The House of Vacuums is once again contacting the non service customer support staff.

It has now going into the third month without the vacuum. I wish to either get sent a newer different cordless model or get my money back and purchase a more reliable product from a different company. Our family…

My washing machine was in warranty and was showing an error code so I made an appointment for the engineer to come out. I cleaned it all out and the error seemed to clear.

However, now its out of warranty by a month the error has returned as it only shows up on certain cycles.

However, I am now having to pay for an engineer to come out at a cost of £16*12. This seems unreasonable to me as they can see I reported it before it was out of warranty but I am now having to pay.

Based on this I would not buy another Hoover appliance.

Countless problems over a number of years with rubbish ovens that break continuously. Now, after I called the corporate office to complain, they're asking me to pay for their equipment - which is clearly not fit for purpose - to be fixed.

Hoover customer service is genuinely the worst I've ever come across and their products are terrible. Buyer beware.

In December my parent purchased a new Hoover washer from Currys, they were offered extended warranty at the time but decided they were happy enough with the standard warranty and would then look at it after the initial year. Just outside the 30 days they had a error code come up on the washer so called for an engineer.

Eventually nearly a week later an engineer finally turned up who changed a control board and then came to us and said he had a problem as there was damage to the drum lining caused by a coin and water damage to the controller because of this but it wasn't covered by the warranty but he could get the extended warranty now and it would be then fixed.

Every time I switch on my Hoover vacuum it cartloads of dust spew out the back. Surely the filter does not have to be cleaned and washed after each use. It means that I have to dust everything after I have hoovered.

I would appreciate a refund on this product as it is not a patch on the old Hoover constellation which I had for years and never gave me a moments problem.

I am waiting for a reply from Hoover. I am very distressed. I bought a model that had a hard floor setting marked clearly on the vacuum cleaner so I assumed I could use in on hard floors as well as on carpets.

It has left scuff marks all over my brand new Traffic Master floor. I am close to tears. Why in the world would the vacuum cleaner clearly show a setting for hard floors if it can't be safely used on them? What can I do?

Can I take a company like this to small claim's court? There have been so many complaints against Hoover. Is there a class action suit against them? There should be!!
