Last week I had a reservation at the Four Points by Sheraton Cleveland Airport in the Puritas area on West 150th. It was a prepaid reservation for approximately 187 to $188$. com my money. com customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars with them.

This company has definitely changed it used to be very customer service oriented and now it seems like they're just frauds.

com. My booking # 9191504734418. On the 11th June I rec an email from Home from Home, the managing agents for the apartment block, advising me that they have relocated me to a different apartment in their portfolio, in a different location because of operational challenges because they overbooked.

com to issue a full refund to me. com 4 times, I've spoken to reps from Czech Republic to Philippines and there is no record of a refund. They all promised that they would contact the establishment to request the cancellation request in writing, to date still nothing!

com. Bear in mind I have stayed at many LaQuintas and was very satisfied. com they said the hotel has to contact them. This went back and forth. com. Nothing. When I called they had no record of the conversation.

I asked to speak with a manager and the rep would NOT let me speak with a mgr when I politely insisted she hung up on me. The 4th time I called back they again said the refund is in review.

(2 weeks from the stay) I still have NEVER heard from them not even confirming the conversation or review.

On Monday August 9th 2021 I was 'Pinged' on my NHS App

to inform me I had had contact with Covid -19.

Even though I have been double vaccinated I immediately organised a PCR Test

and was found to be negative.

However upon reading the Welsh Gvt website the advice was to avoid vulnerable people

for 10 days.

I then decided I would have to cancel my stay in the Spilman Hotel Carmarthen as I would probably

come into contact with vulnerable people during my stay.

I cancelled but then was disappointed to discover that the voucher I used towards my payment

would not be refunded. I feel this is so unfair as the circumstances which lead to my cancellation

My booking n: 9194217323519 I arrived today to Tahir hotel in trabzon, checked in, I was very disappointed and upset about room size, room very tighny, barely u can move in it and bad smell of old furniture and carpet, as furniture are old also wifi is not working. My wife is not feeling well on this conditions.

I spoke to the staff regarding those concerns and they said they can't help on anything, I asked to change room they said there is no housekeeper to clean an other room today and I have to wait until tomorrow then they will see. I can't stay in this hotel on those conditions, nothing is matching the specifications in your website.

Booked a king suite room through hotels.com at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Hamburg, NY for Saturday evening, August 6, 2021.

After arrival had to return to the front desk because neither of the room keys worked. Got into the room and the internet didn’t work. Contact with the front desk told me to call an 800 number to have them help. Made the call - still didn’t work . The problem is the service is not strong enough to reach all of the rooms in the hotel. Works fine near the front desk, but not in one of the more expensive rooms in the hotel because it’s too far from the modem. Asked to be moved to a different room . Was told they had no other rooms available. You should take this hotel off your site. I’ll think twice before ever booking another room with Choice hotel locations.

I made an international reservation that was cancelled due to a COVID border closure. The hotel had given me approval to rebook a new reservation, using the old reservation as a credit. I have this in writing. com will not honor this credit.

They have told me four times that a supervisor would call me and they have lied to me about it each time. I was attempted to be bribed to get off the phone the last time by being offered a $50 credit on my next reservation. com, expedia, etc.

again (they are all owned by the same company). I am just waiting out the customer service rep because I know she can't help anyone else while I'm on the phone. I have spent many hours on this issue and it's been nothing but a waste of my time.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are scamming people, and stealing money. I used to have a great experience with them, but now since COVID, they are not advertising correct information, they are not sending over reservations. It’s ridiculous.

Until I speak with someone from corporate, I will write reviews anywhere I can to express my dissatisfaction with this company.

com and paid for in full. com only booked 1 room and they could only give me 1 room based on that reservation. I then had to purchase another room (essentially the 3rd room I paid for). com via a phone call, which was a nightmare in itself, and could not get through to get any help.

I then went to the website via a chat room to state my case. I worked with an Agent named Anne who advised me that she was creating a "waiver" to start the refund process and that I would receive and email in 10 days.

10 days passed with no email. I got on the chat again and AGAIN had to explain my situation to another agent who apologized for the "inconvenience" and issued a waiver with a case number. I did get the case number.

I was again told that I would get and email within 10 days. We shall see. Should…

com and got confirmation. Got to the hotel and there was no reservation. Spent entire morning trying to resolve with virtual chat then on hold for over an hour no one ever answered. Had to book my own reservation at the hotel.

All this time I am in the lobby with my dog. Virtual chat said I cannot cancel my reservation (that hotel says they don’t have) because the hotel won’t refund, Hotel says that is BS. I am extremely upset!

I reserved a room for May 13th while on a trip from Kansas to Florida and back of this year (2021). By accident I reserved for 13 May 2022 (next year). com. com does not do refunds anymore. This is crazy since the entire world is still fighting COVID 19?

I was informed the only way to get my 1 free night used for the reservation I would have to call the hotel and get my own approval for a refund and provide the name of a Manager and telephone number!!!!! I did this 3 times and provided twice over the phone and once via live chat.

I was informed all 3 times that I would receive a phone call within 72 hrs. com. To date I have only received a e-mail message indicating that they could not contact the hotel to verify. This is due to a change in management.

This is not great or even good…

I booked and paid for 2 nights, double room, accommodation at the Orchard Hotel Quedgeley Gloucester UK. When we got there I rang the bell several times with no answer. There was a faded note on the door saying this hotel is closed. The nearby letting office said the hotel was repossessed over 12 months ago!

I contacted Hotel.com and was put through eventually to someone in Phoenix, Arizona! I was on the phone for over 45 minutes trying to sort a refund and further accommodation. We were staying for a wedding the following day. I got so stressed as it was very difficult hearing the person and they had no idea of the area we were in. We booked Rodeway Inn & Suites Brunswick near Hwy 1 - Brunswick (Confirmation number: 9192990935941) using a $25 coupon (GWCHCXW342). Then I canceled the hotel within the free cancellation period. I want reissue a voucher.

We also had a bad experience with a recent hotel stay: Center Street Value Inn (Confirmation number: 9193166908958). At check-in, the door card didn't work. I went back to office and the front desk lady swiped on a machine and said it should work this time. But it didn't work. She said we had to ask her to open the door every time we came back to our room! On the booking page, it says this hotel provides breakfast, but didn't, which provides wrong and misleading information to customers. Also, inside the room, the balcony door couldn't be latched. Had issue with booking sat on hold for sixty minutes. A month later found out my call was long distance to New Zealand and I was charged $180 in long distance fees. I have no idea how this happened. com only to be put into a chat for hours and told someone would contact me within five business days.

This has yet to happen. I just want the fees reversed for a cancellation at this point. Fortunately my phone company reversed charges on my phone but this should it have happened.

My partner and i were married on Sat 24th July 2021, we booked a 2 day stay at the Beaches guest house in Whitby on July 9th. I received confirmation of the booking by email which i kept a copy on my phone.

Upon arriving at the Beaches we were told they had no knowledge of any booking and that they and every other hotel and guest house were all fully booked. com !

I booked a room, then called the hotel the shuttle was not working. I needed a shuttle both ways from the airport. com call and we will verify. Ok so I book another room they pick me up no problem. Called customer service.

What an absolute joke, wont call the hotel it’s now been five days and I have called every day with the run around from different representatives. I even have emails from them because I demanded it. Still nothing. I have used this site for years never a problem.

I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them as well as post bad reviews every place I can find. This is the most pathetic company I have ever had to deal with.

I paid and reserved a room in hostel oras in Vilnius Lithuania on 27th July. When I arrived there were no staff to provide my key and room. I then had to pay a taxi 20 euro to take me to a hotel that cost 25 euro. So I have now paid 45 euro to find other accommodation.

I booked online and immediately wanted to switch to a different location but could not get through to customer service to do so. I canceled the booking and called the next day, After being on hold, with no callback option, for an hour and a half I was told that I needed to call the hotel I booked the reservation for to initiate the refund. com did.

The hotel e-mailed and verified the okay for a refund. I called 2 more times to customer service and was told my case was being reviewed and I would receive a call back in 10 days. I will never use this site again for booking.

My partner and i were married on sat 24th july, on the 9th of july we secured a booking for 25th and 26th july and received confirmation by email. When we arrived at the beaches guest house in Whitby we were told they had no booking for us and that they were fully booked.

Unknown to us was that weekend was a very busy steam punk weekend and there were no rooms anywhere in Whitby at all. We returned home, so much for a short honeymoon ! com again and will make sure everyone knows about this.

I have called 6 times and received no HELP! I was transferred 4 times to different departments including an automatic system that continues to hang up on me. I was on hold corporate and customer service for over an hour.

Including 2 chat sessions that were NOT helpful. Your website does not support what the representatives are saying and because they are not able to help or have knowledge of how to resolve the problem with my gift card they are giving very poor customer service.

Complaint on Home Town suites by red roof Phx, AZ. Vagrants sleeping in stairwell, scent of urine in route to Room. Not all room had food inside from prior rental. Cockroaches everywhere. com 9 times hung up several time. Tried chat, several times. All to no avail.

My family was tormented, forced to stay in hotel. Couldn't afford to leave and get another. com car, chat were useless. Over hours of waiting on hold to be hung up on several times. Just to try again for 2 days .

I am having a lot of trouble changing the dates of my booking as the company i work for cancelled my holiday dates . My first phone called to the silver service was not very productive , so he sent an email with information to send to the Hotel , this i did & received a very nice email from the reservations manager which i sent you information attached .

The 2nd phone call was probably the worst phone call with the silver service it was quite pointless as the person did not have a clue how to look after a customer. Could we please have this situation concluded as the Hotel in Question 4 Seasons resort Villa Moura have no problem at all .

com from 2nd July to 4th July 2021. The hotel I chose was Westgate Hotel in Oxford. On the day of arrival the hotel only recognised one booking from Expedia. Three people from my party had no room. com but only virtual agent available who couldn’t help me.

I was emotionally distressed as were my guests. I eventually got another hotel but because of three people, I had to get two rooms for two nights costing £440. I was out of pocket and had to borrow money. com paid me back £226 but that didn’t cover my added costs of an extra room for one night and also of the emotional distress caused to me and my guests.

I believe you should pay me back…

This company just keeps getting worse, which is probably why they don't post an E-mail address for complaints. Their overseas "customer support" is a joke. It's nothing but untrained receptionists that you can barely understand who can never help with anything. They always take a message but no one ever gets back to you, even if the matter is urgent. Most recent examples:

1} A person in Russia {with a totally different name so should have been immediately caught} hacked my account and used one of my earned rewards. I called several times about it but still do not have the reward posted back to my account {Case # 89003856}. 2} I never received stamps for my 3 nights in early July {Reservation # 9188322784314}. 3} I never received stamps for my 3 nights in June {Reservation # 9187775632866}…

Wait time to change a part of a reservation was over 1 hour even during the middle of the night. I asked for a call back and unfortunately, I missed it, as I was working. No message was left and there was no contact number to call back.

The virtual agent kept trying to cancel the whole reservation instead of just one day. This experience was sooooo frustrating and now I have lost over $200, since I couldn't cancel the 1 day.

com to book a one night trip. I had to cancel my booking do to health problems with my girlfriend so we made a decision to cancel our one night stay at the courtyard hotel in silver spring Maryland. I called and talked to a couple of desk clerks at the hotel they told me to contact hotel com to get a refund because the hotel didn't charge me so I did that about 7 times they even filled out a complaint form about a refund.

We stayed at Hawthorne Suits by Wyndham in Manchester, CT. Confirmation number 9193347582531

This has the appearance of a slum apartment. There were units that had cardboard in the windows and trash on the landing. This is NOT a hotel! The sidewalks were littered with cigarette butts and candy wrappers. The sidewalks were broken and there were weeds (24 inch tall) throughout the property. I had to cart my bags around a dead refrigerator that was left on the sidewalk.

We did not feel safe! The lobby door is locked, and you have to pound on the door to get a response.

The room had cupboard doors and closet doors that did not close properly. One closet door was missing the handle and a sharp screw was sticking out instead. The walls were scraped and need refinishing. The flooring was…

This has been a horrible experience. com and again by the hotel. com to pay them for the booking and they could then refund us, but every time I would get through to an agent, I kept getting disconnected -- either they would drop the call, or we would wait for 80 minutes before feeling so frustrated we just hung up.

No one would help us. No one called the hotel for us, no one transferred us to a supervisor. I am so disappointed in this company. I have had only good experiences with this company until now. So disappointed.

Accidentally chose the wrong date on their website for my hotel booking. Quickly realized the mistake and tried to modify but there was no option to do so. com because they couldn’t do anything for me because the room was booked through a 3rd party vendor.

com told me they couldn’t modify and best thing they can do is cancel the request and “negotiate “ with the hotel to see if they’ll get my money back. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t simply modify my date to the correct one which seems it would’ve been simple enough.

Was told I’d have to rebook and wait to hear back. Today got an email telling me the hotel declined my request but was able to cancel my reservation. Horrible customer service.

com saying the hotel I originally reserved is actually closed and they moved my room reservation. I was originally reserved a block from the Empire State Building with a free breakfast. The place they tried to place me at is in Hells Kitchen!

When I originally made the reservation, I had several good options at an agreeable price. Now, trying to reserve a room last minute is going to cost me an additional $250! And, upon further investigation, I discover they knew the hotel was closed when I made the reservation!

But there was no mention of it ANYWHERE! Then their customer service rep "James" hung up on me. This is not how you treat customers.

My name is Edward Warwick booking ref 9193605770962. I earned my tenth reward night on July 6. 11sterling On check in day my reward night came through. 11 sterling. The operator called Luv said it was all done. My reward night was taken and my card was not credited. 11 sterling.

I have tried to resolve this by telephone with your African call centre who tell me this could not have happened and there was no way they could sort it and to expect a call from Corporate. 11 the full price for the night also gone.
