I normally stop at 315 East Calument to get a drink most mornings here recently they have changed their hours to 6 am to 10pm theirs been a couple of times in the past couple of weeks that they have not been opening at 6

I was in your store in Sturgis, Kentucky and your worker named Belinda did not want to scan my phone for my coupon on your app she acted very rude in doing so she's very unfriendly and rude will not go back

Okay. I believe I lost my wallet in your game room. I requested the manager look on there camera and see if it was picked up by someone else. This was Saturday morning and here it is Monday evening and Iv been told there to busy to check the camera to see if it’s been stolen or whatever And I still don’t have any answers and my wallet is still missing.

It’s super frustrating to say the least. I even told them the time frame in which I was there and yet I’m still waiting I don’t wanna file a police report if I don’t know for sure if it was lost on there property

Visited Sunday June 11 2023 around 1:15pm a young guy with long black hair was working register, I ask for a dressed chicken sandwich he said mayo and ranch are over there I said you guys don’t dress them with tomato onions? He said yeah but not on Sundays I said forget it as I know they do I’ve gotten them before dressed on Sunday.

He said they are cheaper elsewhere anyway I said you all are just too lazy yo get off your phones and take care of your customers as both he and the girl with black hair glasses working kitchen where on their phones. I know im only one customer but I live close and visit Hucks often but they will be my last visit

We stopped at a Hucks on 641 near Murray Ky and the gas sign said 2.99 but when we got to the pump it was 3.09. This was very regretful because we didn't fill up,it was very misleading to get people to stop. I won't shop them anymore.

One of your employees boyfriend was in the store and was harassing me because I don't like the employee

I'm a reg cust buys donuts 5 of 7 notes a WK!! 69c and this place boxes them by 6 pm and says since they're boxes I have to pay full price that's against your own rule. 69c and she said I'd break the rule.

U can't sell half price but hurry and box em to lie to get full price knowing it's the ones ppl want this complaint needs to be addressed asap and I need bout $200 refund from the employees lying and breaking Huck's policy period and I expect it be refunded asap in cash cuz that's how I pay.

I will take my business elsewhere and warn many customers of the deception by your employees asap. 69 after 24 hrs and refund my $200+ cash asap or I will file complaints above corporate and ppl will hear the lies for believe me my teach is far for sure.!!

Bat Seville Huck's is my problem please…

The sign says “$2.74 for Huck’s Members” BUT seems, they tell me, Huck’s Corporate has mechanical issues, the sign is untrue as we are paying $2.84 for gas. I find this illegal advertising. Can you please explain?

I delivered medicine to the old folks home in Morganfield KY at 330am on 12/16/22. My sciatic nerve and right knee we’re having a fit so I went into Hucks and asked the guy working if I could plug into the electric behind the store and put my heating pad on before making my way home to Nashville TN.

He said no problem so I fell asleep, next thing I know there’s a cop banging on my window, shining a flashlight. Seems Valerie the manager called the police to tell me to leave. I think she could of handled it herself seeing I’m a 54 yr old woman with a knee the size of a canteloup.

The officer was very nice, he just told me to go but on my way out I went into the store. I asked to speak to the manager, who proceeded to say the guy I asked permission from said he didn’t know anything, I beg…

I live in Petersburg IN and your store there is horrible. Manager Liz would rather stand out front and smoke right in front of doors than be at the register when she has a store full of people then is the rudest person she can be and degrades and bad mouths other employees right in front of customers. Numerous employees have quit because of her.

I worked for Hudks in Murphsyboro'il I worked Saturday one weekend 7am to sun 7am. Two 16 hr. Shifts in a row on a Saturday and Sunday ended up missing my meds and getting sick during the 24hr. Shift she didn't return any of my calls or try to come relieve me after she found out.

she called someone else the girl who didn't show up. because she hired people who don't wanna work they were hired after me and get 5 days. I get 2days and the go to person when these people wanna take off.

I did not agree to that when I got hired. She Tara store manager had another young lady bri to call me asking me to cover her shift. I told her no. She said I was a no call no show on this Girls shift .
