Hi my name is Jessica and my husband ordered 2 huddle smash burger deluxe combos from the baxley ga location and an order of fried pickles or what was supposed to be pickles and combos. 00 we should have gotten fresh hot food.

I would like a refund or for you to make our meals right. We do a lot of business with y'all but will stop and tell everyone we know to stop y'all are ripping people off like that. When people pay that much for 2 burgers fries and pickles they at least expect it to be good we are very unhappy with this service.

The incident happened on September 4 at around 11:00 pm to 12:00 am I have a receipt. com thank you

My family of 4 went to huddle house in chiefland florida on 02/23/24 approximately 8:15. Upon walking in the door the waitress immediately looks at us and starts cursing saying that they need to call someone in to help Staff.

I shrugged it off and still sat down. After listening to waitress go on and on in an highly inappropriate manner about how she's tires and she refuses to serve us. We ended up walking out without ordering. I will not allow my fam to be treated like that all for choosing huddle house to do eat.

I will never go back and I will never refer this place to anyone.

Me and a friend went to huddle house in Alma GA yesterday around 3 pm and got 2 western omelets hashbrowns onion cheese tomatoes 2 teas came to $47 dollars the witness wouldn't wait til we got done eating wanting me to pa.i want my money back or something .she wouldn't give me a receipt either I ask for one but she wouldn't give me one

Have been sitting here for 30 minutes staff are laughing talking using very inappropriate language, I still haven’t even been given a menu or anything to drink they are just acting like I’m not sitting here. I’m seriously worried about the generation to come it’s madness.

On September 5th, 2023 my family and I drove 12 hours and we always go to The Huddle House at 1410 Gilmer Ave. Tallassee Alabama every day as we're on vacation but this experience was the most horrible experience we've had our food was cold.

Eggs wasn't cooked correctly for one of my sisters. My other sister chop steak was cold and hard. My Mother, sisters , granddaughter and myself pancakes taste like a orange. We haven't been back and not sure if we will my family and I are so unsatisfied.

The cook yelled out that she was not cooking all day by herself and continued to throw a fit while cooking. The waitress and the cook carried on a loud personal conversation while my husband and I and other customers were trying to eat.

We got our bacon AFTER we were served our breakfast and were almost done. Very inappropriate atmosphere. This happened in brandenburg, kentucky on August 13th around 8:00 am

We were in your Fredericktown,MO location on June 16 and witnessed something absolutely disgusting. The cook took a load of cardboard to the dumpster and was out there for a bit. Even saw a rather large raccoon climb out of the dumpster area.

When he (the cook) came back inside he immediately without washing his hands started working on somebody's food order. I don't think that I will ever be able to go back there again. Just the mere thought of him fixing food with dumpster hands really grosses me out.

A waitress by the name of saba at the huddle house in sylvania ga @8:30pm on the day of June 6,2023 was on her cell phone the whole time an had dirty dishes everywhere an she was told to do them an she said she was leaving knowing her stuff wasn’t done yet I got pictures

service was terrible she rushed us through the whole meal and wanted us to re-ask her a question she wanted you to read the menu, the service name was Darlene at the princess Anne store. working behind the count her name was Jackie and she helped us through our service I took my head off to Miss Jackie thank you

Our meal costed way too much. My order was charged wrong. Did not even get what I was charged for. When we got there it seemed to be clean however when we sat there waiting on food noticed there was ants crawling all over window seal.

My meal costed 70 some dollars and with 15% tip it costed 91 dollars. I think that is apt considering my order was charged wrong. I know I’m not entitled for a refund however I think the prices are outrageous.

I am sorry to have to complain, again, but we went there tonight again, and last Wednesday night they said they close at 930, and tonight we were there at 850. Justin the night mgr said ur cutting it close.

So my sister said, well what time do u close? Justin said at 9, and she said well last Wed u closed at 930. So we started to leave and I told him we won't b back at night again, and I meant it.

The store has good people on day shift. My sister told Justin, now u have made her mad, and it didn't seem to matter to him, it was like he didn't care.

People walking in and going straight to back.. Employees didn't have to work because of entertaining there visitors..

I wish I could give a negative star. My food was BURNT. not just one dinner but 2. Sent it back and still not medium well. 28 for CRAP.

We ordered our food.Waited forever to get it and the order was all wrong.She gave me a whole extra plate I didn’t order. She didn’t serve me the pancakes that I ordered at all.The bacon was burnt up.The food it self wasn’t good.She wasn’t gonna adjust my ticket until I asked her to.Pretty bad experience with that food.

I stopped Into a huddle house in owensboro ky like I do about once a week or so. And I order coffee with real milk for my Creamer. Well this time they informed me I would have to pay for it.

I've never had to pay for enough milk for my coffee. and everything's was fine. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they weren't there. Now what restaurant doesn't have a manager on duty at 11 am .

it is right to charge for something that goes with coffee.

I went to the huddle house in corinth ms and I ordered a western omelet and buttered toast ,my omelet had no kind of meat ,the eggs were not done and the toast had no butter and was very cold ,I asked about my meal and the waitress said she had nothing to do with the cooking she only served, I could not eat that ,I paid $13.22 and just had a cup of coffee, that is awful.

The huddle house sent out a coupon for rewards members. The coupon was for free dessert with a meal for 6.00. We went to Huddle House in Louisville Georgia and were told the manager locked employees out of desserts at night

We went in to eat and every table was dirty and we set there 30 minutes or longer while the employees sat and talked and ignored that they had several customers sitting aside waiting on a table, about 6 people walked out it was the huddle house off exit 205 going south

I waited 15 to even place an order when there was only 6 other customers in the store. Then wait over 45 minutes to receive my food. Was told sorry for the wait but the cook was on break. But the cooks break was him and another customer going behind the building to do drugs.

We were in the City of South Boston on our way from a job. We noticed the entire time that a waitress, who we came to find out was Tionna, had been complaining, loudly, to other staffers during the entirety of our visit.

First and foremost we are loyal customers, we enjoy our meals whether take out or dine in. The staff are friendly, helpful & courteous. As of lately ( 6 months) the phone isn’t answered. ” That made us feel they appreciated our business.

We understand being busy and employee changes. This morning we drove in (We live 20 minutes away ) we ordered, the service was great. Arrived home only to find there was only 1 order. The receipt showed two. Yes it’s our responsibility to check.

We visited Huddle House in Owensboro, Ky. Today at about 11:00am, upon arrival there was one booth available except it had not been cleared from previous customer. We sat in the round corner booth, we prefer a booth because of bad back.

The sign said SEAT YOURSELF!!! After about 5minutes a female came from the back and yelled from 15ft away that we could not sit there, it is only for four or more. We were humiliated!!! We have never been treated as rudely and inconsiderate as this.

Told her we need a booth, she preceded to inform us we had to move to a different seat. Will not be going back there again and will tell others the same, if you do go there don't sit in the corner booth, it is apparently reserved.

We did leave without eating!!!

To add to my first complaint I went back into a huddle house November 9 and I had a waitress. I believe her name was Jackie I promise you she has the best customer service and customer relationship I have ever seen from a waitress.

She is on top of the game she refills your drink. She brings you anything and everything that you need. She’s very polite all around fast waitress in the world.

On 10/22/2022 a couple of friends & I visited the Huddle House at 215 Russell Pkwy. Warner Robins, Ga at 6:58 pm, via our ticket. The server was very unprofessional & rude to me and my guests. Danielle took our order first but when asked about the fresh decaf coffee she rudely responded: "I had to get the other tables order, I had to get my food".

Then enters Emily, very nasty attitude. I asked her about some fresh decaf after she filled the cup behind me & the look she made on her face was a call for instant dismissal. The three of us ate complete meals without being offered any refills, had to ask for condiments such as butter, which should have been brought with the grits.

Got huddle house coupons in my mail yesterday September 27 2022 they are good into October. Waycross Ga. Huddle house refused to accept them. Said they no longer accept them. Why waste time and money printing and mailing them if they are not accepted.

I will not return until they start honoring them again.
