20 pm) I went to Boss shop in The Gate Mall Doha (Qatar) to adjust the measurement of two suits I bought last week from Rome (Italy). As a regular costumer since many years, I asked the staff in this shop to do for me this favor and the supervisor there said "with pleasure we do that for any Boss item regardless the place of purchasing".

At that time, I had a very quick chat with him to tell that there is a big difference of prices between Doha and the outlet of Rome, and suddenly the mood of this gentlemen changed and replied, with unfriendly way, that they won't do anything for me because my 2 suits are from an outlet!!

Bought shoes on sale at Premium Outlet Bangkok. Heel not properly attached. Went to show staff they sold me faulty product. I was told it could be my fault. Boss markets itself as high quality. Just because it is on sale is not reason to sell faulty product & male customer feel it is our fault.

O was also told to have it fixed somewhere else.

Dear Sir i m very disappointed with hugo boss ( esteemed and world renowned company ) . and i m a regular client of HUGO BOSS. i have bought 3 tshrts and one denim from OUTLET MALL DUBAI, UAE) thers a brand logo on the back side of the jeans which is upside down. wrongly stitched which is the major defect and spoiled the brand image this is the first time i have got the defective pc. and the staff was not at all cooperative .. pictures are attached with this mail worst staff.... if this the quality and staff and i would never buy stuff from hugo boss

Painful experience at the Boss store at Richmond center , Richmond BC, Canada on September 9,2022.

In the morning of September 9, I went to the Boss store to exchange a T-shirt given to me by my son on Father’s Day. I showed the bill to one of the East Asian staff who said that I would not be able to get a refund but I could exchange the shirt for the items in the store. He also told me the value of my gift. As such, I returned with my wife around 2 pm to do the exchange. I appreciated the help given by a sales lady at the door. However, the store manager, who appeared to be of Asian ethnicity, refused to let me do the exchange. He claimed that this was due to the Boss corporate policy. Horrible customer service! Let me start by stating I literally only wear Hugo Boss clothing. I usually buy from the stores but have on numerous occasions gone online. This time it was an awful online order experience. I ordered 2 pair of pants and paid for next business day delivery.

The order was accepted and confirmed. The package was due to ship 8/1/22. I then got a UPS notification stating there was as delay. So I waited until 8/3 and nothing changed on the UPS website or Hugo Boss site.

It simply said request for pick up issued and good waiting to be picked up. I then sent 2 emails one on 8/3 and another on 8/4 to the Hugo Boss "customer service". Neither email received a response so I called and was simply told what I already knew that the goods were waiting to be picked up.

Deceptive return and store credit policies. 00. The store clerk informs me then that only store credit or an exchange would be allowed. It’s literally the only store that is practicing this return policy in the entire outlet. All items were not a final sale or clearance item.

I opted for store credit because i was furious that i was not informed prior to my purchase. I was informed the credit would go to my Boss account. I signed up and intended to use the credit with an online purchase— well, I didn’t see my return credit so I chatted with a rep and they informed me the credit could only be used in the store that the staff should have informed me.

I work for Hugo Boss and they let me go three weeks without pay. Not a good company to work for long term. I’m tried of waiting for my check. I don’t Hugo Boss really care about their worker situation.

And how hard it is working from paycheck to paycheck. If they did I wouldn’t have to quit because I have to money to get to work because they didn’t pay me for the week I work which is critical for me to get to work.

No pay no gas and because of this I miss my car insurance payment. And a traffic fine that need to be addressed this week. But do they care no. I work for Hugo Boss and they let me go three weeks without pay.

I would give a 0 if possible. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I don't know how they stay in business. Last week I tried to place an $1800 order and had to keep re-entering my credit card because the site kept saying that the credit card info was incorrect, however three charges pending notices appeared on my card.

I called my bank and they said they had approved the charge and were waiting for the retailer to complete the transaction. The transactions were removed and the order never went through though I was never notified. I refilled another cart with my order.

Same thing happened, three pending transactions but no completion on their part and the order never went through. I emailed the customer service department three times and was told that someone would get back to me momentarily. I…

i have been a loyal customer for the past 21 years of the Hugo Boss Brand of clothing and colognes and buy approximately 2 bottles of Hugo Boss No1 per month , the quality of the product has become really poor, the scent does not last. from being a superior product I feel that the standards have dropped .

Quality products as long as they are delivered. They opened an investigation as I did not receive the delivery, and told me to wait 8-10 business days for the investigation result. I called again 10 business days later, and customer service told me to call back in 3 additional business days.

I called again and they still couldn't provide any update. As of this review, it has been 30 days (xmas and holidays are over) and there has been absolutely zero update from their customer service. This has been an infuriating experience.

Their negligence to help me with my order is shameful.

The returns and exchanges specialist I was dealing with was having trouble processing my credit card on July 18th around 7:30 PM EST (order#43590088). He gave me 3 options with respect to processing this order later. One was that he would call back in 1-2 hours.

I asked him if he was sure he would call me back in and he said he would. It is now 8:00 AM EST on July 19th and I have still not got a call. In fact I went ahead and did an online order after waiting for about 3 hours.

This is not the kind of customer service one would expect from a high end retailer like Hugo Boss. I am very disappointed and hope not all your specialists are this inconsistent with their level of service.

About (less than) 2 years ago, I visited the Hugo Boss outlet at Bicester (UK), near London, and purchased a belt.

After a little usage over the 2 years, the belt has just degraded badly, please see picture enclosed.

I am a regular customer of Hugo Boss and am hugely disappointed with the quality this time.

Please resolve this for me, greatly appreciated. A brand like Hugo Boss does not want such kind of bad products in your portfolio.

15 on 2/27/18 in store 30001 white plains, NY. I went to return the item on 2/3/18 and was told to come back because they had no cash even though they had no problem accepting the cash for purchase. The refund policy does not warn customers that the store may not have cash upon return of merchandise, it only states 30 days w receipt and refund will be given in same manner paid.

I live 40 min away from mall and was not going to wait around indefinitely for my refund. The cashier #312849 was non apologetic and after several min said he could place refund on a debit card. That was an inconvenience because monies are not immediately available and my son was unable to use said money to make purchase else where.

I purchased a belt online on the evening of 16th November. The sizing stated 90 which I presumed was centimetres. As I wanted a size for a 34 inch waist I purchased this as 90 centimetres equates to approx. 5 inches.

This morning, I thought I would double check and therefore started a web chat with Lena. She advised that 90 centimetres would be 32 inch waist. I therefore asked if my order could be changed as it was still being reviewed as per the email I received.

I was informed that this could not be changed which I accepted however expressed my disappointment that as the order was still being checked why this could not be changed. I live in South Africa, Cape Town. There is two Hugo boss store in there. I bought in a Canal Walk store a wallet to my boyfriend in the end of December 2016. In one month after wearing it, skin inside started to melt and both parts started to stick to each other.

Outside the wallet looked good and brand new though. In six months all cards in a card holder section was sticked to the leather. I assumed it's a fake wallet and brought it to this store to do a quality check, they've done it in a week and said that there is nothing wrong with it.

I asked them what do they think, is it possible that after few months of wearing an expensive wallet it got melted inside?? They said yes it looks really bad but they can not do anything, because quality check in Gauten said it's normal quality.

I have 2 sons who regularly buy Hugo boss t shirts and jeans I would like to point out at this stage that the quality and presentation before and after laundering have always been exceptional. However this year I have had problems with and tracksuits. Because of the usual good quality and the price of the items I feel I need to bring to your attention. Both sons have bought jeans on separate occasions but once washed the inside leg seam has twisted and puckered as far up as the knee.

Both sons have bought tracksuits one grey and one navy (the navy one costing £500.00 or more) only for the toggle on the zip to break off. As a general rule a complaint is the last resort but having worked in the clothing Industry myself quite frankly I am disgusted that a reputable company has not picked…

I bought a cream cardigan from the hugo boss website a while ago. I have only worn it about 8 times and it has bobbled under the arms and I followed the washing instructions and it has shrunk - a lot.

I buy boss gear for myself and my husband a lot and we both have numerous clothing items as well as towels etc and this has not happened before. Your clothes are well made and good quality and that's the reason we keep purchasing things but I am really disappointed in the cardigan that I purchased and only washed once.

This is my first Hugo Boss complaint and I hope it will be my last. I took care of it and washed in cool water too.

I was tired of loud fragrances and decided to go in for something mild. Hugo Boss was the choice of brand I preferred. Hugo Boss for Men is a fresh and powerfully attractive fragrance. It will be around for a long, long time.

I use it in the morning and the fragrance lingers during the whole day. Its makes us feel fresh. Definelty something now I would continue for long and would be in my collection.
