Certain channels always freeze or have a blank screen while im trying to watch them. Somethin comes across the screen saying they are working on it. This happens everyday! Channel 4 wbz does this every day and Cozi tv wasnt working over the weekend.

This started to happen as soon as you raised the prices.

Also when i delete things from my dvr it never deletes!

had questions about our hulu account. Was told our account was corrupt and had had 3 attached states to our account. 00 for each state to fix problem and go to walmart and buy 3 security card for each then we would get money back.

Walmart and target never heard of such a thing. 00 we were scammed. I have name of person who told us this

The first day, freeze, disconnect, unable to access the app. total lack of service, I followed every instruction given. I disconnected the internet three or four times. Nothing I could do allowed me to see the program for more than seven minutes.

I paid for no ads, all ads were shown. Terrible service. No customer service telephone or contact given. Take your Hulu and stick it up your Hulu.

I signed up for hulu through roku and have been doubled billed from the beginning. Beware, hulu somewhat help but will only refund last three months, roku NOT helpful at ALL!!!!!!! for a loss of $50.90

Hulu, like their parents company, Walt Disney, Is a pack of low life trash bags. I have a smart TV that came with Roku installed. I reviewed all the "streaming companies" and decided to go with Hulu. What a mistake.

Hulu never disclosed that my account was a "third party" arrangement. When I recently moved I notified Hulu. I got two different emails telling me "my refund would be automatically processed. That was on October 25. Today is November 5.

When I called Hulu this morning I was told my "refund was processed on 10/25 but since my account is third party it was sent to Roku". When you go on Roku, they post on line "no refunds". In other words, Hulu sent my information to Roku, unauthorized, then after telling me my refund would be processed, I discover it is all a rip off. Low life…

I was watching "A Million Little Things" from the Hulu cloud. Before I could finish it with about 10-15 mins left, I got the video-02 error message. I did everything it asked of me. No success. I have had numerous issues with Hulu. When it works, it is beautiful. But, I have done everything their tech support has recommended. I have the top internet speed available from Verizon FiOS.

If YouTube TV were captioned, I would switch immediately.

I honestly wish I could put no stars to this company every month I have a billing issue my bill is supposed to be with tax 1357 every month I get charge either $64 or I get 5 different charges on my account for ridiculous amounts.Iit's a horrible company they do not fix their mistakes. I would never recommend this company and I have told people to cancel if they have Hulu!

i only watch one stream at a time. But I like to jump back and forth between different shows but service complains i'm watching on multiple devices when I'm not . I only watch one tab at a time but sometimes have few open so i can switch back and forth after each episodes of different shows.

If only one is playing why is this a problem. Seems your interface would be more user friendly. Canceled netflix because they got rid of my favorite shows which you had Didn't like Hulu until you had the commercial free option but never had the multiple tab problem with netflix.

Other wise your service is great.

One of the many things I like about Netflix over Hulu is that they drop a whole season of their originals at once. I would much rather binge watch shows than have to wait week by week, like on regular cable. I am so annoyed that I have to wait weeks for the conclusion of the Act.

I spoke with a Jeremy who was very aggressive and very flippant with me he was not able to explain why my stations were showing through guide and all other sources another station he left me on hold for awhile and I tried a restart on my fire stick that worked so when he finally did come back I still had other questions about certain functions and he continued to not allow me sarcastically I might add not complete a sentence so

I requested a supervisor for which I was placed on hold for eternity HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SERIOUSLY MAKES ME CONSIDERED CANCELLING MY SERVICE !!! This all occurred on April 1st 2019 @ 7:25-7:30 PM Approximately Kevin Taylor

Hula agreed to reimburse me for half of the funds stolen by them. short of suing you, consumers have no recourse. 00. I was offered a 3 month credit, (they owe me 6 months), Here you go again with the same utter deception and violation.

We just purchased Hulu’s streaming service and it’s impossible to watch any shows because of the constant buffering every few minutes and or seconds! We’ve read the Trouble Shooting information and tried the Live Chat Help all to no avail.

So please forward this request for help to someone who will fix it for us so we are able to enjoy the shows we are paying for and Hulu can honor it’s contractual obligation to us by delivering what it promised. Thank you!

Your subscription options suck! If I'm paying for it at all then there shouldn't be any damn commercials!!! Vudu is absolutely friggin free and has way less commercials than Hulu!! If I wanted to watch 4 min of commercials in a 20 min show I would just watch regular television!

Have one subscription price or figure out some other option of features to deprive your lower paying customers of instead of wasting their time!!! Until then... glad to be rid of you!

For the entire month of Sept. 2018 I have been unable to access Hulu due to log in errors and failure to load. because of a Hulu upgrade. The official Hulu website also conveniently crashes not allowing you to cancel your subscription.

I feel Hulu is being unprofessional by not informing it's paying customers of the potential disruption in service. I have only been able to access only once per day and then it crashes. You really can't complain on the website because it won't let you.

I haven't been able to watch 10 hrs,of programing for the whole month without errors occurring. I think Hulu owes it's loyal paying customers a refund or free services. Customers can't pay for what they can't access due to the company's own incompetence in a simple upgrade.

Spent over an hour on hold listening to rude dirty talk after my service was cancelled I tried to straighten out my email account only for the rep to tell me they would be withdraing a payment. Still on hold pretty much ignored even as I am writing this.

Seems I can't get my free month subscription to try Hulu again at this point. Waiting an hour on hold for a supervisor is as unprofessional as it can get.

I am paying $54.98 a month for your live TV and unlimited screens service. None of your services ever work! All of the other apps on my smart TV work just fine, I watch Netflix all the time. Every time I pull up your app I receive a playback failure message or I get a couple of minutes into the show, it stops and I get the playback failure message. I am very unhappy with the lack of service I have been receiving and if it is not corrected I will cancel my subscription with your company. I will not pay $54.98 a month for a product that does not work and neither would you. If you're able to fix the problem I will be happy to keep the service, if not I will be cancelling. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give me regarding this matter.

We purchased Hulu to watch Michigan State Mens Basketball. When Penn State played Michigan State we got to watch the first half TWICE but never did get to see the second half!! Tonight Michigan State/Indiana it gets down to the last 3 minutes and an error message comes on!

The picture and sound becomes frozen about every 5 minutes. You can NOT get through to Customer Service via phone or chat - thus there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is absurd especially for what you charge monthly!! How about a monthly refund!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service have experienced with any pay tv service. I was on he for over 30 minutes. Then no help was given at all. He couldn't find my account information. Then he lied and said my a had been cancelled.

When I went online I could clearly see my account s till open. I called originally for billing information. Again no help was given. I had to call Amazon to help. I was able to cancel thru Amazon. I was considering the Hulu TV live.

But after that terrible experience, I decided against it.

The online support agent, Zakia W was not helpful. I have been double charged for Hulu for 6 months because of duplicate account that arose out of a billing issue. I was told that I would only be refunded 5 months because of the activity on the account I am having cancelled. I have been charged twice since June, but I am not being refunded for June because there is activity on the account. This is because I was using this account by mistake, not knowing it was a duplicate. I would like to have all 6 months refunded.

I think Zakia W purposefully tried to mislead me during our online session. I asked to have my request escalated to a customer solutions member, and it took over 15 minutes and I was never transferred. Zakia W then just stopped responding to my messages. Consult the message…

Me and my husband did a free trail month did not like it all. Cancelled it and was done. Well my account was overdrawn several months later I was in disbelief that hulu had been charging my account every month for 4 months!

The only reason I caught it that month was because it over drew my account! When I called to get resolution I was credited the months charged and given 3 months free for the over draft charge they could not refund me.

Now here we are 4 months later and they have charged my account again!! This time with no compensation! SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT YOU WRONGFULLY CHARGE MY ACCOUNT OVER AND OVER AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE!!!!! SCAM!!!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!

Called customer service and waited on the line for 20 min before a representative came on. Then she didn't seemed to understand what our issue was and then made it seem like it was our fault. Didn't offer any apologies at all.

Will never use Hulu again and will not recommend it.

We signed up for trial subscription. Never cancelled / never new about it. 16 months. Complained to their support. Dude could only offer 3 months comp and suggested i contact my bank and claim fraud. No supervisor available. Poor outcome. Very unhappy.

I was double billed on November 11th, according to representative an internal error occurred and they were in the process of correcting. I have been in contact via Telephone, Email and live chat. for a resolution not taking place. never a resolution.

They took 2 payments, justified the internal error with Hulu, yet they don't want to credit me back my error. They told me to speak with my bank. Ridiculous the incompetency of so called "Resolution Specialist" and frustration on my part for a small amount of money, the time alone is horrible.

I heard that this is the last season for Grimm. Why would you do that to us who like this show. I hope you have the common sense to give this show to Hulu. ABC did the same thing with Nashville and now we get to see one of our favorite show.

I had problems signing up so I gave up. Called Hulu customer service and I was told the only way to fix is to cancel my account, no recommendations on a fix. I restated that I wanted to be a customer but I cannot be helped so I was being told to just cancel it, yep. wow.

I would have been a longtime customer with rave reviews!

Hulu billing keeps charging me for something that's defected. I work to hard for my money to just give it away. Soon as a movie starts the streaming message pops up. Last month I didn't watch much Hulu because it wasn't working and I want a refund for last month and this month.

I was given a free month but that's absolutely worthless to me because I can't watch anything.

I have been with Hulu for 3 years now and have enjoyed the service the company has provided. There have many versions of shows, Movies, TV etc in many different languages. My complaint is that if I am watching an English speaking show.

I expect English speaking advertisements. If I am watching a Latino show Then I expect the advertisements to be in Spanish. It is enough to have advertisements, but do I have to sit through an advertisement in a language I don't understand?

Next there will be Japanese advertisements and so on. Lets stick with the language the show is primarily being spoken in.

My account has been showing errors on my account and not been able to watch netfix at all i paid for it did not get moneys worth and now i see that my account is on hold now how is that possible it's been showing errors or just can't get into my account at all. Either you fix this problem now or i go to hulu and then after this i will filing another formal complaint.

That's why hulu going to be buying you all out anyways so maybe i should just now. So somebody needs to get back with me ASAP like right now.
