Called Customer Service today five times. Each time the phone was disconnected without being able to explain the problem with the product. The last three times Diana answered, each time I was disconnected. When I mentioned this to her, she thought it was funny and came up with excuses rather than trying to help.
Called back to speak with the Supervisor. Phone stated system problems try again later. What a waste of time. The prior days when I called in I had like problems. I believe this may be their standard business model to avoid helping customers and not honoring warranties.
Moving forward I will not purchase any Husqvarna products.
