Today is Friday, May 12, 2023, as Mother’s Day is approaching every year I purchase hanging baskets from my local Hy-Vee or Hy-Vee drugstore, I usually get a price match with the price if I have the ad today I went to my local Hy-Vee drug store, which is in my neighborhood on six Street Southwest in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to purchase hanging baskets for friends and relatives as I approach the gentleman that was outside at the garden center with my ad in hand I asked him about price matching.

He declined immediately and said he would not price match because he wouldn’t make no money. If you price match the sale price at another store, I explain to him that I have price matched my hanging baskets at Hy-Vee or Hy-Vee drug for the last few years.

I shop at HyVee pharmacy in Jefferson Iowa. I have witnessed the pharmacist, Heather Acton, treat employees & customers with disrespect. This is uncalled for. She is there to serve the public & not be so mean.

Why does it take a pharmacy so long to fill a prescription. My gabapentin was suppose to be on automatic refills, but was not filled. I had to put in for a refill and still have not got it I have been out a week.

How long must one go and suffer without it? This is the Red Oak, Iowa location. This has not been the first time this has happened. I guess maybe I should start looking elsewhere to get my prescriptions if this is what I have to deal with all the time

They continue to give terrible service and are disrespectfull ! I am a veteran and they either don't know how (or are too lazy ) to enter my info in their system . So I have to pay full price!!

They are also very slow . My VA provider sent a RX fax there yesterday before lunch and got a veification they received it. I went in there 5 hrs later and they had not even started on it .

i had only 2 items and 1 of them was pre boxed , the other was 12 pills . Local Drs. Offices will tell you that a lot of people are complaining and are suggesting people use a different pharmacy.

We have also spoken to several people we know, who have changed pharmacies due to the poor service. My wife and I are seniors and she already changed and I am done going there . There are only 1 or 2 staff that are…

I was at your hy vee store in Sioux city IA the one on gorden Dr. 00 a month there but today I was so disrespected I almost went nuts in your store, any way I wanted hamburger the 80/20 1 pound packs when I got to meat it was all covered with blood and

meat on the out side of the packs I asked the man that was why it was all that blood and meat on the outside of the package he said that's how it comes to deal with it so I got mad about that and I didn't buy any meat and I walked away cuz I got down around to the back of the store I heard him talking to two of the ladies from the bakery section saying that he just had to deal with some nutcase complaining about the blood and

I live in Ottumwa iowa and ship at Hy-Vee stores and gas station regular customer at north Hy-Vee gas station the buns for the sandwiches were switched to a lower grade and are very hard you can't eat the sandwich and had to throw away the bun and being charged for it!

I would like to see softer buns again! Food is good and great cooks!

My complaint is against the HyVee Pharmacy in Liberty, MO. On more than one occasion my doctor has sent in a prescription that I needed that day only to find out that my prescription won't be available until the following day.

This happened to myself today. I went in to see my doctor on November 14, 2022 for issues regarding a sleep disorder, and pain. He sent my prescription in at 9:30am to the pharmacy. I waited because I don't do well with crowded area's do to my being a Disabled Veteran, and went to pick up my prescription at 2:00pm.

I was told that my prescription was not their, and that it would be in tomorrow. I told them that the entire purpose of my doctor sending a prescription in was because I needed that day, and that I waited until the afternoon to pick it up was to give…

) I’ve been shopping at the Oakland road HyVee for over 40 yrs and never been verbal disrespected from management at that store till today. Only thing I said was I’ll buy the product at another store location and walked off and the manger threaten me to not come back.

I want the manger guy FIRED! A customer no matter how upset they are , the manger should not be making verbal threats to customers when they haven’t done anything wrong or committed any crime. The guy manger needs to be FIRED!

First off on most of Hy-Vee deals or ads. Why do you not stick the stores with enuf of the sale items? Yesterday I went for the halo oranges about 4. Completely out no rain checks and rude team member I had to ask her twice where the oranges could be.

99 lb, said they sold out before noon. Why is that? Does no one calculate the amount of people that would show for those deals. Again no raincheck. 2 days now basically wasted trips. Then today I go to the Hy-Vee gas station an employee told me at 7:00 they throw the rest made food out.

We got there at 5 till, my friend was in the store asking about it both clerks said they didn't know what he was talking about. He's on 2 canes, he came out and told me what they both said so I called them while I was still parked by the door.

Took me a half hour to check out. Food was thawing while was waiting. They called for help and to open register 6 that was right next to me. A customer in front of me went to 6 as well as I.

No one showed up after two calls. We gave up our spot in line because of this. Poor management I assume as acting manager just walked around including 3 other employees. Several people in line waiting with only two registers open.

Self checkout was busy as well. Worst experience I ever had at this Hyvee located on Henderson in Galesburg IL. This was on July 14th around 12 30 pm. Very disappointed. Don't know if I will return to this store.
