QuickBooks took $3700 from my contractors bank account on 7/21/2023 as they suspected fraudulent activity. Upon further investigation on their site they found out that the transaction wasn’t fraudulent. I have already repaid my contractor but I still haven’t received the $3700 back to my account.
I’m being told that I have to wait 14-30 business days for the refund. This is complete BS as there was nothing fraudulent and I don’t understand why I have to wait this extended time to be repaid for an error on QuickBooks side.
When I call in all I get is the run around and get told there’s no one else I can speak with about this matter. I am a small business and the delayed fund’s reversal has caused a great hardship to me and my company.
At this I’m very frustrated and do not know what else…
