2019 Jaguar F-pace diesel. Turbo blew on the car and had complete loss of power. Was almost rear ended. Car had been into their dealership 2 months prior for a total of almost 6 weeks. 00. Then turbo blew 2 months later.

Upon researching this is very common for this car and is a known safety hazard. Jaguar only offered to pay 30%. Upon more research and getting other quotes their price is still 80% higher. I will never buy another car from this company!

They know about this and do nothing to back their product.

I am not happy about the service I have received from SJL Northampton. After having engine management light on I brought my car on the 14/03 and it took 3 days to be told that the whole engine needs to be changed.

My car had a service last year in July at the main dealer and nothing was mentioned. I waited for 3 weeks for the goodwill to be approved as I have been charge around £18000 and I was told this after I had walked in at the dealership and saw Gary who told me that it was approved on the 6/4.

If I had not walked in I don't know when I was going to be informed. Since then I have been asking if I can get a courtesy car but to no avail . I have been informed there is no cars available.

I have been a long-term customer and I am so disappointed in Rusnak Jaguar in Pasadena they never answer the phone the quality of service has gone so far down and I think I’m going back this year to Mercedes I really want Resnick to know that the company has declined in customer service and I am very very disappointed and I’m sending this out because people need to think twice before purchasing or leasing a vehicle

I needed my car towed to the Jaguar dealership. I made my appointment with them & called Jaguar roadside assistance on Sunday morning. They took all information & said I will receive a text to keep me informed but my car would be towed on Sunday as my appointment was on Tuesday morning.

End of day Sunday, I responded to the text asking the status & never heard back. I called again on Monday with my case #, spoke with the same lady and she said she sent the information to her supervisor & insured the car would be towed.

Later that afternoon, after sending 4 more texts to get an update, with no response, I called back and spoke to another lady. She said where I live over 200 miles away, no one wants to travel that far & it could take up to a month to get my car towed!!!

In 2021 I purchased a used 2020 F Pace. I absolutely fell in love with the car and when I found the car at a used dealership with only 26,000 miles on it and the perfect price I jumped on it.

I have had nothing but head aches with this vehicle the entire 2 years that I owned it. The heating core went, the car has had a number or issues with the key not working or connect with the app for remote start, and then in the final months the car would not stay started at all.

I have small children and it became dangerous to drive with my children in the car, because I never knew when the vehicle would stop running. My car has spent weeks at Huntington Jaguar without them know really what the issue was with my vehicle.

I purchased a key and a RFA module from Jaguar in Houston Texas. Located in 7019 Old Katy Rd. There was poor customer service so the service manager Steve stepped in and helped me. He discounted the service and I apologized for the inconvenience.

The key fob stopped working and Jaguar is stating the key isn’t under warranty because they have no proof I purchased the key. Not sure how Steve wrote everything up but I purchased the key. The service manager Cindy was no help.

The service manager Victor was no help. To this point the general manager hasn’t been any help. Jaguar doesn’t stand behind the parts they sell.

In a nutshell I had my 2010 Jaguar XK towed to them on Wednesday 09/07/22 because it had Low Coolant light on and it turned off the air conditioning and then had some smoke come from the engine. They called me on Friday and said the engine had failed and was gone. I asked what they meant. The car has a low coolant light and the engine is blown? Yes they said it was fried. So I asked what were my options as far as next steps. The employee on the phone said I could buy a new engine for $20,000 and then 30 hours of labor was $15,000 so it would be around $35,000

After some tears, my husband kept saying it made no sense. So he spoke to them and asked that the technician call us and explain specifically what he did and what it wrong with the engine that it’s defined as failed and gone.

I would NEVER get another Jaguar even it the best model vehicle was given to me paid off… the company doesn’t care about the customer, i am active duty military being shipped to a new state… my wife has medical appointments she can NOT miss, i haven’t had my F-Pace due to being in the shop for over 50+ days. This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with due to my situation… i forbid anyone to buy a Jaguar bc got forbid u get into an accident… like someone else hitting u, you will be out a car for a very very long time.

This company can care less about its clientele.

I purchased a Jaguar I- Pace (brand new) from the local dealer that is Axess Ltd in Mauritius in July 2019 (registration number 6855JL19) and since the beginning the car has been having several glitches which the local dealer has been unable to fix till date and moreso they have a horrible aftersales service.

The car has been sent to them on several occasions and broke down 2 times at least requiring to be towed to the tgarage for repairs. Last Saturday my wife and i had the most horrible experience when the steering wheel got blocked on a roundabout - this could have resulted in a serious accident.

My car has had many electrical issues for a car jacking. My insurance company has spent more then 30,000 in repairs. I have had several harness parts ordered by the service department from the UK and still the car is not functioning.

What can be done about this issue? I have only owned the car for 1yr and 7 months it have been in the shop. At this point I will never buy a Jaguar again nor a car from Ray Catena Of Edison.

This complaint is strictly based on a visit to the Newport Beach,CA jaguar dealership location only. Such a disappointing experience!

My car has been there a total of 8 days now. The problem was to change a caliper. I spoke with the service manager, Sandra, the service advisor Sebastian, and left messages and the issue still remains. I've been more than patient. They did not & still have not offered a rental for the inconvenience. Upon arrival to this location it was clear to see prejudice is certainly in the air. So unfortunate!.I've utilized other jaguar locations & the other 2 I visited, the service has been more than adequate. I would not recommend this location if your a person of color. balance geysers they cant send to me . now he say he return our money but you know till n ow he dont return my money even mr. Dealer is piller of company I dont know how you work with this dealer.

I made an appointment for my xkr at 11:00 at your Vegas Roy Horn location. When my son took my car in there’s was no reservation and the girl told him it wouldn’t matter anyway. They said they will keep my car at least three days for just my general service!!

He said he could bring it back when they were ready for it, she told him that won’t work! In the meantime I can’t get anyone to answer the damn phone to find out where they are leaving my car all these days.

I don’t want it left outside in 110 degree temps, I’ve taken excellent care of my car and don’t want cracked seats! Very poor service on their part.

I own a 2018 XJL. I hit a deer with it on September 20th and had it taken to the collision shop. The car still isn't repaired. It's almost 3 months now and there still waiting for a wiring harness.

I've called the collision shop and they say they can't get an answer from Jaguar. I've filed a complaint -case # 8000687000- and still haven't gotten any answers. I don't even get a call back. No one seems to be able to track a part or know what's going on.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a service complaint with Jaguar Land Rover Farmington Hills. On 6/10/19 one of my complaints about my vehicle is that my car has runs loudly with a constant ticking sound. It was recommended that I had a timing chain tentioner tick and that repairs would be over $4000.00. I have brought this vehicle in several times for the same complaint. 5/18/2018 at 57218 miles this problem was supposed to have been addressed. Now 6/10/19 at 64264 miles I continue to have the same problem. It has only been 1 year and 7000 miles later. I did express my concerns with the service manger Joe.

My first Jaguar was a 1972 XJ6 truly a beautiful automobile. Currently I own a 2015 XF, Portfolio which I recently purchased off-lease. In addition, I leased a 2019 F-Pace last month. Over the past month I have attempted to address a failure in the navigation component without success.

The verbal command for navigation fails to respond. The problem was addressed on two occasions by the dealer, Ray Catena, without success.

Subsequently, at the suggestion of customer service at Jaguar in Mahwah, New Jersey, I took the car to Morris County Jaguar . After several days in the shop, I was advised that the problem was resolved. When I came to retrieve the car, I attempted to use the navigation system, but it did not function.

I have owned or leased Jaguars since 1972. I am a devoted lover of Jaguar vehicles. I currently own a 2015 XF Portfolio, which I recently purchased off-lease, truly a beautiful automobile. Last month, I leased a 2019 F-Pace for my spouse, also a gorgeous vehicle.

I have a Discovery 2017. We got it on December 30th of 2017. I took the car to the service 8 times. 7 of them for the issue 1 time for the regular service of an oil change. Suspension fault.

I am trying to get a replacement however I got an email that our car is not qualified for the replacement. They are offering me a two-month lease payment. I don't feel safe to drive the vehicle because of the last accident I had regarding the suspension.

I am going to bring this issue to the consumer protection division's attention. I don't want anybody to go through the difficulties that I am facing right now.

I have a 2006 Jaguar X-type which has an engine noise. I brought the car for repairs at Land Rover Jaguar in Bedfordview Johannesburg on the 22April 2019 and was assisted by a lady named Jessica Hennings.The diagnostic cost R4 000.00 which I agreed upon.On the 23 April Jessica e-mailed me the findings to the engine noise and the estimate which came to R40, 578.97.

The 1st payment of R11, 000.00 was paid on the 24th April, R29, 590.00 on the 25th. During the course of the week I was not updated on the stage of the repairs and was told by Jessica that the car would be ready by Friday 3 May.

Please tell me I'm not the only one experiencing bad issues with Jaguar. I bought a 2017 Jaguar F Pace diesel and have had nothing but problems. It's been in the shop so many times and all for different issues.

It's had electrical issues, trim and body issues, fuel issues and so on. I've had it for almost 2 years and only have 9K miles because it continuously breaks down. The real issue is when it goes in to "restrictive performance" mode and will only go 25 miles per hour.

It happened twice on the highway. It's very dangerous to drive. It's now been in the shop for 2 weeks and they still can't seem to get it to run correctly. On December 22, 2018, I leased a new Jaguar from San Diego Jaguar (Convoy). Over all the initial experience with the salesman (Hani) and finance manager (Johnson Thai) was good. When we went out to take delivery of our new vehicle, we were very disappointed. The vehicle was dirty and in need of vacuuming and a detail. There was some scratches on the passenger side of the hood, it appears someone washed or dried the car with a dirty or abrasive towel. Recently the starter button cracked and broke in 2 . I took my vehicle to the local Jag dealer to have it repaired. 00 plus labor. I had several tray latches replaced at no cost they were also cosmetic issues.

This is a 2013 XJL with 30,000 miles this vehicle is falling apart. California lemon law is my next recourse.

Let me first start by saying, I am extremely happy with my Jaguar XE, However the Asheville NC dealership is not doing you any favors with your brand. I have possession of my Jaguar for approximately six months. I have had nothing but poor service issues since.

(1) Incorrect administrative, which took additional personal time to correct. (2) A few paint chips were to be repaired before pickup. I gave the dealership five days to complete. This was not even attempted (3) The vehicle was to be completely detailed upon pickup, It was barely washed.

(4) When I tried to register the vehicle. The dealer had not completed the state inspection. (5) It then took months before receiving the registration. Only after numerous phone calls. (6) I went approx. 75 mile for my first service.

I have had a leak problem with my car for 2 years and have taken it to Baretta Jaguar in San Antonio several times. Each time they told me it had no leak, after I showed the pictures of the leak stains in my garage from the car.

They assured me everything was fine yet they seem to have found other small issues my car needed to get done. So, I had them fix what they said car needed. The first time I took car in for leak was in June 2016, with only 20116 miles.

Second time was November 2017. Again, they found no leaks and had other work done to it which included a tire. In June 7, 2018, the "Low Coolant" light came on in my car so I took it to Corpus Auto Service immediately and they told me it had a leak around the water pump.

Invoice #189174 (01-03), #189683 (02-22), #189831 (03-09), and it's currently in their shop, since about early April. The service manager, Ginger Madera, is telling me now that they can't recreate the failure, and therefore have not made any additional repairs.

However, on each previously repair the vehicle failed on me before I could make it home. If they haven't found anything, then it's still not fixed. I've already paid over $1,500,00, and it's still not repaired properly I can be reached at (504) 722-9952.

On May5, 2016 I went to Heritage Jaguar, Long Island to purchase the F pace 2017. I am the owner of a 2010 X f jaguar and a trade in value was given by the Dealer. I was asked to put a deposit down, this i did. At that time I raised concerns about the trade in and was reassured that this would not change, especially since the dealer did not have the vehicle. This was to be delivered in July. Today I visited the said dealer and he attempted to break the contract by offering a decreased trade in value than was written in the agreement.

I have a 2004 X Jaguar, and the felt interior is peeling off. The dashboard sides and the top around the sun roof frame. I can see the foam on the interior roof. After a few calls to the dealership they claim this is normal wear and tear, but I do not agree.

Perhaps a call to Jaguar head offices in the UK is warranted. How can this be corrected?

I was leasing a 2013 Jaguar XF and my lease term was expiring and I went to Jaguar of Huntington to lease a new vehicle. We decided on the model I was looking for and was told that they would be locating the vehicle.

That was 3 weeks ago mo car plus I had to make an additional payment which they promised the dealership would be making. Do yourself a favor and stay from Jaguar of Huntington and Jaguar itself.

I have had Jaguar of Memphis service my car the last five years I owed it. For the most part the service have been exemplary. It saddens me the one time they did a sorry job is still costing me the customer.

Jaguar repairs my auto and days later after a heavy down pour of rain, the compartment under my car was found open and saturated with water. When return to Jaguar replace the same small filter to my car after cutting it down.

00 for job and this to me is unacceptable. A strong smell coming through vents.
