My Mom order tanzanite earrings online 12-30-22 and received them 2-4-23, the post to one earring broke 2 weeks later.

I called Jared's 800 number and was told that I was past the 30 day return policy. I was told to have it repaired at the store, there's no store in my area, that's why it was ordered online.

I will never shop there.

Purchased both an engagement ring and wedding bands from Jared on 2 separate promotions. 00 in interest as Comenity said that my first promotion was not paid in full. The way they set up their statements is deceiving and unethical.

The statement format changed often, so if you do not pay attention you get screwed. I paid my bill faithfully with larger amounts in order to not have to pay the interest.

However, they did not apply the excess to the first promotion. They divided it equally. With other credit cards, I receive emails and texts stating that the promotion is ending. With Comenity, I received nothing but tiny print on the very bottom of my statement.

I wanted to upgrade a diamond mounting my husband bought for her 12-13 years ago. The sales associate was helping me when another sales person came over to assist. He pulled up my profile and stated I had payed $4000 for the set ( which I did not) I informed him that we didn’t pay that amount and he continued to dispute me.

I was very calm and I knew how much I had payed. He continued to argue the fact. All of sudden the correct amount appeared. He NEVER apologized and continued to act as if I was in the wrong. He was very snippy and arrogant in his demeanor.

Dropped my ring off for cleaning for warranty. The wroking said it needed some rhodium and a cleaning. Got the call it was done and so I went and picked it up. After picking it up I noticed it was all messed up on the one side of the band.

Drove an hour took it back to the store for them to say they would try to do better and repair the mess up. Got a call it was ready a few days later. Went again for an hour drive to pick it up all for them to try and hand me the wrong ring, they had misplaced mine.

Ended up finding mine and it wasnt done. At that point I told them I wasn't going to drive another hour and asked if they'd send me a picture when the ring is finished and I'd either have my mother in law pick it up or have it be shipped if I approved of the repair.

Well it wasn't repaired…

I purchased a diamond ring from Jared’s in Pensacola, Fl 2 years ago. I did not purchase insurance because I trusted Jared’s reputation. I have now lost two small diamonds and it looks like I may lose more eventually. I am very disappointed in the quality of the ring.

I have had other diamond jewelry for years and never lost a diamond. I am very careful with my jewelry and only wear on certain occasions. I would like to get the diamonds replaced and be assured the others are secure or be allowed to trade this ring for another one of a different style.

I would like to give Jared referrals and good comments regarding my experience with Jared’s but at this time I am very disappointed with the quality of your jewelry. Thank you for your attention. com

Firstly, it is 2 days till Christmas and the mail sender's at Jared did an absolutely terrible job with communicating in order for my item to be delivered at the correct address. Instead of anyone physically calling me my Christmas gift to a family member was sent back!

Secondly, the item should have never even left the facility without a physically corrected address so very poor on your end Jared!

Finally, No time is given to me now to have an item re-made and able to be given to the individual on Christmas day!

This was my first time using Jared and I will never use your services in the future

My husband rang the bell twice to be let in the store. A white came rang the bell once and was let in. He walks in behind the couple. No one offered to help me. "She tells him they are having problems with the door.

She goes on to say she is married to a black man, which means nothing to this situation.. I learned he is not the first black person to experience this behavior at the Lexington, KY location. My husband is a hard working man.

He takes pride in what he purchases and where he purchases. He has purchased me items from Jared and Kays in the past. After this experience your establishment no longer meets our standards.

I purchased a ring for my fiance back in Dec 2021 and the ring has been in a box in my dresser until our wedding day 10/22/22. A piece of the ring fell off last week on 10/28/2022. Per Brandy with Jared (case # 06715355) I'd have to pay for the cost of the repair.... For the amount I spent on this ring for it to just fall apart within days of wearing it for the first time is a shame & I shouldn't be responsible for the repair. I do understand it's been a while since I brought the ring, however, I can provide the marriage license or invitation showing we were just married 10/22/2022. Been shopping here for years, but will not return after today. I tried to return a very poor quality 14KT gold bracelet and was told there was absolutely nothing they could do because it appeared damaged. It appeared damaged because of the quality of the gold.

I purchased it 2 months ago so it was passed the 30 day return. The gold started to look soft and started bending. Since it was getting progressively worse, I brought it in. The store manager accused me of crushing the bracelet, which I never did.

I tried to exchange it for a more expensive, better quality bracelet, but was informed there was nothing they could do. Please check my Jared Jewelry Box. I was a frequent shopper, so you are losing a good customer.

We dropped my wedding set off on Saturday, September 11th at the SLC, Utah location for a cleaning and to have it re-sized. We received a call the following week saying a couple of the diamonds were chipped and I thought that was weird because I’m not hard on my jewelry.

However, they said they would fix it and agreed to have it ready for us by Friday as we wanted to pick it up on our way out of town. Upon picking it up, the lady said the numbers on the ring didn’t match, but that doesn’t always mean something.

While she was looking at her computer further, I picked up the ring and told her that is not my ring. Jared Jewelry put the wrong ring in the bags and gave my ring to someone else who had picked up earlier that day.

I purchased a 4,000 dollar ring for my wife.

First it was sized wrong. We brought it back to get resized. When I dropped it off they told us it would be ready Friday by 6. I explained I had to work but could stop by Saturday at 11.

After driving an hour to get there I was told the ring was not finished. I needed to go back to work so I left and came back around 6. To me this is unacceptable. I never had this problem at Kay's.

I also work in customer service and have many friends who ask for advice on my purchases of jewelry at this point I would not recommend Jared jewelers.

I was having trouble placing an online order. The system kept saying that I had to remove items, so I complied and proceeded to hit submit. This went on about 7 or 8 times. Unbeknownst to me, my account was being debited every single time!

I call customer service and was told that this problem has been going on for the LAST FEW DAYS!!! If you KNOW that you have a problem with your online ordering system, why would you not take precautionary measures to ensure that your customer wouldn’t have nightmarish encounters by letting your online customers know that there is a problem,please try again later.

Trash! I tried calling and out my number in queue multiple times and when they call back it says “representative disconnected”. You have to do it multiple times. They’ve also lost my package multiple times with no help. Never shopping here again.

Trying to talk to their customer service is beyond difficult because you can’t get ahold of anyone.

Hello, during one of my visits to Jared located in Watchung, New Jersey I experienced something very disturbing. This was a return visit to pick up my ring from the repair shop. The reason of the initial visit was to have the jewelry I purchased from Jared cleaned.

During this process, the sales representative returned with my engagement ring stating it could not be cleaned because the prongs needed to be tighten around one of the diamonds. I left my ring for the repairs and three days later returned to pick up my ring.

The sales rep retrieved my ring from the repair shop and proceeded with obtaining my signature for the release of my ring. Once this process was completed, she took pictures of my ring and stated a diamond was missing out of my ring.

This was alarming news to me…

The manager at Stonecrest location is horrible and no customer service skills!!!! I ordered and paid for a watch and after a week and half, I decided to go in to see why I haven’t gotten my watch. The rude manager told me someone had put my watch in display and my name was not placed n my order that I paid for in full!! How ridiculous is that!

I am standing in front of the Cerritos Jared, it is now 10:02. 3 employees just arrived. At 9:57 2 employees arrived and quickly passed by another waiting customer and myself. The older gentleman stated ad he walked by (Mike) we will be open in 15-20 minutes.

I stated, “you don’t open at 10:00”. He replied (quite matter of fact) “not today” and disappeared into to store.

Hello.

I would like to say I was so in love with Jared until Friday 3/22/19. I am a card holder. I pay my bills on time every single month, never late. I also put down the out of pocket cash on each and every item I purchased to prevent interest. I have spent a lot of money with Jared and I waited until every purchase was paid off before purchasing again so I wouldn't burden myself with a high bill. So on Friday I walk into the Jared Store in Watchung, NJ to purchase something for my daughter's birthday (who by the way, I encouraged her to get the Jared Credit Card and she too is a card holder) and the representative pulled up my account and saw that my jewelry needed inspection, 3 pairs of earrings, 2 rings, 1 bracelet.

I gave her my jewelry to inspect and she noticed 4 diamonds missing…

It then escalated into a penalty and was reported to the Credit Bureau! 63 in order to get the account current so that they can send an updated report the the credit bureau. That is really bogus that I had to pay even that small amount just to make sure my good credit isn’t impaired.

I think Jared’s should refund me back for the hassle!

I ordered a custom bracelet on February 10th for my mother in law's 50th birthday. I received an email saying that it would be delivered by February 26th. A few days before the twentysixth I received an email saying the package had been returned to sender so I called Jared's to see what was going on.

I was given the run around for a week and instead of making a new bracelet and sending it out to ensure that I would have it for the party they just constantly gave me the run around. Needless to say I did not have the bracelet for the party and had to come up with another gift after spending a $150 on the bracelet.

Poor customer service by ur manager. Sunday 12/16. No wonder u only rate 1 star. 50 which needed to be $200 to use the coupon $100 off $200. 85. When she tried to ring my order she had a problem & called the mgr.

the mgr told her to relay to me that the bear is for charity so I could not use my coupon !!!!! The mgr did not have the decency to talk to me directly. So I said I wasn’t buying the watch if I couldn’t use the coupon Her response was pretty much. “Oh well”!!!!!! Really.?????

after a number of visits they check the stone in your store an said it was a white topaz cheap junk we have the stone and proof of these events papers and the stones I am at the point now to begin a law suite if there is no response I have called the district manager numerous times SHE never calls back we have been in the jareds to complain they act as if they are done and

Was very excited today when my husband and I went to Palm Beach Lakes Blvd outlet mall to shop at Jared. We purchased a Diamond Anniversary Band 3/4 carat, princess-cut, hearts desire, 18k white gold ring. 99. This location was 50% off, but Sue said she could reduce to $1282. 99.

$452 less than we paid in an outlet store!! Needless to say, I feel screwed! I realize there is a price difference between in-store vs internet, but $452 more? My fault for not researching the ring before we purchased it, shame on me!

If I could give 0 stars I would... I had a few little things to check off my Christmas list. I wanted a Pandora bracelet for our Dirty Santa at my in-laws Christmas gathering and was contemplating 2 additional bracelets for my sister and niece.

We had purchased Pandora charms at Jared’s in the past so I suggested that we go there. Upon opening the door we had no less that five women running like a stampede toward us. I literally wanted to run. It was almost akin to a flight or fight response to me.

My husband said later that it frightened him as well. At the sight of all these women running toward me I yelled Pandora bracelet which slowed them down and one of them showed us to the Pandora counter which I may point out was only about three steps away.

I completed a credit application at the Jared, Lithonia Ga. location. My personal information was not kept secure. Jared allowed a sales associate to access to my personal information. The Jared associate called me at my home. 3x To ask me if I would loan him money.

I think this is so unfair. I trusted Jared with my information. I feel so violated. I have never experienced anything similar to this in my life. I have completed countless credit apps. No one has ever called me to ask for a loan, based on my credit application. Or any other reason.

This should not have happened. The additional insult, is when the Jared District Manager informed me. I am not the first customer this employee has done this to. Wow! this is just not fair. The stress this has caused in my life.

00 Diamond White Gold wedding ring set resized in Greenville South Carolina and prongs repaired. Sales lady when we went in was nice we looked at the rings under the scope took pictures. Went to pick up rings, brought home noticed prong on one diamond was not on the diamond.

My daughter had her Pandora heart clasp bracelet on and as we were out shopping, when we got home the bracelet had fallen off her wrist. After searching the shopping area and reporting it to shopping centre security we are not surprised to be told nothing handed in.

I am very disappointed that the bracelet fell off her wrist for the money your customers pay for your goods I expect better quality. Due to the charms each having a meaning I have now got to try and replace. A very disappointed customer
